Self growth/development starts with self introspection.  However, if people have poor self esteem it could lead to other problems. With a little guidance and help people could make major improvements.  I basically feel (even as a mental health professional) Understanding of psychology is not enough.. one needs to consider things from a spiritual aspects. We need to let go of emotional hurts and pains on a daily basis. Forgiveness is more for ourselves than for others.

Take my case. By virtue ofmy job, I had to live in a few states. But, I always used to take care, not to be influenced by my mother tongue. Perhaps it's my adaptability .anyhow as you said, as long as the sense is conveyed, it's purpose is more than served.

I don't mind how do they use structure of sentences as long as I understand the meaning. After all they know how to express themselves in a different language. Besides being a traveler I have heard so many versions of Hindi which confused even me, a native Hindi speaker. (although Hindi is not my Mother tongue) But I love the way people allover the country speak it and feel happier when I hear people speaking as contact language in other countries.

"Under two Days, " in English.    " Do Din Ke neeche." sounds interesting but that is not a proper phrase in Hindi language, so it's as good as Under two days. Ahaha... anyway, I'm not proficient in Hindi as you are. But it's true that that regional or Mother tongue influence cannot be ruled out both in meaning and sound. This is another example most of the South Indians use. Somebody said,  during a traffic Jam A meeting is going on it seems. The other person said, " Oh.. Meetinga ?Seri seri."

Good things are always difficult. They have to be achieved by shedding sweat and blood.

That the education system  needs reforms is an undeniable fact. But who will do the Reforms. Governments are busy in tours. Commoners are left to their fate, resulting in a famine for quality education. It seems quality education has become a thing of the past.

It is hard but possible if we put our hearts and mind to it. It is a matter of discipline your mind. The Bible would say thus - Never tire of doing good.  If we expect anything in return we would become weary and slacken in our deeds.  Sounds difficult but to attain eternal life is not an easy task.

I have used copyscape in the past and found it good. You will have to do it post by post as far as I can remember.

Exactly the dedication and passion has gone out of teaching. To cover up, infrastructure etc are blamed. In order not to be left behind parents are forced to submit to very high fees, extra tuition etc for their children. Education needs reforms not more and more institutes, most of them with political patronage who only mass produce semi literate graduates incapable of being hired.

All the infrastructure a good teacher needs is a chalk and a broad. But the other thongs matter like dedication,  passion for teaching etc. Children need a good attitude to learn and become somebody in life.   However, the governments don't care about anything else other than their schemes to give free food and get popularity votes.

Prey how is Sonia a fake Gandhi. If Sonia is not a language expert are we? Gulshanji brought Sonia in the context of acceptability of foreign language and persons by many Indians (you exempted). He surely is entitled to do so. This forum has not yet been taken over by right wingers or has it been.
