Overall, rice is a good source of insoluble fiber. Everyone needs a certain amount of fiber in their diet as it helps avoid constipation and promotes good bowel health. Rice is also rich in carbohydrates and generally low in fat. You’ll also find a good deal of Vitamin B, potassium, and phosphorus in rice.

Please give some information about rice milk citing some web link if possible. Apparently, rice milk is not common. I don't know about this nor have seen this in market.

Wheat is more common in Punjab and Western U.P. rice is consumed more in rest of country. Possibly, climatic conditions determine what you should take in a particular area. In U.P., when some one has bad stomach, doctor advises against taking rice. In similar condition, a doctor in West Bengal will suggest against taking wheat.

I am reminded of a story. A Bengali and a Punjabi were traveling in a train. They were discussing about taking wheat or rice. The Punjabi favored wheat and Bengali rice. After some time, the Bengali feigned pulling chain but could not. The Punjabi said: "Oh!. Just take wheat and you will get strength." The Punjabi pulled the train. A Railway officer soon appeared and fined the Punjabi for pulling chain. when he left, The Bengali said: Eat rice and you will get brain.
