The TMC is ruling party and is terrorizing the opposition. This is different from crimes of non political nature. It is considered bad to punish an innocent. Guys, lets don't deviate from our discussion, sorry for feeding unnecessary things in this forum. Yes, there are good enough measures to treat the people who do wrong-doings as you might have already seen in last few years and at the same time.
@Kalyani, first of all posting multiple replies is not come under rules violation, rather posting meaningless posts, "me too" kind of posts. I agree on some part with your views on letting innocent people go away because of other people's ego, however this is what exactly tried to convey in my earlier post too. At the same time, we cannot take any decision in hurry. As you can see in this post, we asked everyone for their views even before we decide to take any decision.

MG Singh created new article Ominous Exhortions of the Imam of AL Aksa Mosque in Jerusalem to "Fertilize" Christian Women.
There is a big influx of Muslim refugees from the arc around the Mediterranean Sea to Europe. The reason is strife, where food is scarce and life is cheap. In such a scenario Muslims are trying to enter Europe. It's almost like a flood and the European powers are clueless as to how to handle this influx. In fact to independent observers it is apparent that Europe may not be able to ward of entry of Muslim refugees, which will soon number millions. The European powers are concerned, but there is no easy solution.
The matter does not end there and there is a sinister twist given by the Muslim clergy to this influx. Firstly as is well known the ISIS is infiltrating these Muslim refugees with hard core cadre who in due course will carry out terrorist attacks. Already Germany which has admitted nearly 150,000 Muslims refugees is having second thoughts and regretting its benevolence as huge quantities of arms have been discovered along with the refugees.
Further Muslim clergy led by the Imam of the Al Aksa Mosque at Jerusalem has given a new twist to this exodus. As per Sheikh Mohammad of the Mosque the Christians have lost their fertility. He points to the low birth rate of Europe where the average child per woman is 1.5 against a requirement of 2.1 to sustain the population. He opines that the Christians are not at all benevolent and are just looking for cheap labor. He goes on to add that the Christians will have no choice but to ultimately admit all Muslim refugees. He further exhorts Muslim men to "fertilize" the Christian women as that is the need of the hour. He wants Muslim men to impregnate Christian girls and women so that the message of Islam will spread in Europe. He says that Muslims will fertilize the Christian women, which their men cannot do.
The address of the Imam is available on Youtube and is avidly listened to by all Muslim men. This is indeed a devious method of motivating the Muslims to find a foot hold in Europe. It must be noted that the Muslim scriptures look favorably on mass migration for the spread of Islam. As per statistics the Muslims constitute 22% of the world population, but by the turn of the century will be about 50% of the world population. The Muslims also envisage the complete Islamisation of Europe in a few decades from now.
Europe is indeed facing a demographic crisis as birth rates have declined dramatically and there is a labor shortage. So there is a distinct chance that Europe will have to allow a large number of Muslims to enter for settlement as fodder for labor. This is dangerous as Europe will never be the same. As I have earlier pointed out, Europe was for long ruled by Muslims and this could very well be the second invasion. With a low demographic count Europe and Christianity will find it difficult to stop the Muslim influx.
The fat is in the fire. In a way the strife in the Muslim world is a creation of the USA and other western powers and one can only say that the birds have come home to roost

