IS the points system changed ??

Because from forum replies, points awarding are 5 points rather than 2 points.

I'm a newbie here,but i have been writing online for sometime and I really like this program.Glad to be here and a 'hi' to everyone.
Looking forward to contributing as much as I can everyday. Would be really nice to meet the admins. I would really like to know if we get points for 'writing' articles as well.
