suni51 created new article India needs trauma centers to avoid accidental deaths.
India has no plans for accidental deaths
We hear a lot about trauma centers in our country but the fact is that there are very few such centers in our country compared to the industrial growth rate, increasing number of vehicles, increasing political and social incidents, rapes and other public unrest which are increasing the number of seriously injured patients in our country. Most of the persons injured in accidents do not reach to proper hospitals in time and the ones who reach to a hospital do not get the proper treatment which could have saved them from death or permanent disability. In fact, if we had proper hospital facilities in our country we could have saved at least 10% people from death.
Actually, India is a country that has very poor health facilities and as far trauma centers are concerned we are too far behind in developing trauma centers. There are plans for developing network of trauma centers on different highways especially the Golden Quadrilateral which is the highway network connecting many of the major industrial, agricultural and cultural centers of India. The initial plans is to begin with 140 trauma centers one at every hundred kilometers from each other but the scheme never took off.
India has no proper roads development program which adds to the existing problems of comparatively more accidents. India has only one percent of vehicles at the moment but the cases of roads accident are 6% and number of death accounts for 10% of the total number of such deaths in the world. This clearly indicates that there is not enough arrangement of treatment despite having a very high rate of accidents. In fact the number of deaths due to road accidents account for 9th highest number of deaths which will become the 2nd highest by the year 2020.
Poor planning for accidents and treatments
It is hard to believe but presently there is no scheme coming up for establishment of trauma centers in our country apart from few centers in New Delhi and other metros which are just not enough for a country of the size of India. For instance we have a good trauma center at AIMS but this serves a limited area of NCR. We need to have thousands of such centers throughout the country to serve our citizens better and help save their lives and limbs. In fact, we should start working on such a method in multiple phases beginning with pre-care of accident victims before they reach to a proper hospital. The state governments are working on this scheme posting mobile hospitals and ambulances at important highways.
However, the efforts are not enough as we need a trained paramedic force to look after accident victims before they reach to a hospital. Our next priority should be to maintain a good networking facility between the hospitals and providing a proper communication system that will help taking good care of the victims. The fourth and the most important phase of the plan should provide the best possible treatment to the victims as the chances of survival increase if a victim reaches to the proper care center within two hours of accident and better still if he gets the needed surgery within four hours of accident.
What is trauma?
It is a common question which has a varied answer as the trauma is not limited to physical injuries but has lot more than that. A trauma center is not just an emergency treatment center like ICU but has multiple ways of treatments. To be specific a trauma center is an specialized hospital which is capable of handling and equipped with doctors, staff and equipment which can provide treatment to patients who are suffering from diseases which are not common accidents but come under the category of major injuries which could be physical to mental or having social reasons. A trauma center also treats general emergencies in case of major accidents but is in no way common emergency treatment centers.
What does trauma cover?
The Trauma Centers not only provide the patients mental health services but could provide treatment to dissociation, GLBTQ issues which deal with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and young people having multiple questions about multiple topics, the youth and adults survivors during wars, crime victims and victims of hate crimes, group physical abuse, emotional abuse and neglect, and of course suffering from sexual abuse facing psychological trauma, accidents and injuries, chronic trauma and complex trauma, parents of traumatized youth, attachment trauma, children and families involved with the adoption/foster care/child welfare system, divorce related mental problems, old age related mental problems, intimate partner violence and inter-generational trauma and there is so much more to this complex problem which the doctors at trauma centers face day in and day out.
Trauma- a complicated problem
Trauma, which means a deeply distressing or disturbing experience, serious injury to the body, as from physical violence or an accident has lot more than which could be an experience that causes severe anxiety or emotional distress, such as rape or a mental or physical injury during war. The sufferings could be in form of social, mental, physical or the victim might have gone through a phase which made him feel ashamed of an incident where he/she had no control on the situation. Most people suffering from trauma find them in a stage where they feel unsecured, afraid, lonely and absolutely helpless and the worst of all hapless. However, we can categories the trauma patients-
Physical Trauma- We can easily categories patients suffering from physical trauma as these are the victims of road accidents, fire, falls and violence. The road accidents are the major reason of such victims causing almost 20 million hospitalizations and almost 5 million succumbing to injuries throughout the world every year and the number is increasing at a rapid rate. India is major sufferer in this category as it accounts for more than one million deaths and much more left limbless.
Emotional Trauma- Many people suffer from different other reasons even if they do not go through any physical suffering but loss of a near or dear one, divorce and other family problems are some of the major reasons besides the failure in certain fields like love, exams and competitions and of course the victims of rape and crime, group violence, religious violence, post surgery etc also cause traumatic problems. If we have to believe the reports almost 80% people face some or the other traumatic accident during their life time and almost 30% of them face post traumatic stress disorder (P.T.S.D) and there is another important factor that women suffer more from P.T.SD.
The symptoms of Trauma
There are various obvious and hidden symptoms of trauma which do not appear immediately but surface as the time passes by, some of the obvious symptoms are-
- Doubt or disbelief
- Anger, sudden change in mood or disruption
- Anxiety and emotional distress
- A sense of helplessness or self-blame
- Difficulty in concentration
- Excitement or feeling loneliness
- A patient suffering from traumatic disorder becomes the victim of sleeplessness or nightmares as he constantly go through the bad dreams during his short duration of sleep
How to face traumatic disorders
It’s easier to say so but in fact very hard in real life but one has to face the facts. One cannot change what has happened so to live a normal life one should try to bring himself in the mainstream as soon as possible which is the only way to live in this society. If the family members help the victim coming to normal course the chances are he faces the situation far easily. But patient has to keep his views positive which plays a major role in his comeback attempt. The experts say watching comedy and entertaining movies, reading jokes and spending time with children is a good way of coming out of stressful mental situation.
The patients should try to sleep normally, exercise regularly and practice yoga along with breathing exercises. People suffering from traumatic disorders should avoid alcoholic drinks and smoking which only increases the problem as the patient might go under the effect of anxiety, stresses and loneliness. As mentioned earlier regular exercise helps bring the normalcy as it gives the body of the patient a feel-good factor and also helps sleep better. Eat normal food and mix in social activities which will bring you faster in the normal lifestyle. Medical help, psychiatric treatment, psychoanalysis is helpful but the support of the family and friends is what helps patients suffering from traumatic disorders.
Medical support is must
People must see an expert as soon as possible in case the symptoms persist even after the weeks of the accident or mishap although people try to avoid going to psychiatrists or experts of handling such cases because they feel they are not sick but suffering from temporary symptoms which will go as the time passes which is not true in all cases. According to experts one should immediately make it a point to contact a trauma expert if
- The person suffering from severe emotional or mental distress caused by an experience beyond his control
- The person is not able to come out of the incident or not feeling normal even after 6 weeks of the incident
- Not able to sleep properly or behaving carelessly
- Not able to work properly or smoking or drinking more than in normal course
- People are suggesting to see a doctor
What a person suffering from traumatic disorders should do?
The symptoms indicate that the person is suffering from traumatic disorders and perhaps the best thing he can do is to write his experiences on a paper regularly. That will help bring him to normal course up to some extent and in case of minor problem this could save you from going to a doctor. Writing your problems on a paper helps you sort out the problems since you exactly know about your problems. One has not to be an expert writer while writing about his problems but he must write in detail as he feels at that particular moment. And this has been proved scientifically that the people who write regularly about their sufferings and problems easily find a solution easily.
How they treat at trauma centers?