MG Singh created new article Russia Shows its Power in Syria as the ISI are Attacked.
At long last the Russians under Vladimir Putin intervened in Syria to support their long time ally Assad. It was a terrific moment as for the first time the Russian Air Force SU 34 and 35 hit ISIS targets and videos show they had a devastating effect. This is the first time the ISIS has been attacked in this manner. Before the attack the Russians informed the United States Air Force to clear the skies as the assault was to begin. Thankfully the USAF complied and withdrew their air force during the period of the Russian bombardment. After the attack was over the USAF helicopters landed in these areas to help rescue their "moderate " allies. This is the bane of the USA as it draws a line between moderate and extreme terrorism. One wishes the USA had realised that all terrorists are bad and their is nothing like a moderate terrorist.
Looking back at history the genesis of the problem commenced from Afghanistan where the USA and CIA armed the Taliban. One has just to watch the old movie" Rambo", which commenced witha phrase on the screen saying" Dedicated to our friends the Mujahadeen". This was shortlived as very soon diehard Muslims attacked the twin trade towers in New York and in Afghanistan itself the captured US soldiers were beheaded. This unfortunately is the face of Islam, intolerant and ungrateful. It also shows that the US perception of Islam is faulty, especially with Barack Mohammed Obama as President. It is so flawed that this man has appointed two Muslims as part of Internal security in USA. I think I will have to write another article on this matter.
Coming to Syria, a Russian intervention was long desired especially after the cowardly manner the Americans removed Gaddafi and Saddam Hussein. Gaddafi as brought out by Vladimir Putin in his UN address was executed under the aegis of US special forces and Saddam was hanged again with support from the US. However the birds have come home to roost and in both Iraq and Libya the USA is worse off. The Islamic extremists led by the ISI are in control and no American can roam the streets of Baghdad and Tripoli freely. The US thus bungled badly. Again in Syria the US and its allies started the same game to remove Assad and replace him with a 'Moderate' terrorist group. It is good that at long last Putin reacted and the Russians have entered the fray and bombed the ISI targets. Let Indians not forget that the USA propped up Pakistan with $ 21 billion worth of arms for free during the last 2 decades and these have been used only against India. Modi will be committing a blunder by putting all his eggs in the US basket. As it is he ( Modi) has little comprension of military power.
The Russians , Chinese and Iranians are on the same side and a Chinese aircraft carrier is now anchored off the coast of Syria. The Russians have also threatened to bomb Saudi Arabia, which is the centre of Islamic terror funding and at the same time a US ally. One just can't understand how a US ally can also be a fund raiser for Islamic terrorism around the world.Tthis game is continuing since 1932 when both the USA and Britain propped up the Saudi dynasty, which is the centre of Wahabbi Islam.
One clear fact emerges that US is soft on Islamic terror. They were very well aware that Osama Bin Laden was in Pakistan and yet continued to cultivate that state. They continued giving billions of dollars as dole free for military hardware. The US has also done precious little to dismantle the terrorist camps ( Over a 100 as per the CIA) being run in Pakistan. These are harsh realities. Again the US has put no pressure on Pakistan to hand over Hafeez and Dawood. Thsi is a fact. India should beware of long term US plans.
The attacks by the Russians are a welcome change of scenario and its about time India recognised that there is no substitute to military power and that needs morale. Modi and the BJP are again like Nehru falling into the trap of being a " world leader". Nothing could be more sillier than trying to be a world power sans morale and military might. Maybe Modi needs to take a leaf out of the book of Putin and not from Nehru.
In the meantime lets sit back and hope the Russians are successful. It is important that they succeed as it will have a great bearing on how the ISI will react against India in the years to come.

