usha manohar replied to the topic What makes a Hero..
There may be a few leaders who are also heroes but not all leaders are heroes...Leaders may rise to that position because of various circumstances like a family connection or having inherited an empire, which does not make them heroes. A hero has to have qualities that endear him to people even if he does not lead !

Tender coconut water and a glass of beer is apparently good for flushing out toxins from your system. One of my neighbors had an accident as a result of which his liver was damaged and it now is able to function to 70% of its capacity. He has been advised by his physician to drink tender coconut every day and a glass of beer in the evening besides being careful about diet and remaining active ...It seems to have helped him since he looks fit and energetic !

Sorry to say but 50 sounds too optimistic to me. It is bound to happen within next 15 to 20 years from now. The way the things are happening and if the interview of Pakistani ambassador I watched last night on a news channel is any indication then it's high time we realize the reality.
Well said. Things will not be the same all along. Wisdom lies in expecting the unexpected.

Papaya is a fruit endowed with a plethora of health benefits.
Papayas are a good source of folate, vitamin A, magnesium, copper, pantothenic acid and fiber. They also have B vitamins, alpha and beta carotene, lutein and zeaxanthan, vitamin E, calcium, potassium, vitamin K and lycopene, the powerful antioxidant most commonly associated with tomatoes.

Suicide is a bad idea. But one committing suicide is not coward. Many wish to end their lives but have no courage to do. In fact, suicide is bad and one should lead a responsible life. One committing suicide is escapist from life and is irresponsible or not of prudent mind. But not a coward. ending one 's life is not an easy decision.
Agreed, it's not an easy decision. What I emphasize is, when a person decides to commit suicide undertaking so many trials and tribulations, he should direct all his trials and tribulations for finding a way to stand all the trials and tribulations to make his life worth living. What he could achieve by committing suicide ?
