A pertinent point supporting with a Kabir Doha. But the reality is wants are endless. And along with them peace of mind diminishes in an inverse proportion. Mental peace with limitless wants is a goal that can never be achieved.

Maybe I will become a king of Kings the day my income will reduce (and it will certainly reduce the way interests are going down and the inflation is going up. That will be my chance of living an absolute peaceful life

"Chah gayi, chahat gayi, huwa manvah beparvah / jako kachu na chahiye voh asli shahan ko shah" meaning wants and desires have all gone and the heart has become careless / the one who does not want anything is the real king of kings. I think it is the great Kabir's doha. A goal to be achieved or the difference to be narrowed as much as possible. Peace within will be directly proportional to it.

There is a lady who has planted and nurtures tree through the 4 km stretch of highway in Karnataka,,, such people are rare and one can only admire them for of the dedication they have shown to their cause. But for the vast majority , such unselfish deeds may not be always possible..

My Red tea shirts outnumber my wife's sarees. She always prefers floral designs where even the traces of RED are not there.

You remember the promise you will pick me from airport when I visit Vizag in December this year. I request you to please wear a red shirt so I could spot you immediately.

You are right. But the amount of red colored material like sarees, bindis, ribbons skirts, sandals and shoes etc that women use are far far high in proportion to what a few men use. It is because of such one sided use that red gets associated with feminine gender.

And there begin all the problems, a person cannot live a life without having desires unless of course he has decided to live in a jungle leaving all his gadgets behind.

If wants are few and can be fulfilled, if desires are normal, notwithstanding usual ups and downs mostof the time we are at peace within. It is the non acceptance of one's limitations in achieving unreasonable goals that one loses one's internal peace.

I don't think colors are gender basis. Many times women and girls also wear blue, and men also wears pink.