The post trauma treatment is kind of combined treatment with traditional surgery, medicines and psychotherapy according to trauma effects on a particular patient. A trauma center determines the intensity of the effects and treats the patient according to his needs as per the physical and mental condition of the patient. Obviously, a patient suffering from psychological problems gets psychotherapy and talk therapy or a special therapy developed by an American doctor which is a special therapy known as Cognitive therapy or the therapeutic approaches within the larger group very much helpful in cognitive behavioral therapies.
Certain people need exposure therapy which helps them retrain their mental problems. In this procedure the patients is trained to fight with his fears by sending the fear signal even when there is the slightest chance of fear or any such danger around. It's mostly with patients who exaggerate their fear phobia and feel extremely fearful. The therapy helps the patient come out of his fear psychosis. The patients find themselves troubled by hallucinations, sensory problems in which they find lights too bright and noises too loud. The patient gets confused easily or finds himself in false personal beliefs which have either no base or incorrect beliefs about the reality.
Group therapy is another way of treating people going through the similar psychotic disorders and experiences. The patients in such groups share their experiences with each other and try to sort out their problems. In fact many patients feel comfortable talking to each other. Meanwhile the patients are given anti-anxiety and anti-depressant medicines which help them keep calm.
Conclusion
The way the injuries and other related problems are constantly going up in India and becoming the major health problem this is time we wake up and find a proper solution. As I have mentioned earlier road accidents will be the second biggest killer in India and the third largest killer in the third world countries. We have done very little in this direction and must act immediately to get the dubious distinction of becoming the worst nation in handling this killer situation.

MG Singh created new article What is the " Fifth Column" and is it Relevant to India.
The " Fifth Column" is not an ancient word and was coined in the last century during the Spanish Civil War. This war took place between the Republicans and the monarchists and ultimately brought General Franco to power in Spain. General Franco was backed by Hitler and the civil war was a proxy war between the English and Germany. During this war a Nationalist general named Emilia Mola told journalists when his troops were converging on Madrid that he was advancing with 4 columns and a "fifth column" was in Madrid city itself, which would start an uprising and help him. In other words he used this terminology to define a group of people who were his close sympathizers and would help him. This was how the word got incorporated in the English language.
A fifth column has it's genesis in military terminology, but is now used not in the restricted sense, but as a definition for a group of people who betray national interests. Though this phrase is of recent origin, fifth columns have existed since the dawn of history. They are very relevant to India and one of the reasons for the subjugation of Hindu armies was the presence of fifth columns which sided with the enemy. Thus in 326 BC, when Alexander the Great invaded India the Raja of Taxila sided with Alexander against Porus. It is another matter that Porus held his own against Alexander and was the strategic victor. Alexander went back and gifted vast lands and riches to Porus.
In the 12the century the name of Raja Jaichand is famous as he sided with Mohammed of Ghor against the ruling monarch at Delhi, Prithviraj Chauhan. As late as 1757 during the famous battle of Plessey in Bengal between Robert Clive and the Nawab Siraj ud dowlah, his close aide and mentor Mir Jafar sided with the English to betray the interests of Nawab Siraj and handed a victory to Robert Clive on a platter. Mir Jafar has earned the title "Gaddar e Hind".
Fifth columns have existed in other nations as well and during the days of the Raj, the Maharajahs acted as a fifth column against national interests and Indian independence. Thus the phrase " fifth column" is very much applicable to India and denotes a group of people who work against national interests to facilitate a enemy victory.
The recent carnage in Paris where Wahhabi Sunni Mujaheddin targeted the French state is another example of a fifth column operating in France. The French minister of Culture has referred to the French Muslim community which actively aided the terror attack as well contributed manpower for it as a ' fifth column' against the ideals of the French republic. One must bear in mind that France has a population of 66 million and 6 million Muslims that constitute about 8-10 % of the population. Keeping their demographic growth rate and fertility, this will be 15% by 2030 and has alarmed the French.
The Muslim religion is an international concept and migrants who settle in a country are known to act as fifth column against the state. It has happened in Belgium and France and can happen anywhere. India in particular is the soft underbelly of this movement. Weak kneed policies has opened the gates for fifth columns to operate in India. Many Muslims sympathize with the Islamic state and some have even volunteered to join them. In Kashmir despite billions of dollars being poured into the valley by the central government, fifth columns that support Pakistan and carry out ethnic cleansing of Kashmiri Pandits and also fight the Indian state is rampant.
India, also like France, has a large Muslim minority and this minority may act as a fifth column in time to come. France is a well off welfare state that has no poverty and yet the Muslims have operated as a fifth column there. India with widespread poverty and lack of means of livelihood, the chance of this minority operating as a fifth column is that much more. I wonder what is the solution except greater vigilance as the enemy may be within.I will concede that one cannot brand an entire community or sect as a " fifth column", but the statement of President Obama in his press conference is food for thought. He stated that the majority in the Muslim community have done precious little to counter extremist Islamic philosophy. In India we have what we call "vote bank politics". This does not distinguish between religions and many Hindu leaders are guilty of serving the interest of a fifth column .

suni51 created new article Beginning of a Partnership Business .
Starting of a business
We all understand that starting a business needs lot of careful planning and the one who is in planning process must check various steps of while taking financial decisions and that's not the end but one has to look into a number of legal and statuary activities while finalizing the plans. I am writing this post assuming that everything else regarding the business has been already finalized. There are certain steps which need a very careful planning since all your future plans will depend and revolve around these points.
There is no need to emphasis on a simple but most important point while in the process of starting a business is that there should be a foolproof Business Plan with enough flexibility which could be changed according to demand of the business requirements from time to time. You may want to make changes as the things shape but a written plan will help you chalk out how you will start and run your business successfully. Please keep in mind that obtaining the business licenses and completing other formalities is one of the most important and cumbersome job while starting business in India and slightest of lack of knowledge can ruin the entire business plans so it’s better to get a list of all governmental licenses and permits required for your business needed in your particular state
The initial processes
I am very much sure you have chosen the location for your business carefully where you can get all finished and raw material easily and without spending too much for their transportation. It’s better to take help of experts on how to select a customer-friendly as well a location where you can get trained laborer and the most important customer for your selected business. The expert business strategies from your selected field will give you a wide vision and training along with counseling services for preparing a perfect business plan and also how to arrange other necessary permits for your prospective business including finding government loans, venture capital and grants/subsidies to help you get started. I suggest you to take the services of an expert CA of that particular area who has the knowledge of project management in that particular field.
The types of business and registrations
I am sure you have already decided about the form of business whether a whole ownership or sole proprietorship, the partnership, a private limited company or a limited liability company or is it going to be a corporation, a public limited company. Once you have decided that you need to apply for the registration of your company’s name accordingly with concerned authorities accordingly. Once that part is over the registration process with various other agencies has to be completed carefully which includes industries/tax departments (state and central), electricity, pollution, excise (if the need be), labor etc but in some cases the list may include up to 50 departments in case you are about to set up a manufacturing unit. By the way there are a number of programs available which might assist you in startups, small scale industries.
Are you entering into a partnership business?
If your answer is in affirmative then let me say it’s a complicated matter since we expect a lot from our partners and in most cases we succeed or fail depending upon partners’ activities. But one must keep in mind right at the starting point of the business to the extent to have an alternate plan in case the partnership does not carry on successfully as the two minds are never the same but there might be difference of opinions in many fields of the business. Why I say to keep a ‘plan B’ ready for the partnership business as the entire business will be finished if the partnership venture breaks in the midway.
