@Suni51 is not right when he says that the count was done in 2011 to please a certain community. Census is done every 10 years and the next one will be due in 2021. Economically stringer communities have lower birth rates and this is observed in all affluent countries. Hindus being relatively economically better off than Muslims have lower birth rate than Muslims. But you should also note that compared to previous census birth rate of Muslims has also fallen because within their community also more sections are  becoming economically well off and it is reflecting in their lower birth rates. In next census 10 years hence their will be more drop in birth rates in both communities. It is a worlwide trend. Trying to abuse a religion because they have a higher birth rate is showing a disregard for facts and  global trends and shows a naked kind of bias.

How I wish a paid photo uploading (self taken) section (like articles) was allowed to members of this site. That will help members to watch/understand the beauty of all parts of this beautiful country.

Maverick probably thought that the Niagara falls would add a universal appeal since the Indians are spread far and wide all over the world. The panorama does lend a freshness to the page although I would not mind seeing a more Indian panorama here. Same here, we have such an abundance of natural beauty in India and it would be nice to see it being displayed here..

India is a large country with a huge population and creating millions of jobs every year is not easy. Reservations have to be reciewed as merit has to come in so that equality is enforced.

All traditions do not have a scientific reason. What is scientific about not crossing a road of a cat runs across or not leaving if someone sneezes and so on.

I agree with you. Reservations split the country which in turn leads to unrest regional and language rivalries.

Exactly. Clowns of our political silent movies are like the actors in  a full fledged  Technicolor movie with 4D sound effects.

The nation will get the clown it votes for. The present one excels on the stage. it looks like Indian politics has come out of the silent era into the sound era.

Reservation should be given strictly on economic basis irrespective of cast and that too for say a period if ten years.

The movie was released some time back in color and it looked fabulous. Fantastic sets and picturisation with very effective acting have made the movie an all time classic. Its songs also have a timeless appeal. I have seen it four times.

Although he has hit the nail on its head, it is worth thinking about how much we are putting ourselves to shame in front of the world.   Hilarious. The best comment is on Reservations in cricket. Though it evoked lot of laughter, Azim premji had a dig at the Reservations.
