But in Tamil Nadu, Anbil village in Trichi district celebrated the jallikattu festival on last Saturday with 65 bulls and 40 tamers and defied the Supreme Court ban. The nearest police station gave support to the villagers when they gathered in Mariamman Thidal for this event. They conducted jallikattu as per their tradition because it is a part of their Pongal festival and a spontaneous event.

Chintan Upadhyasya shamelessly described himself as Provocative Artist. In 2005 the provocative Artist stunned all by posing nude. The Artist says this posing nude is to protest the Gujarat riots. What a lame excuse in the name of "Freedom of expression "

This is really more disturbing than the French incident given in the thread. also the Indian case is more provocative and also thought provoking. Thank you.

Whatever be greatness of Swamy Vivekanand, he was basically a Hindu preacher. He could not be expected to preach anything that would go beyond the religion. Caste or varna system is essence of Hindu religion. so how can a Hindu religious preacher be expected to oppose the caste or verna system? Swamy Vivekanand cannot be faulted. Certainly he was not a social reformer like Raja Ram Mohan Roy.

Our constitution provides equal importance to all the people of India. It is not good to discriminate people on the basis of colour, caste, sex or money. All are equal under law. Teachers and staffs of schools and colleges should give equal importance to all children. It is not good to divide the children on the basis of caste. There are number of bright dalit students who study very well and score high marks in examinations. They have the right to sit with other children. Do not separate dalit children from others.

The most worst thing is that the award wapsi gang has again get activated. One of the person decided to return the award which he got from the university, because he feels intolerance. Selective secularism is very dangerous to our country. Selective secular start doing their activity without knowing the reality of incident.
From this, it is easy to understand, who is behind this drama. Just like Award wapsi drama, this is another drama created by the Congress. Now people realized that all these shedding crocodile tears is mere trash and desperate attempts to stage comeback, which is not possible
