As adults we have our own limitations as well but if we can brave them out then it would be wonderful for us. It will help us to lead a life free of ailment but I am worried about the upcoming generation. When I see my son I get disturbed. There is very little time he gets to play either because of homework, due to examination, for his music class or his friends are off to tuition which at least he doesn't have to go and that gives him more time to devote to his first love, story books, naturally he sits for hours together engrossed in reading. To make him leave his story book it becomes a pain for me.

Since our childhood we have been taught that India is a secular country. But when we get the experience of our practical life, everything looks false.  From the child birth certificate to filling the government job form, everywhere your cast and religion identity will be asked why? If we are one then what is the need to ask such questions that too in a government form?  Recently the way beef matter become a political issue says all the truth about our political parties and leaders. No one looked to bring some solution to this sensitive issue instead everyone got busy to make their vote bank stronger.  What they want to achieve in creating such big gap between people of India? Can we call them secular leader of secular India?

But even this also is very rare. The entire clan of politicians in general are selfish in nature. It's greediness on our part to expect selfless services from this clan. In Delhi AAP government propose to enhance their salary and allowances 4 times. They prove how greedy they are . Very true Anil. Are these politicians show the same interest towards Aam Aadmi's welfare and raise their standard of living ? For name sake the party's name is Aam Aadmi party. Naam Bada Darshan Thoda. Double standards. It's the condition everywhere in this country. You wait for some time, recommendation of seventh pay commission will be enforce in January 2016 for central government employees  but how states of government employees will get it, after long agitations. recommendation

But those who have to sit in offices or in the home they are likely to become the victims of obesity. Too much sitting also seems to increase the risk of death from cardiovascular disease and cancer. During office hours one can walk in the premises of the office. Otherwise one can walk during lunch hour. If it is in the office every half an hour one can get away and to little stretching in the room itself. I am also doing like Gulshan ji. I am running a shop for 12 years. There I spend 8 to 9 hours in sitting postures. I am also feeling ill effect of this habit. My shop is much small so I can't walk in it with the help of walker. I have problem of back pain, urine problem, leg ache problem. So it is suggestion to all not sit more than one hour. At least wake up to  drink water. So sorry Anil. You have become a victim of ill effects of sedentary life. Yes, follow what gulshanji said. If your home is not far away from your shop better you walk. This will help a lot.

I propose to keep forum activities outside the ambit of contests and competitions. For me a sincere 'like' or a warm 'thank you' is quite a reward  I agree too. However I believe there should be some way to stop flood of unnecessary/meaningless replies at least for few people who does it.
