The whole incident reminds me of the bollywood movie Maachis where an innocent youth was picked up by the police. It actually happens and for the police the soft target is the innocent young minds and ultimately their lives get thrashed. If we go by the media report then we are now very sure about one fact that the JNU student's union President got falsely implicated. This is not a fair handling of a situation.
Now this case is in court, SC refused for bail of president of JNU. It is job of court declare some one innocent or guilty. What you write here may be right but why president called meeting in university campus without permission of Adm.
SC did not refuse the bail but it said that he must file the bail petition in HC first and that's why it did not hear the case. I know it is in the court but, do you think we should not have any voice about any case which is in court? We can easily discuss issues among ourselves. Next is if anyone called a meeting without permission means he/she is anti-nationalists, isn't it too much?

Jats wil get reservation. Which caste next?
The fact is that as yet the Jats and the Patels have not got reservation. Agitation is on, but there is a dark underside as the the lower castes do not want higher castes to get reservation. Thus there is a cauldron for class conflict or war in years to come.
No doubt Jat of Haryana will get reservation, and after it in every part of country caste other than upper cast will demand reservation. Rajsthan and West Uttar Pradesh have enough Jat, they will also demand reservation in coming days. One time reservation is also solution of this problem. Persons who get reservation once, their children will not eligible for reservation.

Situation in Haryana is serious, Violence spread out is whole state. More than 550 trains were cancelled. Buses from adjoining state are not going in Haryana. Army and BSF called. Shoot at look order is giving in the state. % of reservation in 67% in Haryana. How much they want?
The question is not how much they want. Question is selective application of reservation. This will in due course lead to a caste war
yes it is now caste war, war between OBC and Jat. Jat wants reservation in OBC but OBC is not agree to share their piece of bread.

There is a time and place for everything and students coming out with statements saying we are capable of doing this and also taking sides with bad, criminal elements can never be tolerated! It is because the politicians use them that the student community has begun to think that they can manipulate the government by going on strikes ! It is a totally wrong precedence because they are just mis guided missiles fired by the politicians who harm the fabric of the society and before they come to their senses they would have done a lot of damage ! I feel the government is doing the right thing in curbing these elements, who are just ools used by the opposition parties to vent out their own frustrations..

I was always of the opinion that reservation should only be on the basis of economic backwardness but now I am against it too. The reason why I am even against the economic reservation is because the rich people turn every table in their favour. In Delhi schools there is a reservation for economically backward section (EWS) but in 2015 a scam got reported regarding it. Heads of some schools are named as accused of taking9 huge donations from wealthy class and in place of children of weaker section, the children of wealthy got enrolled in school. Now. the case is going on. So, what's the use of having reservation for the poor when the rich take an advantage of it?
These all good service for the poor automatically turns in favour of richer.
Rich and influential always take the advantage of the system.

India is not country in which some one punished within 2 or 3 days. Country have proper system of enquiry and investigation. No one can raise finger on impartiality of Indian courts.
Indian courts and its judicial system do not have a good record/ many times the Indian judicial system came under scanner. Jayalililata's case is an example.
