I don't know much about white tea but yes green tea is really known for its good medical value and it can cure diseases relating to heart and blood sugar levels. I have also heard that it has the least side effects even when consumed in large quantities say seven to eight cups per day...

I knew Green tea is very beneficial for heart. It reduces the chances of stokes.

Apart from drinking tea, I think that regular free hand exercise in the morning or a brisk walking say for forty minutes or a yoga session helps a lot to stay a healthy and sound life...

This is the first time i am ever hearing about white tea, i knew that green tea is really beneficial....
