Anyhow sticking to a a way that yielded many good results that is the Yoga way. I'm the beneficiary and I know better. If you have a way better than this, you are free to own one.

Different people have different perception of beauty. What a person looking for or attracted to, appearance or brain, totally depends on his own mindset.

That's why it is believed that it's always better to be a Role model for yourself. Nobody knows better than yourself about your strengths and weaknesses.

One can be healthy by managing things intelligently , no need to be a stick in the mud ...For those who have to work odd hours that is the best thing to do, do things at your pace and convenience and as long as you know what is good for you and are able to do the best you can, that is good enough ...I see people walking at all odd hours depending on their convenience and it is the action that cunts and not the time or a set pattern because for many there is no time to stick to a set pattern because of their busy schedules ..

My elder daughter who lives in Bengaluru and her children are very fluent in Kannada.   Yes now people from other states do speak in Kannada because they have realised that it is better to do so, even then you see some speaking in their own language and asking you dont you know Hindi or Malayalam ? That really puts you off !

One cannot have the cake and eat it too. One who is interested in a disciplined and healthy life are ready to bear any obstacles and hindrances. It's a different proposition for those who are not interested or patient enough to persevere.

Being judgmental and critical thinking is what most people do about other people...Good tips that are practical and help you in becoming better but I dont concur  any role model because everyone has flaws and one can only admire some quality in others , other than that it is best to follow your own path in life !

I doubt people want to stick to any one set routine all their life, that would be pretty boring, it is better to reinvent and do what you like and want to do rather than do something because you have been always doing it ..

Shouldn't legal professionals have some moral responsibility towards society?   In many legal cases such as murder, honour killing, rape and so on in which powerful people are involved then we get to see very reputed legal professionals fighting the case in favour of such beings. I know it's their profession and it is also known that in legal case truth is changed into false and vice versa but somehow I feel a bit discomfort. No one is above the law and no profession is above morality so in such a situation I am of the opinion that the legal professionals must stand up for the victim. It will help in eradicating the social evil from the society. Earning money should not be the only aim but must serve a right purpose.   Law is supposed to be blind in the sense it does not distinguish..There are often rigged up cases where evidence is created and witnesses bought and a water tight case is made against an innocent person and if no one defends the person and brings out the truth , where is the justice ? So, everyone is given a fair trial until proven guilty ! Legal system does not confine just to the lawyer but to the entire fraternity of judges and also lay people who have filed the case, sometimes false and the witnesses who may give false testimony. So, if a culprit is allowed to escape all these people are equally guilty !

True, we need not to let them know our requirements! Prayer should be like meditation. Deeply inside not outside...

However, it was different with India since we already had fully developed languages and scripts in different regions and they were all being used extensively by people inspite of the influence of English language.  Though majority of people speak Hindi in India, but show them self as superior many of people add English words in Hindi. Now days in metro cities, people use English to show their status. You may have seen people talking in English to English without using Hindi words but how many people you have seen speaking in pure Hindi in your are?   Since Hindi is not spoken in my city I cannot say for sure but I do know that Kannada my state language is being viewed with pride now and Kannadigas prefer to speak in Kannada inspite of being fluent in English, that is because the language had taken a beating because of influx of other languages from neighboring states.I welcome this trend and I speak only in Kannada to people within my state and only if the person genuinely does not know Kannada , then I speak in English but I also feel that when you go to any state and want to work there , you have to have a working knowledge of the state language, it shows that you respect their language , also it makes life easier for you.

Great Philanthropists, despite having tons of money, after a certain stage in their life, no more they show interest in heaping money. They are immensely pleased with that satisfaction that they have done something good for the welfare of the humanity.

That's why English is preferred over Hindi, also we are getting many jobs from other countries who like their work to be complete in English. Many BPO's, private companies who deal with foreign countries seek for people who can communicate well in English. So for job purpose also people prefer English over Hindi.    For the same reason, many countries including China, prefer Indian IT experts because of their abilities to communicate in English
