Yes friends eggs can even protect from eye related diseases and even from strokes...One egg contains 6 gms of proteins and 9 amino acids....
YEs I truely believe in this as for me as a sportsperson it helps in my stamina!
It is OK.But is it possible to all to eat an egg a day?An egg costs Rs 3/- in my State Kerala.
