Some people convert to different religion for one reason or the other. May be he got some sort of inspiration like AR Rehman. Whatever be the reason, it was his personal choice and I don't think it should be an issue with others

Its a shocking news... Such a talented actor passed away...May his soul rest in peace..

I cannot forget his movies .. Always loved watching him..

Om Puri was one of the finest actors we had. His performance was flawless even when he acted on a commercial film in a small re he stood out. He had many ups and downs in his personal life which might have led to his untimely deaths which is a great pity. I had seen a play where Om Puri, Amrish Puri and a couple of other actors had acted ..It was before they became famous as actors. With a theater background he got a solid grounding which made his acting skills near perfect !

I think enough has been discussed about Om Puri's fine acting skills and other aspects of his life. So time to close. Thank you.
