No need to feel sorry but your views in regard to mine have convinced me of correctness of my views. So I stand by them.Let us agree to disagree!
An imperfect world should not be an excuse for non-pursuit of perfection.Similarly your philosophy of letting hundred wrong doing to protect a single innocence is a bundle of confusion and contradiction. If we allow 100 thieves the benefit of thefts we make more or less than 100 victims protecting only wrong-doers!
Do not worry, there will be no wrong doings here, you can be assured of that. You are one of the members who have been here right from the beginning and have seen this site grow from a small forum to such a big and exclusive community. We all have had share of ups and downs and injustices and all kinds of disturbing trends and yet, we have all survived that and brought this site on top of everything else. You have not been here only as a witness but as an invaluable part of the growing and maturing community and have proved a source of great learning for not just me but for others as well. Deviations will always be there , we can never wish them away but as long as we are all willing to clean up the mess together and work for it, it will always be alright!

So what I understand is majority people are against the restrictions, well I have to respect your views.
@kalyani, this is an open forum, everyone welcome here and can share their views freely. Nobody can command anyone here, it simply do not work in an open environment.
@chinmoy, sorry but I have to disagree. people who are supposed to do keep the discipline are already doing their job at their best, imho. At the end, this is the forum run by the community for themselves. If there are some deviations, I won't worry as there is no perfect thing in the world in any field.
@rambabu, any incidents reported will be taken care with due diligence. I don't worry about 100 wrong people gets benefit but I do worry if 1 innocent paid the price for no wrong doing.
Others, thanks for posting your views. At present there would be no change in any status. We will continue to take feedback from you guys.

Lack of civic sense is the main cause for such incidents. Everybody seems to be in a hurry as if they are the only people who are busy. In this process there is every likelihood of accidents. Many Road users do not care about Traffic rules and lane changing. By this people are endangering not only others lives but also their own lives.

What happened Sunil? Why this sudden announcement to leave the forum? I am sure you must have some very valid reason to do so but it just seems too abrupt and sudden. I also personally feel that since you have been an invaluable part of the community and have done an indeed great job, the members do need some kind of reason, if may so put, otherwise, we all would be left wondering whether it was something we did or said !

I am sad at this turn of events. He has been instrumental in keeping the forum alive with a few laudable initiatives. If he doesn't want to reveal the exact reason which has led to this I won't ask for any. After all he values self-respect more than anything else.He must have arrived at this decision after factoring in all aspects. However I would fondly wish his reversal of the decision and return to the forum. All the very best,Sunil!!!

This is because of needless hurry. It appears that the bikers cosider the duration of red signal as some sort of imprisonment.

With all the ways you are following, ill effects of constant sitting will not touch you. But those who have to sit in offices or in the home they are likely to become the victims of obesity. Too much sitting also seems to increase the risk of death from cardiovascular disease and cancer.
During office hours one can walk in the premises of the office. Otherwise one can walk during lunch hour. If it is in the office every half an hour one can get away and to little stretching in the room itself.

I have been not devoting as much time as a moderator should do. So, I contemplated to give up the assignment as moderator/editor. But not yet decided. any way, I'm not going to leave forum. I shall always be on forum whenever I can do. €I have also a feeling that the tenure of moderators and editors should be for some fixed period ideally one year. This will give opportunity to other eminent members to act as editor/ moderator. A member may also be reappointed after some break. This is my suggestion. I hope members would find this proper.

Yes, long hour sitting in one place is really not good for health. We sometime force to work sitting long hour at office. To minimize this situations one should get up and walk whenever they get time. If that is also not possible one should use the lunch time cleverly and try to get some walk after having lunch. The best thing to do in office is to get the thing by own without any help of office boys, this is here you can get some time to be away from your seat.
