There is 'leader' in every field. If you are better in skill, can communicate well and guide or motivate others, there will be many who will follow you. Leader is one who has followers.

leaders are of several types i agreed with this . there was seminar in our office few months ago and the leader person had told about different types of leaders but i forgot the types. your article has remind me again the types. nice sharing.