Let’s begin from the beginning. There are thousands of well qualified people coming from I.I.T, I.I.M and other reputed engineering and business schools who are not satisfied with their salary after putting up a lot of labor and efforts in their jobs and planning for their own business. There are thousands of examples of successful ventures lately where people have invested very little and made lot of money within a short span of time. Let me give you few example, take Flipcart, Snapdeal etc both of these companies were started by two college mates who even worked in the same companies or almost same type of business before starting their own business and soon became the leaders of the trade. And these two companies are not the only examples but a long list follows.
Whatever the reasons but the trend to start own business is picking up at a rapid rate and if we have to believe the trends most of such businessmen work for 5-7 years in a job and then think in terms of starting their own business. To be more precise at the age group people tend to do something by the time they reach to the age of 30-35. There is another point to be noted that most of these business are coming up in partnerships so if you too are one of them who is planning a business in partnership look at the following points before getting into the partnership venture.
The First question is for you
Before entering into a business and thinking in terms of partnership ask yourself a serious question, ‘do you really need a partner?’ and if your answer is still yes then the next question is what will be the role of your partner in your prospective business venture! Will he be assisting you in running the business or will he be your financial partner? Will he be a legal partner or an overall partner on 50-50 basis? Whatever the conditions in your partnership but let me make it clear that if you are planning for a partnership firm everything, every rule must be in black and white as mutual agreement might not work for a long and successful venture. Both (or more) partners must know each point clearly and must make any constitutional changes only after reaching to a mutual decision with proper changes in partnership deed.
People might have different personal experiences of partnership but the fact is that despite most business partners are either related to each other or close friends or coming from the same colleges, industries and known to each other well but if you have not completed proper legal formalities the chances are you will regret your act at a later stage. It is wiser to have every condition regarding responsibilities and in case of going out of the contract everything must be written clearly in the partnership deed with the help of an expert in such matters. The best person for such an agreement is a lawyer on industrial matter and the agreement should be registered in a proper registrar’s office.
The partnership deed is a document which is carefully prepared having each detail of every partner having share value, profit percentage, responsibilities while into the partnership or in case he goes out of the partnership. By the way, the partnership deed is written again in case a particular partner goes out of the partnership and another one enters in. The partnership deed becomes all the more important if the loans are involved in the business.
Paperwork at every point
What I feel is that relations and business are two different propositions and should not be mixed unless the whole chemistry matches to the point of perfection. One will agree with me that if you started a business with one of your close friends or relatives and it did not lat the relations will also go sour. So, the important point is that you should keep your sentiments aside and chose your partner according to your needs and for that you need to do a lot of paperwork in advance.
Shortlist the people you deem fit to enter into a partnership and list their qualifications (and also the disqualifications). You will see that most of your shortlisted parsons have lots of qualifications but if you give another look to the list you will also notice that some of the shortlisted people are not coming good to your expectations. In some cases you might even get confused as his profile matches almost all your requirements but only a small point makes you hesitant. At this point the test is of your abilities and choice of selection.
Have you heard about Calligraphy?
I did not know much about the art of calligraphy but there was a discussion in an online forum where a particular member was writing repeatedly about calligraphy which made me anxious to know about it. I searched about it and found out that, ‘line or a group of lines either derived from or resembling letter forms and characterized by qualities usually associated with cursive writing, especially that produced with a brush or pen’. In fact, it was all about the art of producing decorative handwriting or lettering with a pen or brush. How one writes reflects his inner personality. Interesting, it made me go deeper into the subject and I found certain interesting facts about the art which said a person who does not use his surname in his signature is considered a careless person. There was another interesting point that people consult calligraphy experts before employing someone or making him a business partner. I suggest you to try this one out as I trust in writing as a perfect reflection of a person.
Harmful in Business Partnership
A- There are certain points which could become the points of destruction in a flourishing business like a company earning good profits but a certain partner is not getting equal share despite his best efforts since the business agreement has conditions to that effect can kill the interest of that particular partner. In such a case either that partner slows down his activities or the danger of breaking the partnership looms large in such a case.
B- This one is a common situation once the partners understand the business from inside out their priorities begin to change. Some of them feel they can run such a business on their own
C- The worst that can happen to a partnership the lack of understanding between the partners which creates doubts in between the partners. Once the feelings of doubts are there, no business can flourish in normal course. In some cases the partners develop a sense of lack of interest and the end result is always a broken partnership.
D- In case of affirm going bankrupt the rules say that all the partners are liable for compensating the losses or if one of the partners break the rules and becomes the reason of losses to the firm the other partner/s can held him responsible in such a condition and claim for settlement but that is possible only if it is mentioned in the partnership deed or a partnership deed exists at all.
E- Lack of communication is one major reason for breaking relations and this is truer in case of companies which might suffer heavy losses if there is lack of proper communication in between the partners. It’s a universal fact that no company survives which is running in losses.
Tips for running a company successfully
When a person becomes owner or a partner of a company that is entirely different from working as an employee however high the post he was working at. A manager has limited responsibilities compared to that of an owner or partner of a company. Manager has to lead a team but an owner or partner has to lead all the departments at the same time and also the responsibility of enhancing the knowledge of their employees. It’s better to convey your ideas to the staff in no uncertain matter so your workers know your expectations.
I don’t think there is a need to tell you that what you expect from others should show in your own behavior with a clear message that the company is open to all good ideas irrespective of the source it’s coming from. I know as a former worker yourself you know the importance of encouragement which in my views is one of the best tools to take your company to next level. There is another important point which a successful entrepreneur knows well, you cannot change your mood everyday but stick to your decision once you have taken it unless of course there is need to do that.
Finally, you may be the owner of the company but let others express their views as you never know where you get your million dollar idea without paying a cent for that. I don’t think it will take time for you to understand and learn the qualities of becoming a good entrepreneur since you have come up to this level but you need to keep a constant eye on your workers and network. Best of Luck.

suni51 created new article Strange Way of Achieving Success .
It may sound contradictory
Please do not get confused if I say do what you do not like to do. I am sure you must be thinking I have lost my balance or how a person can do what he doesn’t want to do. In fact, what I wanted to say is that when we fail in our attempts of doing something big we simply wish to give up the job and withdraw ourselves from that particular job. Here lies the catch a person with strong willpower and determination would want to try again. The sooner you will come back to the job the chances of success will increase. Still do not want to trust me okay here I have certain examples to prove my point.
Point 1- Viktor Emil Frankl spent more than three years in a concentration camp. He was an Austrian neurologist and psychiatrist as well as a Holocaust survivor. his best-selling book the ‘Man's Search for Meaning’ which was published under the title- From Death-Camp to Existentialism is considered one of the best sellers in the world.
Point2- Steven Spielberg who is an American director, producer and screenwriter failed thrice for getting admission in University of Southern California and when he got admission somewhere else he left the school to learn the art of direction. Do I need to tell about Steven Spielberg?
Point3- Joanne "Jo" Rowling, a single mother and a teacher in a school who started writing with pen name of J. K. Rowling and Robert Galbraith, is a British novelist who does not need an introduction as the author of the Harry Potter series which made herUnited States, .
Point 4- Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States, lost job, Failed in business, had nervous breakdown, was defeated for state legislature, defeated for post of speaker, rejected for post of land officer, defeated for U.S. Senate on more than one occasions and was defeated for nomination for Vice President. But he never gave up.
Point 5- Bill gates started his first company Traf-O-Data in partnership with Paul Allen, and Paul Gilbert. Bill wanted to read the data from roadway traffic counters and wanted to generate reports for the engineers working for traffic. The company did not succeed so Bill Gates came out with Microsoft later and succeeded like anything.
