Garlic has many health benefits especially it prevents cardio vascular diseases. It's used in culinary preparations. It has side effects. It should not be used in Medicinal amounts during pregnancy and Breast feeding.

It is true that whenever we attempt upon any task, we must do it after a lot of thinking and once it is attempted upon, it must be finished and not left in midway except in some exceptional circumstances which may crop up unexpectedly. This can ensure success in the task taken up. Otherwise, we may start with a number of tasks at the start of day and at the end of day, we may find that no task is complete to give us a peaceful sleep.

Religion and culture are different. Culture is more affected by region rather than religion. Religion also affects culture to some extent but mainly it is region that affects culture and language. It is futile to talk of Hindu or Muslim culture. Bengali Hindu and Bengali Muslim have more in common than a Rajasthani Muslim and Bengali Muslim.

Yes sir. School starts much later. Before that Home education is vital, where Parents take the charge to teach our Indian classics. Chandamama is a good example.

Yes, you are right, white garlic and lemon are amazing resources to clean our blood vessels they can reduce the level of cholesterol from our body. They can strengthen the walls of your blood vessels. There are some side effects when we use drugs for cleaning our blood vessels. Therefore, the best option is to depend upon the natural medicines like garlic and lemon.

Alcohol has been there from time immemorial. Its consumption just can;t be eliminated. On TV we see leading stars promoting different brands under guise of CD's, books, soda etc when the logos are of liqour brands. The poorer sections of the society are hit the most as they spend a sizeable sum on it and thus dprive their families of basics esp food. Violence is also common among them esp the women get beaten. Unfortunately prohibition does not work. It is there since 1047 in Gujarat, but those interested know how to get it at a premium. Why SC has allowed liqour to be served in five star hotels is surprising. A ban should be for all. Keral has the dubious record of maximum per capita consumption of alcohol. Building awareness and strong family values can perhaps help control.

I uphold the Apex court decision to limit the sale of liquor to Five star Hotels in one way. Because all cannot afford to go to Five star hotels. But, if you see the Statistics, Kerala's share was 14.9 percent of the total consumption of Liquor in the country. It means Kerala Alcohol consumers are consuming alcohol worth Rs,30 crores per day.
Of course health of the consumer takes a big beat. Hence it is necessary Alcoholism has to be should be banned, except for Medical uses in the Country.

Drinking alcohol is not good for our health. People are affected by diseases because of the over use of alcohol. Large number of people in Kerala are addicted to alcohol. They are not bothered about their family. They spend large amount of money for drinking liquor and fail to fulfill the need of their family members. At last, when they fall in diseases, they need to spend huge amount for treatment. Some people sell their property for treatment and thus they become a homeless people. This is the reason why the government of Kerala took action to control alcoholism.

When I make pulav, I add vegetables like carrot and beans into the rice and I cook chicken or mutton as a side dish for pulav. For vegetarians, we can prepare tasty vegetable dishes like gobi manchurian or chilli paneer. But when I make biriyani, I add meat and rice together for non-vegetarians and rice and variety of vegetables for vegetarians.
