some times forums wont load completely, sometimes reply or quick reply option wont be visible, this si due to the high designing of the site i think so. as my intenret is not supporting it to load

But as a computer engineer you should know that design has nothing to do with loading of a site. This is either the network problem or glitch at the site itself. I have my broadband connection not working for 4 days but I am getting not much problem despite using a comparatively slower connection.
