I have learned the capacity to work alone. As during my whole education career mostly from eighth onwards, there has been tremendous importance given to school and later on professional education about being how to read and develop project while staying inside group, my job teaches me to develop attitude to work alone and that is huge stress as well as intention to finish and perform well made work schedule on time.

Government has many plans and policies for minorities in India so that they feel comfortable to live in India.
It is Hindu bashing rather than anti Hindu which they cannot afford to be because, many of them are Hindus. Many think it is sophisticated to put down Hindus and their customs and beliefs and look the other way when such issues come up from minority religions...That is India's idea of secularism which people have gotten used to in the past years ..
One person use RTI to know that what is meaning of Hindu. But our constitution have not any definition of Hindu. For common sense here Hindu means who worship, Ram Krishna, Hanuman ji, Ganesh ji and all others Gods and godess. In India all persons who worship these Gods and godesses are zealot. They are not secular. Followers of all other religions are secular here.
I'm glad dear Anil that you have such broad views on religion. I too believe in " Live and let live."Now please allow me to say about my own experience. My wife is very religious minded. I'm not. We lived under the same roof for 49 long years. She follows her own way and I follow mine. Our children are highly educated and well settled. I never tried to force my own beliefs in her. She too cooperated is cooperating with me. No ridiculing. No heckling . Our secularism also says freedom to practice any religion. Fanatics are there in every in every religion. These fanatics are making their livelihood through religion. But i was never drawn to them.Nor I'm going to in future.
In my own state religious tolerance is very much there. When a Muslim meets me he wishes me " Namaskar" And I reply, " Adab Janab. "
In my state we go a step further, when a Muslim meets me he says- Ram Ram Bhaiya, in turn I say Alaikum Assalaam that means May peace be upon you. What is the problem as long it means peace for both of us.

Listening is a great art. This art i learned from my work place. Everyone has his opinion. I patiently listen to my colleague's opinion. Who knows, his opinion may throw new insight and that insight may help in adding new avenues to further your knowledge..
Another trait that I learned is not to under estimate anybody. Even a child's opinion too may be of use.

I agree with you, All containers used for eating food or drinking liquids should be verified before buying and using them. Because along with the food or liquids that go in to us will have an effect on our health..
Hence we should not hesitate if such containers are expensive. It's always better to go for utensils even expensive for keeping health sound and strong.
True, cheap and easy to handle things may cause hazards that may cost more than those things which are some costlier but are safe. Paper cups looks cheaper and easy to handle, but they can cause health effects which are costlier than stainless steel or ceramic cups.
Any containers used for eating or drinking made of Any synthetic material is not only harmful for humans, but to the environment too.
Now there are alternatives for using which are harmless. Hydro flasks. These flasks are made with Food grade stainless steel and a double wall vacuum insulation.
Anyhow i prefer stainless steel glasses and utensils.

Manoj Kumar Lamba replied to the topic Conditions for minorities to live in India !.
Politicians in India had made use of both minorities and majorities in their own way. They have tried many times to create gap between minorities and majorities so that they can get most benefit out of them and use them as their vote bank. The politicians promise the backward and illiterate people that they will work for them and improve their condition if they come into power. But no politician will work according to their promise.

I have already mentioned that it is always easy to say and I agree that in your friend's case it is definitely tough to live without compensation. This case signifies need and where the husband was responsible for her quitting the job then as punishment he should pay not on the grounds of compensation or maintenance. The ladies who can manage herself well and thereafter they apply for maintenance is very shameful.
True Shampa, it is only because the law exists in support of women that many women exploit it and apply for heavy alimonies ins pite of earning substantial salaries. However, now even the judges have begun to consider thsi aspect with respect to changing times. Many a judges have refused plea for alimony and recently, in a similar decision in the family court of Pune, the husband who had been handicapped due to accident and was earning very low income compared to his wife, was awarded the alimony paid to him by his wife who earns very well. So that is something, not the woman but the one who is financially more needy among the two is now considered for granting support and compensation/
I agree, as long as the judgment is fair there is no problem and since marriage is between two individuals it is only fair that both are given due considerations with the issue f alimony !

On a serious note when I joined my company as a trainee engineer in the marketing department they offered me the best support in all walks of life. I loved traveling and the job provided me to travel all over the country (and Russia for training).
My next companies provided me the chance of traveling half the world which was my aim of joining marketing field.