vijay created new article Why Should the Boys Not Be Caged.
Girl students residing in some hostels in Delhi have started a movement called 'Pinjara Todo' to highlight the fact that they are confined into the hostels with limited freedom to remain out say after 8 or 8.30 pm along with other restrictions. The comparison with the unlimited freedom the boys have is bound to take place and is already being highlighted by the agitating girls. the media coverage has brought it out into the open.
Down the Memory Lane :
My thoughts go back to my college hostel days in one of India's first premier private deemed university in Rajasthan. There were nearly 25 boys hostels and one girls hostel. The latter was situated near to the residential quarters of the University staff as a means of extra caution. The girls had to be back in their hostel by 7.30 pm if they went out. They could not go alone and minimum two girls could go out usually to the campus market and the adjoining temple. The walls of the hostel compound were around 10-12 feet high and had barbed wire on its top. Many a Romeo alone or in groups could be seen at a distance from the wall to have a look at the inside of the hostel. Entry into the hostel was regulated and noted and the girl would come down to meet the guest in an open common room.
It was frustrating fot the nearly three thousand boys not to find a girl in the campus during the evening time. The largest faculty was the engineering faculty in which there were harly thirty or so girl students in all the five years batches. They would also not mingle with the boys and the latter also would be shy most of the time. In other faculties like science, pharmacy, and arts the ratio was relatively better and occasionally one could see small groups of boys and girls moving together in their faculties or in the canteen.
There were around two hundred girls in the campus which had a student population of app. four thousand odd. We would joke that the girls are therefore a protected species. In spite of such strict protection and control there were cases of elopement, abortion and girls arranging for false permissions to visit outside. It was a common sight to see boys lining up on either side of the road leading to the girls hostel and oogling the pair of girls going to or coming back from the market to their hostel. Many a funny scenes would take place and some times vulgar comments would be passed. It was a distressing sight for many of us to see the girls with their heads down rushing away.
Great expectations Broken :
One expected that today after so many decades things would have changed considerably. But they seem to have not changed. On the contrary in many cases they seem to have gone more worse. I have seen how girls hesitate to ride in many Delhi buses for fear of being groped by all ages of menfolk. I once saw an aged man fall on a girl in front of him repeatedly till the girl asked him to behave. He sheepishly looked around and said he finds it hard to support himself standing in a moving bus. But after the admonishment he completely stopped falling and could stand ramrod straight for the next half an hour before he got down at his stop.
The North India is especially vulnerable for girls. It is considered macho to tease and harass girls. The social system is loaded against the girls and giving them freedom is simply out of question. keeping them inside the hose and protecting them all the time they are out is a very big concern of the parents. Rightly so because of the wolves in form of boys wandering outside. We are aware of the Khap panchayats giving astonishing rulings totally against the girls.
In Western India the situation is relatively better. Girls can move freely and work in diverse fields especially in cities like Mumbai, Pune , Ahmedabad, Vadodara etc. Yet we find high rate of girls being killed in the wombs or at birth. The skewed ratio of girls to boys is a sad indicator of the injustice done to girls.
The South seems to be relatively better in treating its girls. In my college maximum girls were from South and we used to admire the confidence the parents had in sending their girls to study far away in a college in north India. The female to male ratio is also healthy and Kerala women are ahead in nursing and sports areas. Kudos to them.
The East is relatively still conservative except perhaps Kolkatta and Darjeeling. However women are leading agitations in some North East states. They are very much into fine arts. There are few and far in between reports of female harassment from these states.
However overall the girl child in India is still not very welcome, though the picture is changing rapidly in many urban areas The girls themselves are projecting themselves very ably. It is no longer news now that in most of the competition exams, girls are outsmarting boys in the top positions. The increasing laurels brought to the country in sports like badminton and tennis is a pointer in the direction that girls can achieve better than boys if given adequate support and opportunities.
The Protected Species:
Then why are still girls feeling that they are being caged? Why is the agitation "Pinjara todo" launched by the hostel girls in the Capital. It clearly shows, that for all the progress made by girls, in various fields and even in States like Haryana, the mindset of the society has not undergone a change. Girls need to be protected from prowling boys at least till they are married. No such restrictions are imposed on boys. They can drink, gamble, loaf around, while away their father's money, tease and harass girls without any fear or care. All the restrictions are to be placed on the hapless and helpless girl. Her being virtous is an achievement for her safe future. No such requirement from the boys.
If they are caught indulging in rapes etc. politicians will protect them by saying boys can commit mistakes.Parents will take their side and try to keep it within the house. Rarely is the boy punished. He may get a mouthful at the most. But if the girl is wronged then she has to bear the brunt of parental and societal wrath. Life becomes hell for her and often it is a lifelong blot she has to face. All this because the boys are not caged.
Need for Change:
There is a need to now start caging the boys. In boys hostels there should be a rule that all boys have to be in by say 9 PM. They cannot go out alone. at least two have to go out together. If any girl comes to meet them they can do so only in the common room. Boys have to share the cleaning of the hostel premises by turns. These may look silly but why should such restrictions be imposed on the girls only. It is only when boys start feeling the pain of restrictions will hopefully realize how life is tough for girls due to their follies. It might make them softer towards girls and also change their outlook towards them.
The conditioning of boys has to start from childhood itself. Parents have to treat both the boy and girl equally. Rewards have to be same for similar performances. Boys have to be taught to be soft towards girls and treat them with respect. Similarly such messages have to be imparted in schools also. The value system comes from parents and school teachers. So they are two important sources of changing the outlook of boys towards girls. Also influential religious teachers should also speak in this direction to their followers. The politicians should keep out. Over a period of time it can be expected that the outlook of boys towards girls will undergo a healthy change. The society will become a much safer place for women.
The agitation by girls is a pointer to the fact that girls also want freedom like boys to move about in the society, take their own decisions, plan their own careers, and be responsible for their conduct. They basically want to be trusted. They want to be seen as contributors and not as a protected species. It is time this opportunity was given to them.
It is time now that instead of the girls, it is the boys who should be caged.

