Of course, there is no need to quote Great personalities to drive the point home. But the pity is people are there who fail to notice every day happenings that establish the fact that Failure is the stepping stone for Success. See a child who never quits at the stage of learning Walking. Each time, the child falls down, the child gets up and continues without any complaint with renewed vigor and determination.

Nowhere in Mythologies said on Diwali day, one should explode crackers. The word " Diwali" means  row of lights. That's why, it is known as Festival of lights, not Festival of Crackers. Exploding crackers on Diwali day is a Modern day disease.

Dinner must be simple and and less in quantity. Because, people tend to go to bed immediately after Dinner. It's different during day time. There will be some kind of activity and there will not be any difficulty in digesting the food.

An old adage says "eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper". Never skip your breakfast. Breakfast is the most important food. When you consume more calories including some extra protein for your breakfast, you will feel better in the whole day. But some people cannot eat their breakfast in time because they eat too much quantity of food at night. If you want a healthy and fit body, your dinner must be very simple. Eat three hours before you go to bed.  Otherwise, your body won't digest the food that you eat.

I don't think that people can stop or reduce bursting crackers on Diwali days. There may be some mythological reason behind it. Burning crackers on Diwali is a custom of the society and people all over the country is followed this method. Whenever we burst too much of crackers, it pollute the land by depositing too much of garbage. Cleaning the surroundings are very difficult after diwali celebration.

I have seen people talking about the pollution created by crackers on Diwali, there were discussions going on in media channels how pollution has increased on the next day of Diwali. But I have not seen any one talking about the pollution caused by crackers on new years celebration and D.J. was on loud sound whole night. Does only the Diwali crackers spread pollution and the new years crackers purify the air?
