Boddunan Top Writer's Contest - March, April 2014 Results

First of all I apologize for the long delay in announcing these results as the contest was suspended since May. I could not review all articles as I lost somewhere in collecting all my emails.

Congratulations to all the winners, Hope Maverick revives the contest now since there are so many new members who have been writing good articles ...I have not been participating since the beginning of this year because of lack of time, I look forward to having one more of these contests which was really good, kept us on our toes ( fingers ) ,,, :)

I think the contest is still on starting from June. I did not write any until today because I had no MS Office installed in my laptop. Incidentally I had installed it yesterday and posted one today and here comes the result.

I think admin was too busy somewhere else but he said in his last post the contest was off for May and all posts from June shall be covered under the same rules. He will announce results later for June I guess.

This site urgently needs a competitive atmosphere. Competitions will make the site vibrant evokes immense interest in the members. Maverick should not leave any stone Unturned to bring this site to its original shape.

I still maintain that TWC is not a contest but a motivator. People would always look forward to see themselves in the list of award winners but there is no competition as such among them. We write and get paid for our efforts.

Better late than never! Congratulations to all winners!! Hope to see that started again soon, the atmosphere has become rather dreary for want of a competitive spirit! We do need that a little here!

True...also that produced quite a flurry of articles which were quite interesting ....now it is like, many people are hardly writing any thing![/quote

Very true Kalyani. It's there for all of us to see how the the new articles are dwindling in number day by Day. You are aware fully about those Days, when Members used to vie with each other to submit articles. We need that competitive atmosphere very badly now.
