Thanks a ton Usha. I am just waiting because I am not sure of what is expected here.. each site is different. I find that though the minimum limit is ten sentences or two hundred words the articles are easily more than 700 words long, I don't know if the ones I have seen are like that or in general its like that.
Do they prefer long articles? Is poetry allowed? Is SEO the focus? These are some questions I was hoping to have answered.
Articles need to be I guess 400 words and more , not sure since I normally never write articles below 1000 words since I find it difficult to fit in everything .It is of course left to the choice of the writer since some have the knack of being very economical with words and come up with articles that are short but to the point and informative. I guess I already wrote about poetry earlier , which you can submit under the suitable category. SEO should never be the focus in my opinion because the content suffers in the bargain...you can pick words later on and since we get paid per article it is not too much of an issue !

Long articles are preferred. If you see community earnings under Dashboard, you can understand how different articles with different sizes fetched different remuneration. Of course SEO is the focus that's why administration insists on more key words.

The major problem our education system faces is the vast gulf between government run schools where even infra structure is not provided and the private schools where the students are pampered ..We all know that with money one can buy anything in our country including degrees. Recently I saw a news item where the Supreme court has come down heavily on lawyers saying that they need to undergo health checkups before taking on sensitive criminal cases , also that 30% have fake degrees !

Sofs created new topic How do you relax?.
What is the best way to for you to relax after a hard day's work? I personally take some light reading material, poetry or content that engages all the senses to read.. and as I imagine the written word come to life, I drift off to sleep.
I enjoy quite places, near a lake or forest. I also love to relax digging up mud and gardening.

Very right sir, question itself is a fantasy, it was just to reminisce some pleasant moments from past. No matter how much we are satisfied with our present, there is a time when we love to be nostalgic.
I liked your post. It has provided a platform for airing different views ranging from rib tickling to serious. I consider this as a break from the usual routine.

The practice of sharing the vehicle by the residents living in the same locality helps in reducing the air pollution. But as you said in a bid to buy new cars and Bikes people are contributing to the Air pollution.

I am not free. I am part of a family, a society and the humankind. As long as human relations exist I have to face the struggles of the external world, its turbulence and all contradictions of life. Success in struggles in the external world and fulfillment of desires give happiness and peace of mind, which are temporary. As long as attachment is there, eternal peace within will be a mirage.
I am in total agreement. Peace within is not an individual thing. I'm happy and at peace if all my near and dear ones are happy and contented. I may be able to accept a few short comings in my own life ( after all peace also means acceptance of whatever life has in store for you) but can't see any of my loved ones suffering and struggling . In fact why just family, even friends when going through tough times causes a lot of turmoil . Emotional attachment is what comes in the way of attaining peace within and that is the only thing that stops me from saying that I'm at peace...it has nothing really to do with material gains for me..I never sweat over what all stuff I need to buy or what status I want to achieve..I am thankful for all that I have .If I get more, I'll be grateful to the Almighty and if not, I have nothing to regret.

Some people use car or bike to show their status. Some use car or bike to travel even small distance. It is time to change our mentality. Either we should share the vehicle or use bicycle to go to places nearby. If possible just walk as walking is good for health.

Shampa, no worries.. I didn't get this too.. Somehow its is not clear to the new comers that we should not comment/ respond successively even if many people have posted before us and we were just resounding to each of those comments. I assumed that they meant we are not to start two strings or discussions at once. Maybe a re-look at the wording there would help.

If the children do not care about color, it is essential for the parents to make them know. Generally I found children are attracted towards vibrant colors, though they do not know the significance of them.

I am new here.. so I am just curious to know how you work here effectively. Do you wait for each article to be approved before you submit another? I am not sure what is expected so I am waiting for approval before I submit the second one.
If you do so.. you may end up submitting just three or four articles per month form my (scant) observation of how this site functions. How many articles do you submit per month?
How much time do you spend on the forums and on this site in general per day? What are these group discussions.. where do you find them and how do you get into lone?
I know that people are very different and each one has a different style of working.. I am just trying to make a Boddunan schedule for myself. Since I work on other sites too I am trying to fit this in neatly into my schedule.
Any help or suggestions are welcome.
Hi sofs, I agree that article takes a long long time to get published as of now but apparently the admin is working on quickening up the process. However, there is no limit to the number of articles you can submit .You can submit more than one article each day if that is possible. You don't have to wait for older articles to get published before you submit new articles.
And as far as forums go , it is upto you as to how much time you can spend and how many posts you can make...I post when I find time and try not to make too many unnecessary and repetetive posts just to get more points.
You can work at your pace here and keep writing articles and submitting them and you may find all your articles getting published on the same day all the best
