Very right sir, question itself is a fantasy, it was just to reminisce some pleasant moments from past. No matter how much we are satisfied with our present, there is a time when we love to be nostalgic. I liked your post. It has provided a platform for airing different views ranging from rib tickling to serious. I consider this as a break from the usual routine.

This is the case with all of us. How many of us know about environment protection and the repercussions if the environment is not protected ? This is all due to lack of awareness.

Nah.. I don't know Hindi.. I can teach him French. I made my decisions based on both our comfort levels. He is not the only one to say the truth 3/4 of his class has shifted to French when the option was offered.  That kis not my point, my point is inculcate a love for Indian languages.. not make the syllabus heavy and scare children.. its a language.. speak it, get them to  love it. This is where we seem to fail.

Any how the post made you to go back down your memory lane. For you there ends the matter. But for some one, they actually go back to the past because the thread poster provided an opportunity.

I want to clear the doubt that I have not deliberately broken the rule. I was completely not aware of such a rule. At present, I did not post continuously is not that I deliberately avoided to commit the blunder again. It just happened because I was ignorant. If you don't mind then may I say you something that is I always find your comment on various topic and so never thought that there should be some time gap in between. So, I am sorry if I have hurt the site's sentiment but believe me it was not done intentionally.

The best thing you can do is Google search with ' No respect for women in Delhi." You will get a series of news items published by different channels. Then you can weigh and decide for your self for the reliability part of the News.

To be very honest I did not do it deliberately. Even I was not aware of this rule and came to know right now from your post. I have no intention to break the rules and always try to respect it. The rule is not clear to me, suppose I answer three questions one after the another or participate in topics, then, am I not allowed to post the fourth one? After How long can I participate in posting my answers and all? I will be thankful to you if you can explain a bit about it And I am sincerely sorry for breaking the rule though unknowingly.

True fact is that people don't join hands for any cause until it comes to them. For any problem  they think whether they are good or not, their surroundings are clean or not. I really don't understand why some people dumb their trash before another house in India. Such things show how selfish they are. So what if they dump trash before some else house they are forgetting the fact that one day someone else will do the same thing to them. Awareness is important but it should start with municipal corporation workers as they don't know how harmful things they do to environment in the process of cleaning. At my place the dump is set afire which causes suffocation to the residents staying there. Some time plastic bags and battery they also burn creating lot of smoke. Lot of times we asked them to stop doing this activity but still they do it without any second though.

Kalyani Nandurkar wrote: More than any psychological reasons it was actually the other way around when pink was accepted for boys and blue was for girls, but was not accepted by manufacturers and retailers and they started promoting the accepted 'pink-for-girls' and 'blue-for-boys' norms, more for commercial reasons. But somehow they are now stuck as gender stereotypes. However, now in the 21st century there is no need for us to stick the stereotypes as now men are now considered more cool when they appear as metrosexual men, men who take care of babies, cook for the family, help their wives etc. there are now more and more wide ranges of clothing for men where pink too is a dominant color. So we can help remove such gender stereotypes by allowing our children and encouraging them to choose colors according to their own likes and not just letting them stick to only such gender-biased hues. I agree, to break such gender color convention we should encourage kids to choose the color of their like. Mostly children does not care about colors and clothes but people and things around make them to care a lot.

Or is it a secret ?  As far as navigation of the site itself I have no issues.. but I need to schedule time and get organized.  I have been hanging around here a  loit to get a good first hand understanding of the site.
