usha manohar replied to the topic Nightmares and how they affect you..
A person has to actually worry when he has dreamless sleep because it is part of a healthy sleep cycle or else it is because he or she is simply unable to recollect it because it is very essential for us to dream and most healthy people have dreams at night , nightmares are rare and occur only when there is mental disturbance of some kind or post traumatic stress disorder which can be the reason.

First I want to clear that secular Indian does not mean no religion. All citizens of India have right to follow their religion. In India politics is profession not service of the nation. Power is drugged. Our politicians are addict of facilities they enjoying. They never like to quit these. An addict person can do any evil to meet their needs. Laloo Prasad in on bail, his behavior is like most honest person. Secularism is noting for politicians. They have one point agenda, power and only power. Word secularism is ladder for them to get the power. Most of politicians are scrupulous.

That means you are supposed to put your efforts first. Then if the results are not as per your expectations, put on more efforts until you get what you waned. Instead if you expect results without putting any effort, one has to think again.

True. A healthy person will not be affected by night mares. Those who are unhealthy dream night mares. I enjoy night after night a sound and dreamless sleep.

It is proverb that God help the person who help himself. In this world no one come to us to give us anything. We have to get all thing we required with our efforts. Life is not a straight highway. It is way full with pits and dangerous turns. If life became easy we will bore with it.

Then this suggestion should be introduced immediately. I would be the happiest person if such suggestion is implemented.
My suggestion to admin is no member will get the top slot twice in a row. His points will be retained which will count in monthly shares. As far repetition one has to be very careful as the moderators have decided to delete all such posts.
I welcome it. No member should be on the top of the leader leader board consecutively in a row. Yes deletion of posts for being repetitive is justified. I'm in favor of any strict implementation measure to keep the sanctity of the Forums.

Yes. you said. What i said was even in helpless conditions like employer's unwanted pressure, the employee has always option. The so called unwanted pressure exerted by the employer may be unnecessary for the employee, may not be unwanted for the employer. he has been assigned the duty of getting maximum work from the employee. Because the employee is paid.

@rambabu That is what I said that life is full of hurdles. I think I have not said anything wrong which needs to be countered. Rather I would like to point out here that I have mentioned hurdles of every kind and not just physical disabilities. A person who has to feed a big family and his means are meagre then at that time if his employer puts some unwanted pressure on him then usually such a man surrenders because he can't afford to keep his dear ones unfed.

Media gives unnecessary exposure to such regular happenings about which all are aware. Then it's the business of the media. And people are responsible for showing extraordinary interest towards such news items. Practically everything is being controlled by the politicians who are not secular. If they are secular how can they build their vote Banks ?

I am sure the administrator will take the decision as to what needs to be done and what needs to be implemented ...But as members we too have a duty , I feel that we should not fill the forum with repetetive spam posts that make no headway except getting on the nerves of other members since they have to sift through the many posts of one member to get to the gist of the discussion ... There was a member here who wrote some very informative ,great articles and started many good discussions besides adding his own views , don't see him much now, which is a pity !

I Mean in whatever position I may be in the leader board, the points i secured will be in tact. Please see that my suggestion is implemented. I will support it.
