Very much to do with laziness who are no Morning walkers. Many in the discussions revealed their opinions in this regard.
Besides if you opine that laziness has nothing to do with no morning walkers, You are welcome. How can I say NO to an esteemed member's opinion ?

Sofs created new topic Does toll take a toll on you?.
We (my family) need to travel so often out of state by road. The toll booths on these out of state roads take a toll on us and our finances.
After having paid road tax for our vehicles, paying tax on infrastructure we end up paying tax all the way around.
What irks me is that some of the roads are so bad that the goverbment need to pay us for the damages it causes our vehicles and our backs.
Do you think it is justified to tax us so much.. especially the middle class ?

I have no doubts about Vitamin C and its usefulness but I don't understand how can it help in my outdoor activities like laughter therapy and yoga exercises with my co-walkers in the morning or my brisk walks that I am so used to for many decades in the mornings (or sometimes in the evenings). Besides laziness has nothing to do with persons who are no morning walkers.

Sofs replied to the topic Why students are so disrespectful towards their teachers at present?.
Shampa, I agree with you fully on that score. I personally don't like my children to even call their teachers by names. My son used to address his principal as BJ .. I had to put my foot down and say that is Mr. BJ for you. ( using initials for anonymity) He never said that again.
It common for children to call teachers by names and nick names as they reach adolescence. Its their statement of being grown up. Firm correction by parents puts them on the right track.
This boils down to the fact that many parents today aren't really concerned with respecting teachers or elders per say.

I am sure that would be a really boon for those who cannot walk, due to disability or illness. However, I would like to point out that most of these researches are funded by Pharmaceuticals that have a hidden agenda and finding could be skewed toward selfish gains.
Having said that I would also add that Vitamin C is one of the best immunity enhancing supplements today..

The link also says that if a person is lazy enough to go for morning walks can use vitamin C supplements
Researchers have found that taking Vitamin C supplements daily can have similar cardiovascular benefits as regular exercise in overweight and obese adults.
The research also says
The researchers found that daily supplementation of Vitamin C (500 mg/day) reduced ET-1-related vessel constriction as much as walking for exercise did.
So if I go by the results of this particular research I should stop going for my walks (morning or evening) and start eating vitamin C

I mentioned in my previous post, reasons for laziness. Out of them one's inconvenient hours like as you said on a night shift worker. If the conditions do not permit you for a morning walk, the thread suggest to use Vitamin C supplements. If this is also inconvenient to you shift your walk habit to evening walk.
After all the purpose is to reap the benefits of Walking.

Let this question be answered by our Politicians. They shower all kinds of promises and boons before elections. And these boons and promises remain unaltered until next elections.

I have affection with articles which in my house, weather these are 50 years old. These make me sense that it is my house.
Definitely. Home food gives satisfaction in all respects. But even Home food too may lead to monotony and boredom. Our tasting buds look for a change at times. And this is on such occasions. we can go for a change.

A news to me that Pakistan is cleaner than India. Hitherto I was under the impression that it's the dirtiest country like its rulers.
As usual, Pakistan has some of the cleanest and at the same time some very dirty places. I would like to mention that hilly areas being lesser populated and having lesser business opportunities are always cleaner than plains. The Swat Valley in Khaibar area is certainly a beautiful place for the river and lakes.
Not only hilly areas but population of whole Pakistan is much less than India. Density of Pakistani population is much less than India. It is the only reason that Pakistan is neat and clear country.
Maintaining cleanliness all the time is also an achievement. Whatever may be the reason, we must appreciate Pakistan for its achievement.

Laziness is one of the factors. That laziness may be though to late working in the nights, insomnia so on and so forth.
