I am using Windows 8.1 and have not yet thought of downloading Windows 10, other than Start button is there any big difference in its working? More importantly Windows 8.1 tends to slow down internet sometimes do you face that problem with Win-10?

if the reservation of seats done on the bases of needy one. i mean to say that only the needy should get the opportunity to get the reservation of seats and nobody else

I just submitted article, today on 9-2-2016, on 3:14 PM. I just want to know, will it be moderated; in time frame of 3 days or long. Because last time, I submitted a article on 14-1-2016 and it got moderated, on 29-1-2016. So, just want to know, will this happen; this time too?

Reservation as a means to tackle the centuries-old injustices committed on millions of disadvantaged sections of our populace has further accentuated division and fragmentation of our society with some sections developing a vested interest in this. There are some who are so wonderfully better off having tasted the juiciness of fruits of it for generations that these are simply not in any mood to give up in favor of their less fortunate counterparts. So we have more obstreperous clamor for inclusion as beneficiaries. About sacrifice of meritocracy and promotion of mediocrity, the founding fathers of our Constitution had the pragmatism and prescience to see the kind of havoc it could wreak on the system if this policy was made a permanent feature and put a cap of ten years but the fact remains the Post- Independence rulers have always guided by myopia and worse and have been sigularly obsessed with vote-banks politics.I honestly don't expect this destructive,irrational and divisive policy to end in the foreseeable future.

Once your article is approved do not enter into it from your dashboard otherwise it will go back in under review form and may or not may not be reviewed again.
