Well, i think that if there is such situation made by the senior admin from where we will get our payment through online money transfer to our bank account it will be a great help. Because now a days waiting is too annoying and getting the cheque and then going to the bank is too frustrating

We as a race have a inferiority complex as a legacy of the British rule. This is of course well ingrained into our culture over the years . The ridiculous aspect of this complex is that they are so caught up in getting a tan while we are caught up in getting it off.
The grass is always greener on the other side.

Usha, Peace is common to the king and the beggar. I guess the beggar on the street would have more peace than royalty. It is only a state of mind.. anyone can attain it. The rich wallow in fear and anxiety worrying about how to get richer and poor worry about how to make ends meet.
I am sure you'll agree that everyone has problems.. some more than then others.. the choices we make in how we approach them could define our state of mind better. Being ready to accept the situation, and working towards what can be done without worrying is the secret to peaceful living.

Yes that's true ! I find older people much fitter in some respects ..I also find it interesting how our priorities change at different stages of our life. When you are younger, you fill your bag with compact, lipstick and so on ...later once you have children it is their requirements and so on..I am however surprised that many women , even the educated ones don't carry a pen with them although you may find the bag bulging with other things. When I go to the bank or some office , there is some lady or the other ( even men ) invariably asking for a pen!

According to Bhagavad Gita you do your bit without bothering about the end result . This is a thought that has been expressed by many thinkers .But in reality people may think that they have reached that level but when things dont go as expected you can see that they have been fooling themselves ..However, these thoughts expressed by Zen philosophers makes sense ..

Most of the times I am at peace with myself and my surroundings, but like many have voiced here, the feeling of peace is not permanent as it can be disrupted by many things and incidents. But generally speaking, I am mostly content with my dreams, what I have achieved and what I want for my family, so yes, I am at peace !
Inner peace can be disrupted/changed as change is the only permanent state.. But being able to find ones equilibrium through it all is inner peace.
Often people mistake achievements to bring peace. It is not the destination but the journey itself.. the journey of life that should be peaceful. It is the being not the doing. We are busy bodies doing all the time.. instead of being what we ought to be.

My life is simple and I am happy.. that is what matters to me at the end of the day.
Absolutely ! over a period of time in certain ways we become set in our choices , more so after you have your own family and your whole life revolves around them !
Not just that, our thinking evolves and broadens over time .. but some people seem to be stuck to the same well. Its so difficult to relate to them.

There are instances where people are born into a family with problems and they compound with time.I wonder how they would be able to find peace , most of them give up because they are unable to cope .You need to have some mental security which also comes with physical and financial security. All these factors tend to influence your own well being.

The politician don't think so , while they send their children to international schools and abroad to study they insist on mother being the primary language to be used in schools.

Yes rural India should also start using English considering the fact that Native language in the long run is of no use. But some youngsters from rural regions realized the importance of English and are going to nearby cities for learning English undergoing many difficulties.

For that change we have to wait. Change takes time to make it a norm. Glad, i'm seeing some changes in the society, though in traces.
