I would like to second the opinion of @Mousumi Ghosh in totality. The main problem is in attitude be it an owner or a tenant. I stay in a rented house and till date had no problem with the owner. The worst approach of some owners is that if some one wants a place for rent then they are usually looked down. The owners consider themselves supremo and they treat their tenants as subordinates. Once this attitude is changed for the better then automatically a bond will be created and tenants will take care of the rented house as their own. The owners speak rudely, create water dispute, a day or two delay in rent payment is made to be a big issue, joint electricity meter is made a hassle for the tenant and so on. On the other hand, some tenants love to pick up verbal fight with the owners or deliberately make an issue of a non-issue. So, both are equally responsible for all the problem between them. A little understanding and humane thought can make the owner and the tenant relationship a good and sporting one.
Bonding between the tenant and Rent bond (agreement) keep things under control. Some people might be bad as tenant or landlords but most are good and maintain a good relation. For not giving out ones spare space on rent has many reasons which might not have anything to do with fight or distrust extra but personal privacy or peace of mind. In my case my two spare sets are in the same premises on second floor which I used to give on rent but no more as most of the private engineering, MBA and B.Ed colleges have been closed in our state which were the best source of good tenants as I preferred unmarried people (esp boys as they avoid cooking and washing at home).

Shampa Sadhya answered the question Which state will you choose?.
Obviously, the second option is the better choice. Mental strength gives guts and strength to fight all odds. Hard work will not be limited due to no physical deformity and so one can go to any extent to achieve their dream. This won't be possible with physical and mental limitations. The second choice can give an opportunity to make everything look positive.

There can be many reasons for a person not to give their accommodation on rent but when someone does not want to give rent only because of an ill feeling regarding the tenants then that is very unacceptable. One should not blame the tenants in general.

Actually they forget that yoga and politics are two different things. Anyone can join politics but fighting an election, winning and then governing a country requires a sharp thinking, wisdom and an ability to rule. Sadly, very few have the ability to judge their capability and act accordingly.

There is no disease that cannot be cured by Yoga. This is the reason why United Nations General Assembly declared International Yoga year to be observed on December 11 every year. The best thing about Yoga is, it is inexpensive.
I am agree with you but if we invite disease than how can we cure it. Combination of Ayurveda, Yoga and Natural therapy is able to cure each and every disease.

Yes it is expected from a sant to follow this principal of Geeta. In fact, aim of most or person doing charity is politics. Here one Guru Ram Lal Sihag also known for Yoga, Kundli Jagran. He have many followers. He was also contest election of MP from Bikaner but he could not save his security amount.
A Guru having innumerable followers and a brigade of devotees lost his deposit in the elections clearly shows, the Guru's own devotees also hypocrites and cheats. It's but natural. Jaisa Guru waisa Chela.
But these Guru forgot about the character of Indian public. Public can worship some one but it vote to person whom they thing right one for vote.

Some people will ignore all the facts and evidences and keep claiming that it is a dead language in spite of it being very much in use. No matter what, they will keep claiming that it has no use other than for performing marriage and death rituals. My maternal aunt and her husband both are Sanskrit scholars and travel around the world to present their papers every six months and it is from their account that I know for a fact that Sanskrit is the number one language that is being studied in Germany and is growing in popularity in other European Nations too. In India too, in cities such as Pune, Ahmedabad, Benaras, Chennai It is widely studied and researched. In spite of such evidences, why do people keep harping on it being 'dead' is quite beyond my understanding!
Sanskrit is know as language of Hindus, it is only reason that some peoples saying that Sanskrit is dead language. It is good news that western countries are accepting Sanskrit. We Indian like to follow western countries. It may be possible that we will start praising it because western countries doing it. I read some where that Vedas which belongs to us was protect and conserve by Germany.
True Anil...it is a very sad and disturbing fact that things that are marked by our ancient tradition and culture are termed today by so-called intellectuals to be either 'saffron' in colour or obsolete and outdated. The same thing happened with Yoga, which when was taken up by Westerners and proclaimed to be the best thing to have happened to them, only then its importance was understood by Indians. Same now goes for Sanskrit. And because congress's sole agenda is to please and bow before only the certain community, anything that has to do with ancient Indian culture, will be proclaimed as nonsense and all the other terms we are already reading in this thread!
Community other than Hindus came here after 7 and 8 century. It is question that Congress and other parties are opposing every things which are associated with Hindus, where we and our language and tradition and culture to go. We have not right to talk about these in our country.
