Work tension is caused by lack of interest or love for work. Madame Curie worked day and night and discovered radium. Her health deteriorated but she had no tension as such. The moment we begin to love our work, tension fades. As regards tension from problems, this is psychological matter. As long as you believe that there is a solution and you even consult experts, there will be no tension. Also, if you come to understand that there is no solution, tension will end.
Tension also arises from taking more responsibility than what you can. This is like chewing more than what you can digest. Considering this, tension can be eliminated.