In civilized society, it is preferred that the culprits be let free rather than punishing an innocent. Maverick's view need be taken in this context. It is correct to say that our site is a cooperative one that needs self discipline. The rules cannot be very rigid. It is also correct that nothing id perfect in the world. There are also some norms for regulation of forum. Most members are following these. some times, a few members indulge in some irregularities and gain. But ultimately they either quit or follow the rules in spirit. So let us perform on site to our best. We need not be very senitive on some occasional irregularities. Also the administration is not so lenient. In appropriate cases, some members have been debarred also. But this cannot be a rule. Such drastic measure is very rare.

rambabu liked the topic India is a secular country but our leaders? .
Since our childhood we have been taught that India is a secular country. But when we get the experience of our practical life, everything looks false.
From the child birth certificate to filling the government job form, everywhere your cast and religion identity will be asked why? If we are one then what is the need to ask such questions that too in a government form?
Recently the way beef matter become a political issue says all the truth about our political parties and leaders. No one looked to bring some solution to this sensitive issue instead everyone got busy to make their vote bank stronger.
What they want to achieve in creating such big gap between people of India? Can we call them secular leader of secular India?

Very true Anil. Are these politicians show the same interest towards Aam Aadmi's welfare and raise their standard of living ? For name sake the party's name is Aam Aadmi party. Naam Bada Darshan Thoda. Double standards. It's the condition everywhere in this country.
You wait for some time, recommendation of seventh pay commission will be enforce in January 2016 for central government employees but how states of government employees will get it, after long agitations.
Yet again another political drama of AAP. It's still on the paper. There are several of its own party MPs opposing the move

Your kid's love for Books is quite a healthy sign. It should be encouraged and it's not wise on the part of parents to impose restrictions right at this age Later as he grows, I'm sure he himself knows the importance of a break. Because if you try to interrupt his reading, he becomes adamant and things may not work as you wish.
So wait for some time and create some clever interruptions like calling for his morning snack. Don't give him . Ask him to fetch for himself that was kept on the dining table and make yourself busy with your daily chores. You can think of some more ways yourself.

Maverick replied to the topic Best 2 Ideas get Rs 20 each.
I would like to reiterate one point that this is a forum driven by community and each one has equal rights to express their views until they do not cross the line. If they cannot control the way things are going, editors/management is always at their rescue. And feel free to send me the mail using contact us form if nothing works out fine.
I hope you all agree for it. If yes, this thread can be locked out in next 24 hours.

Maverick said thank you to Gulshan Kumar Ajmani for his/her reply to the topic Best 2 Ideas get Rs 20 each.

We all know politicians are selfish. They look after themselves and their kith. Only then they think of interests of the country. But even this also is very rare. The entire clan of politicians in general are selfish in nature. It's greediness on our part to expect selfless services from this clan.
In Delhi AAP government propose to enhance their salary and allowances 4 times. They prove how greedy they are .
There are several of its own party MPs opposing the move

rambabu replied to the topic How do you control your sitting habit?.