The important point
What I wanted to highlight was that everyone worth his name succeeded only after failing multiple times and had they given up because they failed they would not find their name in the list above. The people who succeeded in the end never gave up because they did not succeed in the beginning became far more strong and wiser due to their failures and came out winner in the end. All of them took themselves a step higher, believe on their own capabilities. To be frank the successful people connect themselves with fear factor and win it over with strong willpower.
As I said in the beginning do what you do not want to do with renewed courage. Let me put it in simpler language come out of your bed when you least want to come out of your bed. If you do not want to attend a function I would suggest you to go attend it against your will. Do something which is last in your priority list that will leave the work which you probably will not hesitate doing. When you succeed completing something you did not want to do perhaps become the turning point and the rest of the job is completed easily.
Surrender yourself
I think I wanted to find a better word but failed to find one so will go on with the word ‘surrender’. I only meant to tell you to not to go in deeper investigation but find a just solution for the problem you’re facing. Once you will forget about the fear of going into the wrong direction then you will see you are in the right direction. Surrender yourself to the situation that will find the right way for you but there is a condition, do not stop your efforts. The dreams come true only when you take risks. Accept the things as they are which pull you back and you will see that you are being accepted as you are accepting them.
There is yet another fact which may sound strange but that will help you gain success which is the mantra of every successful person who reached anywhere in his life and that was, never feel afraid of taking the risk. One should not feel afraid of being called a fool in case of failure rather than not utilizing your capability. The secret lies in getting stuck in your comfort zone rather than taking the next step which may not make you a success for sure. But that’s how one becomes a winner.
Face the music
In fact I have done it many times although I am nothing when I compare with successful people. Never feel as if you have lost the battle before you actually started it. Never let the fears take over you but remain mentally prepared for losing the game you have already started. Never give up halfway through the job but keep trying without having any hesitation and keep faith you will be the ultimate winner. You will find yourself a different person once you overcome the fears within you. It’s like learning a foreign language which you find tough unless you have completed the first lesson once you reach to chapter Two; you begin to overcome the initial hurdles.
You know people who set impossible targets for themselves and when they succeed people respect them but no one cares if they fail in their mission as the target they had set was almost non achievable. So what is the harm if you chose to set difficult targets? The success will bring you newer heights and in case of failure you have nothing to lose. Try a new lifestyle and get rid of all the useless relations because they will give you nothing but chances are they will stop you from achieving your targets. Forget all about people who do not trust in taking risk. Find people who belong to winners’ category just like you, they will help your cause. People, who live to fulfill their dreams are rare but they help you reach your destination, find them.
The exclusive ways
I think the worst one can do is find excuses. I would not touch a person with a ten feet pole who is not interested in taking risks but looking for sure shot ways for success. Trust me there is no sure shot way for success, not for winners at least, one has to find his own ways to reach to the unknown destinations as the ways which are common are already occupied by commoners. You have done it in the past and you are going to do it again. Keep walking on newer ways and take others along if possible.
Do not indulge in unnecessary expenditure
This is something which is perhaps hardest of all. But the truth is always stranger than fiction; one cannot own everything that he wishes to. I always wanted to own all the gadgets which I saw but I never used my credit card because every unnecessary purchase takes you nearer to an unknown fear of failure. I think it’s better to focus on your target having a faith in mind that success is not far from you. Keep your fear near you because this fear will lead you to success.

suni51 created new article The reality of Skin Creams .
Skin whitening creams
Sounds surprising but the truth is that hundreds of thousands of people use creams which they feel are making their skin fairer or removing the fine lines from your skin. And the use of these creams is not limited to female consumers but males too are using these creams as well. Maybe most male users come from the groups whose skin has darkened due to exposure to sun or maybe the pimple marks is the other reason. There are a big number of consumers who prefer to improvise the color of their skin without knowing the reality of most of these creams. As far I feel I have always thought that home remedies of improving your skin are always better and safer to greater extent than the artificial products you buy from different sources without knowing the facts but the fact that today there is a large number of skin whitening and fairness creams which are easily available in the Indian market.
Have you seen the latest advertisement which says ‘The boys are getting luckier?’ That’s nothing but an advert which prompts boys to buy a particular cream claiming that particular cream has been manufactured particularly keeping the boys in mind. We should not find it surprising that the turnover of skin related products has touched multi billions in last few decades and the business is increasing at rapid rate. You can criticize them for their discriminating tactics of unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of color but that’s their business and they find nothing wrong if they are prompting you to become handsome by making your skin fair.
The role of whitening creams
I personally do not see how a man or woman will make a better worker based on his or her skin color. As far as the fine lines and spots or marks are concerned that is justifiable but up to an extent. No company mentions the side effects which may harm your health as all these products contain steroids, metals and some other ingredients which are extremely harmful for the skin, lungs, kidney and heart. And when I say the creams which claim to make your skin flawless or fairer we should keep in mind that no cream in the world can make you fairer more than 15-20 percent and that too only temporarily. Most of the creams claiming to make you whiter have their roles limited to protect your skin from harmful sun rays which happens due to lesser production of melanin, a dark brown to black pigment which produces in our hair, skin, and iris of the eye of all the people and animals alike which is main source of tanning of skin exposed to sunlight. However, there is no denial that use of these creams may cause more harm than benefit in any case.
The harmful results
Most of the consumers of whitening creams come from the 20-30 age group and almost 30-40% users mostly girls, fall prey to skin related problems by using these products and the users are not limited in this particular age group but they belong to all ages stating from 8-9 to 60-80. Most of these damages are caused by substandard products which make bigger and unreasonable claims and the worst part of the story is we have no effective regulatory in our country to keep a check on such products. People are suffering from various skin and other related diseases due to these products and wasting their hard earned money on further treatments. We should know that substandard products use harmful chemicals like hydroquinone, steroids, mercury, bleach and heavy metals which cause allergies, infections and even may lead to skin cancer.
The side effects
We should also know that substandard creams which use hydroquinone a chemical basically used for photographic processing, rubber manufacturing and hair dye making purpose and the use of bleaching agents in these creams help reduce the production of melanin in the beginning which hides black or brown pigments and also remove the upper layer of skin which brings the lower layer having lesser melanin on top. This process in the beginning makes users believe that their skin is getting fairer. The process which normally takes three to four weeks changes faster if bleaches etc are used on the skin but the fact that the skin becomes more sensitive against ultraviolet rays since the natural melanin in your body saves your skin from the attack of UV rays.
There are reports that some of the manufacturers of these creams use glutathione for whitening the skin. Glutathione is an anti occident which is also used for reducing the toxicity of chemotherapy in cancer patients. Just imagine the use of such a product in a mere whitening cream and the degree to which a substance can damage an organism is simply unbelievable. Glutathione is also available in form of capsules for use of 1 capsule a day for 2-3 months which is said to reduce the shade of skin up to some extent and that is not end of the story but this substance is available in form of injectable dose too. People taking all these so called treatments are not aware about the damages they will face in long run or in a near future but looking fairer they are playing with their health and money. People using all these creams and other medicines should know the harmful effects which all these products leave on their health.
Use of steroid based creams give better results in skin diseases like eczema and other such problems but using them regularly without the consent of your doctor is harmful. Now think about the people who use creams for purpose of improving the complexion of their skin or removing the stains containing steroids regularly for unlimited period of time. Unfortunately, products containing corticosteroids are available freely over the counters in India without any warning or restriction which can be used by anyone without even knowing the side effects they produce. Here I would like to mention some of these steroids like clobetasol propionate, betamethsone and halobetasole propionate which are more dangerous compared to hydrocortisone and fluticasone etc.
