sir for a wrong grammar can the editor reject my article

Yes, MS is one of the ways to do that but even that will not solve your problem unless the structure of the sentences is not correct. Your sentence can include words grouped meaningfully to express a statement.

There is a mixed response. According to reports, Mumbaiites will more or less be unaffected by the Bharat bandh with public transport, malls, supermarkets and all other services likely to function normally. The Shiv Sena and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena has reportedly decided to stay away from the bandh. http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/bharat-bandh-september-20-mixed-reactions/1/217894.html

In my own stae since traffic has been hit with Buses, autos and taxis going off the road people are forced to stay at home.. Yes, it is total Bandh here today in Kolkata, west Bengal despite the state govt's efforts to pull people out of their houses to open the shops, declaring that salaries would be cut if people don't go to their offices, making announcements  to stay in the offices in order to avoid commuting and so on. Roads have been blocked, schools have unofficially declared holiday so that kids don't venture out. Very few Buses and cars seen on roads today

One can see only a part of the city and in my own city I cannot know what is happening in other parts so I would not be 100% sure...I may go out for a few minutes so view is partial ..

Anarchism can never be accepted . Government has to put an end to this with discussions first and forcefully if needed. Demand for 'reservations' cause friction between castes and classes leading to discrimination which a progressive Nation can never encourage. This would further lead to ' Anti -quota' stirs as seen earlier. There is no end to such demands and if the Govt doesn't take strict action, things are bound to go haywire.
