ohh i thought that you know about this.So i asked to post link on this.
i have never heard of anything like this before. but yes overdosage can harm you in many ways and this probably can be one of the ways. though no scientific backing can be found behind such things.

not about dandruff...but overdose of many normal English medicine tablets have been found to cause many problems. paracetamol tablets if used in overdose can even cause cancer.
Really, I don't know. First time i am hearing this type of information regarding dandruff . Do you have any proof ?
There's no evidence of that. Moreover, dandruff is caused on scalp, not hair.It is caused by a micro-organism which gets aggravated due to dust, harsh shampoos, greasy hair etc.
I have always known that paracetamol over-dosage causes hepatic failure or liver damage. I don't really think it has anything to do with cancer!!
Which tablets you are asking about Isha?I am suffering from dandruff without taking a single tablet.
Dandruff won't be increased due to tablets . they increase due to the pollution and all. but over dosage of any medicine may show side effect. so before having over dosage you need to consult doctor.
English medicines have a number of side effects. But I don't think dandruff comes as side effect.
the number of commercial shampoos and oils that claims to reduce dandruff are increasing day by day.this is huge business in the country.
There is no reason of coming dandruff by using tablets.

It may cause due to pollution and other health problems.
Actually it is happened to My Dad . He had never dandruff in his life yet . but overdosage of painkillers and may be due to other things he got dandruff in his hairs.
I feel Isha, its better consult doctor and find whether it is due to over dosage of the tablets or not.
It does not happen due to tablets but some effect in intestine due to tablets.Consult once doctor its better.

Or try a dandruff remedie which i told before its best.
yes even I think Isha consulting Doctor would be better as I have not heard of anything like this before that it can cause dandruff.
Isha no medical studies will say due to tablets that will cause dandruff.

I think there is some intestine problem in your dad or due to pollution this causes him.
Isha there may be a chance for the problem y overdosage of the tablets