Now look at the problems you might face by using the creams containing steroids-
1- Your skin becomes thinner by constant use of creams containing steroids. You may get rashes or stretch marks on your skin even with a light touch
2- There is a general belief that these creams can cure pimples but on the contrary the prolonged use of steroid added creams increase pimples at a rapid rate
3- One of the worst effects of steroid containing creams comes in form of visible blood cells on the skin as the thinner skin fails to hide these blood cells under the skin. The skin becomes lesser resistant to diseases which increase the danger of harmful effects of different diseases.
4- Another harmful effect of use of steroid comes in form of growth of hair on your face which makes a great concern, especially for female users.
Most of these being available over the counter even if you do not have a prescription or the attacking advertising campaigns making you believe that your future is in these creams as you will be of no use for the companies which may recruit you only when you have a whiter face or in most cases girls falling in the trap of getting a better match makes a big difference on sales of these products. But what you get in turn is loss of health and money and nothing else.
One should face the fact that these products just work like a polish which stays for a limited time period on your skin. Your skin needs to be healthy from inside which is an entirely different proposition unless you intake all the healthy ingredients necessary for healthy skin.
So what you should actually do for a healthy and shiny skin?
1 Use moisturizer instead of creams containing harmful ingredients
2 Clean your skin multiple times with fresh water
3 Use a standard sunscreen lotion according to your skin to protect from ultraviolet rays.
4 Cover yourself as much as possible to keep your skin protected from sun and avoid tanning
5 Use as much water as you can which will keep your skin healthy and glowing
6 Use as much fruits and green vegetables as you can as these contain anti Occident
7 Use Vitamin A and Vitamin C which is good for your skin that helps produce collagen and elastin and reduce the risk of harm from sun rays.
8 It’s better to avoid regular bleaching as the ammonia and hydrochloric acid are harmful for your skin and the aging, wrinkles and fine lines show up faster
What harms your skin?
- Most of the so called beauty products contain ingredients which cause harm to your skin and give you a burning feeling while out in sun. The rate of tanning also goes up than in normal course
- If you use the same anti acne cream over a long period the chances are the pimples will increase
- Your skin will lose its natural shine and it will look dull
- The skin gets thinner and show the blood cells
- Your skin lose pigments
- You get undesired facial hair and if the product contains harmful ingredients like mercury and lead etc the chances are your skin will suffer from allergies or in worst case from cancer
Researches and results
A number of groups are engaged in researches on such products and have come to certain conclusions. The results say that most anti aging, fairness, whitening creams, lip balms, lipsticks and related products contained mercury also known as quicksilver which is a banned item for use in beauty products but the researchers found that these products had up to 40% mercury and rest of the ingredients contained Hydroquinone, lead, nickel, chromium and steroids. A dangerous proposition of course as the use of hydroquinone is a good bleaching agent otherwise the use of which can discolor your skin permanently.
Likewise the use of glycolic acid, retinal and beta hydro oxide which are used for whitening and shining the skin effect the resistance power of the skin and makes it weaker against fighting from ultraviolet rays ultimately the skin ages faster and fine lines show up on the skin. Tretinoin, which is a preparation of retinoic acid and applied on the skin for treatment of acne and other disorders, can produce rashes if used more than the prescribed quantity also the skin gets thinner and dry. Silicon which is also used in beauty products can also cause allergies to the skin. During the use of tretinoin, the skin may feel irritation and the quantity of pimples increases against the contrary claims by the manufacturers which are nothing but false adverts. Now, the choice is yours.

suni51 created new article The Love Birds In Real Life.
Birds-the symbol of love
Most of us hear that there are thousand and one ways of loving in the world while some others feel there are as many ways of love as count of people in this world. But majority of people think the love is not limited words but love symbols are as important too. People have created many symbols for expressing their love. In fact love symbols in a way assist lovers describing their feelings which often elude them when it comes to show their feelings or emotions whatever you call it and the time thus saved is an important factor in the life of lovers.
Talk of the love and symbols like Cupid, Apple, Harp, heart, maple leaf, rose, shell, triangle etc come to your mind immediately but if we talk in terms of Indian lovers the chances are you will think of Moon, stars, bees, a large black bee (bhramar, bhounra) pair of birds, flowers and thousands more. But if we look at the most used symbols by writers, poets and photographers the pair of birds seems to be the first choice. Watch a pair of birds sitting close together on a branch of tree you will notice they really look like a pair of lovers. So, if some of the poets and writers call them love-birds sounds perfect in their context.
Sometimes when I see a pair of birds sitting together touching each other tenderly makes me feel the matter is not limited to symbols only but they really live the life of true lovers which we expect from human couples as well but it is strange to see that the pair of birds live as true lovers especially the adult couples always live with each other in complete togetherness, totally dedicated to each other. The important fact is that in case of death of their partner the other one never couples with another bird but lives a lonely life forever. Most of us may not find it true but the love for these birds is priority for which they can leave everything else.
The Great Tits
Recently a British university conducted a research on great Tits birds, a bird which resembles to our own Muniya also called Minias (the scientific name Lonchura). But the bird the ‘great tit’ is in fact is a passerine bird from Tit family “The Paridae” to be precise. The Great Tit is found in Europe, Middle East, in Central and Northern Asia, and some of the North African parts. The bird Great Tits generally do not go to other places like some migratory birds barring the extreme winters but in nearby areas. These birds cannot be petted as they love their freedom more than anything else.
Great Tits with black colored tails, heads and multicolored wings lives openly in woods in pairs showing great love for each other. This might sound strange but this bird uses different sounds to communicate with their partners and scientists have so far recorded almost 40 different sounds which they used to send their message to each other. There is much more to their habits apart from living always together and the important part is that each of the partner bird forgets all about their past life once they stay in together and even forget the places they used to visit for food before.
After the pair begins to live together they chose the place for food of one of the partners and totally forget their own place. These birds spend more time sitting together than going out in search of food etc. It will be more fascinating to know that these birds avoid other birds of their own specie or other species but prefer to spend most of their time in the company of their partner bird. In fact, once in relationship they change most of their habits and dedicate themselves to their partners in totality.
The bonding
All this sounds strange but the fact of bonding that these birds show to the human species is something worth following which the human has started to forget lately. There is no doubt that human has spent far greater time together, have better cultural and social history but at the same time we have been facing several social problems emerging due to complications developed in our relations. I remember the story of a young couple both of whom came from rich and affluent families, and strangely they wanted to test their love for each other and whether they will be suited for a long term relationship and finally to test their relationship they both begun to live together. However, a few months into their agreement the boy dies in an accident.
The girl became so upset that she started to see her boy friend in every male. That is a long story how the girl went to a foreign land and meets a look alike and falls in love with him. The rest is suspense and drama which is possible in movies and TV shows only but that is kind of love we see in birds. For sure, we the humans cannot compare ourselves with these birds since their way of living is not only altogether different from us and far more simple but a question often comes to mind- Can’t we learn something from the birds and live a more stable life. Can’t we avoid the trending system of separation of partners at the drop of a hat which is increasing by the day? I am sure there is lot more to learn from Love Birds which will make us happier and healthier.
Conclusion
As the saying goes the LOVE is only a four lettered word but we all find and experience it at some point or the other. We all remember the time we first fell for it and the fragrance of it still looms large in our minds. Most of us have experienced the beautiful emotion which the love brought for us but the true love has remained one of the greatest choices of every human being but the problem is we are continually losing the true feeling of love and finding physical attraction taking over. The true love seems to have been limited to storybooks in most cases.

