Hardik cannot fight against for removing the reservation at this juncture. Because he knows the repercussions. Hardik's safety lies in being with the present position.

If Hardik has started the movement for removing the reservation from the system then he may be supported by people all over the India. But he is politically motivated and back supported by political parties, he will be used and thrown by these politicians and he will get no benefit out of it.

Reservations based on caste is a plague that's consuming the country slowly. Pity politicians who are busy in creating vote Banks are not realizing the truth that this plague is reducing the country in to smithereens.

I wonder what their agenda is given the fact that the community itself is now divided between so many so called secular parties and keeping them at a certain level will only backfire since you only help in making roadways to groups like ISIS who thrive on minds that are backward and unable to think for themselves...

That's right. I could have substituted with our Master political clowns, but it becomes a controversial issue. I wanted to present a happy and laughing moment to the Boddunan. community. For the same reason i posted in Humor category.

I don't think at this time or may be in future too it is not possible to remove or abolish " Vote Bank " system. Because this system has gone deep in to the political scenario. You see what's happening in Gujrat. Everybody wants reservations including the well to do Patels of Gujrat. What Modi could do ?

If we can substitute our own comedians, it will be even more funny since there are many undeserving, self serving candidates who aspire to be PMs like Lalu, Mulayam (heaven help us) even Mayawati of handbag statue fame !!!!!

@ Chinmoy, one can see that the population rate has come down among Hindus and in fact all other minority groups except Muslims which shows that they are stabilising..

Reservations based on caste system was introduced supposedly with a purpose and it has benefited many lower ,backward and scheduled caste people since it has given them a social position, through education and a career in government jobs.But now it has reached ridiculous heights where everybody wants reservation whether they deserve it or not..Can Modi remove this ? He cannot because if he even takes one step towards it all oppositions are going to unite and cry foul . For them minority and caste reservation is vote bank and will they let go? we can see the recent Gujrat riots and there is no need to even guess who is behind the whole episode , do they care about citizens and peace ? I doubt it, it is just their votes and they will go to any length ..

The statistical figures can be convenient tools for propagandist and effective ones to see a problem in
a broder perspective to solve it. What does it reflect? It starkly reflects a nation's abysmal failure to deal with a grave problem of spiral growth in population which is basically nullifying all our efforts to present ourselves as a civilized nation. Remember China is eight times bigger than us in terms of geographical spread,yet it has felt the momentous need to pursue a no-sense,ruthless ,uniform policy and compare it with that of our own.You need not be extraordinarily

In fact according to the Census reports every other religion , be it Christianity, Buddhism, Sikhism or Jainism including Hinduism has seen a dip in the numbers except Islam , which has seen a rise !
