No one ever does anything without expectations. Let us be clear on that. Rich philanthropists get tax exemptions, which are available to ordinary tax payers also. Frequently when funds are collected for flood/ earthquake victims ets a entertainment show are organised for the donors. If such returns are not there then many philanthropists do it for their spiritual salvation towards the end of their lives. It is very rare that some one is giving without any expectation.

Accepted. English is definitely a language which can be called as Global language. May be with a few exceptions where English is not spoken.

Instant approval as proposed is a good idea. Cash credits should follow but with a announced time deadline. It is demotivating to see an article waiting for Admin approval for days without end (literally).

It is understood that those Philanthropists after satisfying themselves that all their expectations are fulfilled, they started their good deeds without any returns.

Only when all your expectations are fulfilled. But are they ever?

Prayer basically is a reinforcing tool of one's beliefs in oneself and for this God is kept as a witness.

Whether one agrees or not English has become the de facto national language of India. Within the country there is so much of opposition to an Indian language being chosen as a national language that no Indian language will ever be accepted as a national language. It is true that Hindi is the most widely spoken Indian language, and yet it is resisted. So other less spoken languages do not stand a chance. Till about 1000 AD or so Sanskrit was use as a pan India language. It gave way to farsi or Persian  language with the coming of Muslims esp the Moghuls. The British rule replaced it with English and it continues till today. It has rightly been said that India is a land of nearly 650 languages united by a foreign language. Let us accept No use  being parochial about one's language when others do not understand it. In France the French do not reply to you if you ask in English even if they know English. What is the sadistic pleasure derived from such behaviour? If someone does not know Kannadigaor Telugu or Tamil or Malayalam or Punjabi etc language ,should it be first tested that he really does not know and then he is replied to in English or Hindi. Let us accept English as an official national language of India and not be hypocritical about it. As national language it will be taught in all schools equally all over the country

True. And these adjournments are a boon to the Lawyers. Our Judicial system is not for the poor. It's being ruled by the rich and influential.

The legal system as it is practiced in reality is heavily against the poor and middle class to a large extent not assured of getting justice. It is very easy to get adjournment after adjournment and delay the process literally till eternity. Every court appearance costs money. So the economically weak are drained of their finances, a way of weakening their resolve to get justice. In 2008 leading lawyers would charge Rs 1 lakh for every appearance in the Su[preme Court. Every briefing session to them by the client was also charged Rs i lakh per session. Today i am told it can go upto Rs 4 lakhs per appearance. How many can afford? Their is rampant corruption in lower courts . Frustrating delays are the order of the day.Very few lawyers have morals. Money is the name of the game.

It is understood that  people express what they are good at and what made them beneficiaries by following a certain way. It's up to the other members to come to a decision that's suitable by reading the article provided by the web link.

I guess it is best to be general rather than be personal all the time here because we are discussing issues that concern everyone not just one individual or ourselves . When I speak, I always speak in generalities , whereas,  my own lifestyle may or may not be what I have written about..

Prayer is nothing but submission before that supreme power expressing the gratitude for all those things bestowed.

chinmoymukherjee has raised a very valid point. It is true that the armed forces are taken good care by all governments incl Indira Gandhi's government. They get subsidised rations and also do not have to pay excised duty on goods they purchase from defence canteens. Also they get life long liqour from canteens  at cheap rates. A good number of them get jobs after retirement in view of them being a disciplined and well trained force. It is generally the jawans who face adjustment problems upon retiring at an early age. I am not at all against army personnel getting all these emoluments. They should be taken care off. But in the run uo to OROP a picture is being presented of grave injustice to them which is not true. They get pensions which  increase every year due to DA revisions. Most of them by the time they reach their seventies get pensions which are higher than their last pay at time of retirement. How many retirees from the private sector who generally buy annuities have this facility. If other service persons demand OROP what is wrong. We the tax payers will go on bearing.

Yes. Everybody knows that our Judicial system is in a sad state of affairs. Unless it is thoroughly overhauled atrocities in legal system go unabated.