Babu saroj created new article Earthquake - the natural disaster .
Introduction
Earthquake is a natural disaster and it happens when a sudden movement of the earth’s crust is done and when it happens the earth shakes up and causes a great loss of life and as well as property. And the energy of earthquake is measured in Richter scale.
Earthquake cruelty
If we talk about how much the earthquake can damage the land and human being we can take it from the example of Nepal earthquake which was recently occurred on April 25, the earthquake was very cruel over there it destroyed everything which came near it. Thousands and thousands people were killed many children have been orphaned and many of them were left homeless. The pain and agony of theirs we cannot even imagine also it was totally brutal, no mercy is shown by the earthquake. Some news came in Nepal that out of 75 districts 25 to 30 districts have been affected with the earthquake and it is not less it’s really a huge number. And it was measured 7.9 on the Richter scale it was the biggest measurement I have seen in my life, it was heart chilling for me.
After hearing and seeing the destruction in Nepal caused by the earthquake the Indians were very much eager to help the needy of Nepal and the rescue operation was started. Full India supported Nepal irrespective of their caste, colour, and gender. It was an accident from the nature which harms the innocent Nepal.
And after few months the earthquake was not leaving India it came repeatedly to India but of god grace it had not harmed so much in comparison of incident which happened on Nepal. In Nepal it was really a huge destruction by nature and we all pray that it should not be happened again. And if it happens again then I have to say that there is no power excluding god who can stop this.
If we talk about human body which were destroyed full by the earthquake in Nepal then we cannot even imagine of so much bodies which were spread like a mosquito with no life left in it. There were so much lifeless body which were not getting place to be buried or burned; it was so huge in numbers. It was so huge that nobody can imagine it in his/her dream. And the people who were left alive they were also in a big dilemma, they were so socked that they cannot even remembered their names. They were not getting hungry or thirsty they were just shocked.
The earthquake is a natural disaster and it is a natural process and we cannot stop it by anything. But we can control the amount of loss of life and property by reducing global warming which is the main cause of earthquake to be happened. Before building the house we should be very careful about the strength of the house so that it can stand strongly in earthquake also and we can also control the loss life by some safety precaution during the earthquake. And hence in this way we can control the loss of life and property.
During the earthquake
Earthquake is one of the natural disaster which gives no alarm or we can say no warning at all from the earthquake to be happened when and where just a loud noise of shaking of buildings can be heard which is a signal of earthquake but a normal person will think that something is happening outside but he/she cannot distinguish what is happening until he/she faces or sees other building which gives a hint a strong hint that the earthquake is happening because in earthquake the building got shaken up by the strong moving of the earth crust. But sometimes it occurs so fast that before any human get the chance to react it happens it is so fast. It doesn’t give any chance to anybody to move to the safer place where the human being can get shelter during the earthquake. During the earthquake many of us get a huge problem of panicking, it is the main cause why many people dies, I know that we cannot so much of time to think what to do or what not to do but we can prepare ourselves before the earthquake to be happened. Using the brain which god has given us is the useful and worth thing which we all should do during the earthquake. Be calm and use the brain which meant to use in the difficult situation it’s hard but we can try if it’s saving our life.
After the earthquake
Yes this is also important for all of us to know what to do after the earthquake happened and ruined everything from the personal things to personal relationship. We all know that after a strong earthquake nothing is left for anybody, there is no one who can think clearly after the earthquake is happened. The people become so desperate that he/she cannot think of living in this world for a second also. One of the most important things that we forget when we faces the earthquake at home when we are bare footed, so we all should remember that whenever the earthquake is done, we all should wear shoes because it will help the human legs to be safe by the heavy things which are fallen during the earthquake. Check the house very clearly because it will seems to be strong but nobody knows what the internal structure of the house is at present it might look strong after the earthquake but after a week or even after a month the building structure can lose its strength and can fall on anyone it might be you or it might be your family members and it is so dangerous that it can harm very badly or even result in death of someone or the death full family. Show the goodness, the etiquettes that you got from your parents by simply helping the trapped persons or the injured, if needed take him/her to the hospital or give him/her some first aid treatment on the spot. We all know that it’s difficult to think after hearing the death of someone to whom we are so much close, but try because everyone’s life is precious so don’t waste it like that. Who knows that your life can becomes vital for someone’s life, it is the disaster and it can happen anytime and anywhere because we all are human and natural things are not on our control its god only who can control it I think. I am a huge devotee of god and I think that everything is happened for a good cause but in this matter I am not getting my answer, my question is that when everything is happened for a good cause then what taking of life in a huge amount is what good for the human and if it’s then it is good for whom, who enjoys it, who gets the advantage of these. I know that badness is spreading very faster but it is not the right way to eradicate it.
Conclusion
There is no time when the earthquake will occur, there is no warning at all by the earthquake but sometimes the scientist can measure some calculation where and when the earthquake will happen. If you are alone then prepare yourself and if you have family then you should prepare your family and yourself before the earthquake is too happened. You should be having a safety plan for you and for your family, you cannot wait for the earthquake to be happened and then you will prepare yourself and your family, you should prepare yourself and your family now. If your family knows how to switch off electricity and gas and any other electronic items which are there in your house should be off during the earthquake because the earthquake will harmed you later first these things will attack you. Search for the safety place in your house were you can be safe during the earthquake.
During the earthquake one should never stand because if he/she is standing in the situation when everything is shaking even his/her own body then it the most stupid that anyone can do so it’s better to kneel down or sit or sit down holding anything which is giving the body to be balanced. One of the most dangerous thing that many of us do and they got killed and that is standing near the heavy things like door of the house sitting beneath the fan or the tree which is also get shaken up heavily during the earthquake. So its better that we should try not to go were the heavy material is there which can harm when it falls on us. Using the lift during the earthquake can also result in death. So never use the lift. Now-a-days we all know that whenever the earthquake is happening we should run outside the building and just because of this mind set many is getting saved from the cruelty of earthquake it’s the good knowledge about the earthquake and we all should obey this. But never rush so heavily and forcefully that other person who is also moving outside with you is getting pushed by the crowd so see yourself and other also at the same time. And one more thing never try to re-enter in the building which badly damaged or which partially damaged because who knows that the building is strong or it losing its strength, so it can also be dangerous for you. First check and then go after completing full investigating, be sure yourself fully and then re-enter. Because the building is the main cause of death because of its heavily material inside like brick jointed cement electric wires which are too dangerous. So stay out of the damaged buildings

suni51 created new article Is it beginning of World War-3?.
The cruel Terror Attack in Paris
Paris saw one of the worst terrorist attacks in its history on 13-11-2015. People were crying, people were dying, and they were shouting for help, people were lying on the ground with their head covered by their own hands. The burst of fires were coming from all directions. The terrorists shot several rounds of fire at people around. Each fire hit someone somewhere and every fire damaged what came in its way. Terrorists were firing without any fear but they acted as trained soldiers fighting in a battle ground killing the enemy. They fired for 10 to15 minutes in all but that will change the mindset of every right thinking person from now on.
The terrorists even reloaded their guns when the ammunition in the guns was finished. Everything went like trained army platoon carrying a military operation. They reloaded their guns several times. There was no panic among the terrorists, they did not utter a single word during the entire operation but carried out the whole operation like a well oiled machine. They were well trained and this makes me think – is it the beginning of World War-3?
