I have seen many people skipping breakfast. It will really worsen the health.
i also feel that we should not skip our breakfast, atleast we must take sandwich and a cup of milk..
Skipping of breakfast is really not advisable...A bowl of cornflakes really gives a good start to your day....
I take only very light breakfast like biscuits and tea. This works well with me. The food intake depends on individuals' habits.

Very important information shared by DAS..It is true that breakfast should be heavy...I was health while taking good breakfast..
I usually have corn flakes with milk. I feel it is OK for my morning breakfast.
having pepper added egg omelet and milk is the best break fast for good health