9/11 or Charlie Hebdo
I want to ask, do you find anything similar in jihadist attack which happened on 13/11 in Paris was it more similar to 9/11 than the Charlie Hebdo shooting. I feel France and other countries which carried out attacks on ISIS need to increase their surveillance powers after this dreaded attack. In fact the entire Europe needs. People might say and denounce it by saying the attack was shocking and it should offend the conscience of every single person whatever his beliefs or their religious identity.
As far I am concerned being an Indian I can only say and wish to make it clear that we are with French people with my complete solidarity and unwavering support for the people of France in their moment of plight and I am sure France will come out of the shock and fight with the enemy and will make them more determined to combat the terror. No, I say it again that it was certainly not Charlie Hebdo type attack but it was more like twin tower attack in America the infamous 9/11. It is no lesser than a full fledged war but the question remains, is it the beginning of World War-3?
The reminder
The incident reminds us of Mumbai on 26/11/2008 when terrorist killed 165 people in almost similar pattern. But most countries did not notice with the same intensity as the incidents in New York or Paris and this is not the first incident in Paris but the terrorists have hit France thrice in last 10 months or so starting with the Charlie Hebdo shooting, then the Jewish departmental store which saw 17 people killed and now these attacks.
The message is loud and clear the terrorists do not want France especially Paris the fashion capital of the world to be champion of secularism, a true secular and not the one like we have in our country where secularism means taking sides of any particular religion. Maybe the terrorists retaliated against French government’s decision of attacking IS camps in Syria since the incident took the next day the English terrorist John was killed. If you have forgotten about Jihadi John, it’s the same person who has been involved in many murders of reporters and citizens of European countries and has been shown on television with a knife in his one hand and his future victim in his other hand. Jihadi John has been involved with many murders by cutting their necks, crushing innocent people under the vehicles or throwing them down from top of the buildings.
What purpose will it serve?
No one knows the motto of all such cruel acts but it’s nothing new and brings my question back in front of you once again- is it beginning of the World War-3 because when Hitler killed innocent Jews in his Nazi concentration camps even he had no motto. There was no obvious reason whatsoever but the cruelty he wanted to show to the world about his supremacy. I don’t think there is a need to say that murders of innocents has always been the tool of politicians be it the government sponsored killings or political groups against the elected governments. But the ultimate result is always the same the suffering families and the orphan children. But the story goes on or should I say the history keeps repeating itself. But will there be an end to it or is it the beginning of the World War-3?
Let’s go into the past
The western countries were unaware about such acts until 9/11 happened as they thought that this was limited to certain illiterate Asian and African countries which do it as a pastime. The Westerners also thought that all these people/countries facing terrorist acts deserve the acts as they are not worth sitting with advanced countries who can handle all such problems easily and while thinking so they were in fact the suppliers of arms and other destructive ideas to those countries including sales of drugs. In fact, they did not know they were pushing the world towards hell and they were not aware that they were part of the game, not until 9/11. But they were still not fully aware of the hard realities.
The western world woke up and saw the reality after 9/11 but they still thought they will be able to handle the situation, at least in their part of the world so they started to take precautionary measures but in their own way. For them the terror still had two faces the good terrorism and the bad terrorism, the Bad Taliban and the Good Taliban but what they did not know that terrorism is terrorism and you cannot name them or divide them in groups. The result is for everyone to see. For instance, our neighboring country Pakistan who is responsible for terrorism in Kashmir and Punjab faces lot more deaths in Pakistan by the act of terrorism in Pakistan compared to India but they are happy that they have become the tool of spreading disturbance in India and they find the solace in this laughable fact.
Who is behind the scenes?
Actually India is a country with mixed population having different religions and cultures so it’s but natural that we shall see clashes of the thoughts which sometimes turn into real clashes but the situation worsens when the benefit of such clashes goes to politicians who ignite these clashes intentionally. The politicians know it very well that all such activities help the terrorist groups who take the advantage of the situation by creating ‘sleeper cells’ out of the unsatisfied groups/persons. The example is for everyone to see because what happened in Paris has been carried out by such groups only. Not only the terrorist act that happened on 11/13, but all three attacks in Paris so far have been carried out by sleeper cells. The people who live in our neighborhood as normal people suddenly come out with guns in hands and start killing innocent citizens. And the worst part of their action is that they know almost nothing about the happenings since all the decisions are taken by the people sitting in distant places. These people in sleeper cells do nothing unless they are told to do something and once told to carry out the operation they do not think about the result or their own life. The groups are supported by all kind of think tank in the terrorist groups which do everything to wash their brains where the difference between death and life is not important.
Terrorism with Indian point of view
Indians, despite being a very tolerant in such matters is currently going through a tough phase or to be on specific point of reality are involved with a useless discussion on tolerance at this particular point, curtsy the politicians. And the debate has reached to such a point where we see no exit gate. People should understand the only beneficiary from all this senseless debate is the terror groups sitting somewhere else. The need of the hour is that we must stay away from all such useless debates not for the time being but once for always. We are Indians and we should show this by our actions, thoughts and talks. It’s time to sing the national anthem together like the French did at the time of terror attack while moving towards exit of the stadium.
The Indians have no choice but to speak what suits Indian interests best otherwise the day is not far off when we shall be facing more terror attacks or worse. The consequences can be seen clearly if we do not stop the war of tolerance or should I say the intolerance the innocent people will suffer paying through their lives. The line is drawn, on one side of the line are the radical war groups and on the other side are the people who do not know anything about the evil designs of dirty politics which is playing the major role of increasing the intolerance among different religious groups and the media also has to play its role with utmost caution too. We must not act in anyway which will help the enemies of humanity.
Back to original question
The last century saw the madness of two so-called powerful nations, first The Great Britain who with her policy of ‘stay away from the war’ until WW-1 and then the USA who took the back seat unless there was no choice. Only if these two so-called superpowers had played their rolls positively the outcome of the war could have been all together different. Now, the world is standing on the war path and the worst part of this war is that it’s hard to distinguish in between the friends and the foes. But one thing is very much clear that everyone against the destruction will have to come forward and join the forces of peace keeping. The time is running out since the number of Hitler(s) is increasing by the days. The present scenario shows that the attack on Paris is beginning of WW-3 and if the world does not rise to the occasion the results will be more destructive than our imagination can reach.

MG Singh created new article heracles and the Dragon Hydra: Is there an Analogy with ISI.
Ancient mythology of the Greeks has many interesting tales and one of them concerns the super hero Heracles or Hercules. Who was Heracles? He was the son of Zeus, the king of gods, more like Indira in Hindu mythology. Heracles was his son, but he was not given the status of a god as he was born from a union of Zeus with a mortal woman. Yet, Zeus loved Heracles very much.
There are many versions of the legend of Heracles and dragon monster Hydra. The Hydra was a 9 head monster who had supernatural powers. Hydra was almost immortal as all it's heads had the power of regenerating if cut and thus to kill the Hydra, it was important to strike at the main head. This was no easy task as the Hydra exumed poisonous fumes that could kill an opponent. In addition anybody looking at the Hydra in the eye was turned to stone. Indeed the Hydra was a terrible monster and it became the duty of Heracles to kill it. The monster had his abode in a dark murky swamp called Lerna and that gave him greater invincibility.
Heracles set out to kill the Hydra and was careful not to look at the monster in the eye. But before everything he had to draw the monster out of his swamp. This he did by firing flaming arrows at the monsers head. the Hydra emerged from the swamp and herecles engaged it in combat. The son of Zeus was aided by his nephew Iolous in this battle. Incidentally the killing of the Hydra was the second labor of Heracles. he was ordered to complete 12 labors.
As the battle commenced , everytime Heracles cut one of the heads of the Hydra, it was immdeiately replaced. Heracles was in despair but he continued his battle. Slowly one by one he cut of all the heads of the Hydra and finally destroyed his immortal head as well. It was a great battle and I can't help feeling that it was a fight between good and evil.
I wonder if one can draw an analogy and relate it to the Islamic state( ISI) headed by Al Baghdadi. The ISI despite heavy bombardment by the western allies is not destroyed. It has also suffered heavy casualities, but it is recieving a steady supply of recruits and replinshments from people who are swayed by it's ideology. The IS is recieving fighters from the very source that is combating it, namely UK, France and the USA. This has made the IS a formidable force and like the Hydra dead warriors are replaced by fresh recruits.
The recent attack on Paris was a well cordinated affair and shows the reach of the Islamic State. It also shows that France is the soft underbelly of the Western powers. It was attacked earlier as well and as yet has not been able to solve the problem. The bigger bugbear is the large Muslim minority in France, that is not loyal to the republic. One can draw lessons from what is happening in France and apply it to India. For surely at some stage the ISI is going to train its guns on India.
The Hydra was killed and one can hope that at some stage the IS will also be vanquished. In fact the battle with the IS is the Third World War. It has commenced and one hopes victory comes to the force opposing the ISI , but for this greater perseverence and determination is the need of the hour

suni51 created new article The Chota Don is Trapped now who next .
The trapped Don
Rajendra Sadashiv Nikhlanje aka Rajan better known as Chota Rajan 55 , who was the most dreaded criminal and associate of Big Don Dawood Is in the custody of Indian police now and let’s hope that will help solve many mysteries which were behind the curtains so far. Some people think that he was arrested at Bali as the luck ran out on him but at the same time some others feel that he has planned everything carefully to get the protection of Indian government as he felt his life was under the constant threat from Dawood Ibrahim his onetime boss the worst enemy now. However all went well and no one in India would have expected that he will be caught as swiftly and his extradition to India was even more dramatic as the action of extraditing a person accused or convicted of a crime was never carried out from any country as smoothly as that of Chota Rajan.
Chota Rajan
Chota Rajan aka Mohan Kumar was born in a laborer’s household in Tilaknagar of Chembur, a suburb of Mumbai and he soon indulged in illegal activities of cinema tickets’ black marketing and later smuggling illicit liquor and met the original Rajan, Rajan Nayar or Rajan Mahadev Nair who died in September 1983 and who was popularly known in the Mumbai underworld by his followers and gang members as Bada Rajan. Now Chota and Bada Rajan were working hands in gloves. Chota Rajan soon became the deputy of Bada Rajan the famous gangster and liquor mafia of Mumbai who operated in a vast area.
But Bada Rajan did not live long as he was murdered but Chota Rajan took over the gang skillfully and he even strengthened the powers of the gang. This was almost the same time when Dawood was establishing himself as one of the players of underworld in Mumbai as extortionist as a person who tries to obtain something through force or violence and as one of the bigger racketeer in the same area. Dawood even offered contract jobs to Chota Rajan gang which suited the ever expending designs of Chota Rajan. And once Dawood Ibrahim left for Dubai Chota Rajan became the crime king of Mumbai. However, he was the prime target of Mumbai police and by 1988 the things became so complicated for him that he also left for Dubai.
The criminal connections
The work and gang of Dawood was increasing at a rapid pace and the competition to stay in touch with Dawood group among the other gangs was at its maximum. Every gang wanted to remain in touch with Dawood in order to make money and grab power at the same time such was the influence of Dawood in underworld. He was rightly given the title of Don of the crime in this part of the world. Meanwhile Dawood came in contact with Pakistani intelligence agency ISI and became even more powerful.
However, the 1993 attack on Mumbai by Dawood gang made a difference between Dawood-Chota Rajan relations besides Rajan was not happy the way Dawood was giving more importance to Chota Shakeel in comparison to him. But the relations went on until he shifted to Malaysia in 1996. Once in Malaysia he started hitting Dawood gang members while establishing his business within the international waters in and around Malaysia and at the same time continued with his extortionist activities in Mumbai and Pune targeting builders and carrying on with his smuggling activities at the same time.
The fight in between Dawood and Rajan
It all became more intense when Rajan killed one of the closest allies of Dawood, the former minister of Nepal Mirja Dilshad Beg who was looking after Dawood’s business in Nepal. Dilshad was mainly looking after the gold smuggling and the counterfeit Indian bank notes printed in Pakistan to India which was one of the major sources of income of Dawood gang. Then there were alleged cases of murders of Vinod Shetty and Sunil Shetty in 2001 and 2003 respectively both of whom were trusted members of Dawood’s gang. Dawood felt a big setback by these two murders as both of these were important for his gang the D Company. These two murders were considered to be in retaliation of the attack on Rajan in 2000 in which Rajan escaped narrowly although he was seriously injured during the attack and escape and had to be admitted in a Bangkok hospital and was arrested by the police later.
Let’s have a look at the happenings- here is a short summery during happenings during 1998. Rajan was arrested by the Bangkok police in 1998 but he managed to get released. Dawood arranged an attack on Rajan through one of his sharpshooter who went to him in the disguise of a Pizza delivery boy but escaped although injured seriously and was admitted in a Bangkok hospital. It would be worth mentioning here that Rajan managed to ditch Mumbai police that went to Bangkok to arrest him with the help of two of his associates Santosh and Vijai Shetty from the Thailand police custody, otherwise he could have been brought to Mumbai much earlier. Probably that was the time he planned to settle in Malaysia.
Criminal Activities of Chota Rajan
Once Rajan was in Malaysia his criminal activities took a new turn and he was now involved with smuggling of arms and money laundering business. He was reported to be involved with supply of arms to terrorist group Babbar Khalsa in Gujarat in the year 2005. The Mumbai police estimated him worth Rs. billions with his investment in construction, buildings and land. The police have reasons to believe so as his wife Sujata owns Khushi Developers, a construction company in the name of their youngest daughter engaged in construction and land development business in Mumbai and Pune. The police had registered a case against close associates of Rajan under MAKOKA which revealed a number of bank accounts with transaction of billions. The Rajan Gang is also accused of murdering Manish Lala, Salim Kurla and Mohammad Jindran besides other criminal activities in Mumbai.
Rajan has 70 or more registered criminal cases against him in India and he has established himself as king of crime in India especially in Mumbai area which was evident from the fact that the day his mother was to be cremated in 2014 the entire area where his family lives in Chembur remained closed despite the assurance of police protection to shopkeepers. It would be worth mentioning at this point that the younger brother of Chota Rajan Deepak is deputy president of Maharashtra Republican Party and if the number of politicians attended the last rituals of his mother has any indication Rajan has a good political support in his home state. One of his daughters is married and two others are studying in England.
Summery
Now that most of Rajan’s associates have been arrested or killed the chances are Rajan gang which came to ground in 1996 once his relations soared with Dawood is finished forever. For instance one of his gang members Vikky Malhotra and Farid Tanasha are already in Delhi jail. Another close associate of Rajan, D.K. Rao and Guru Sitam who helped him find new gang members are already out of his gang’s activities. Now he counts on Abu Sawant and Ravi Pujara who are looking after his business in Malaysia. His other main gang members like Ejaz Lakdawala is one of the most wanted gangsters from Mumbai, and Bunty Pandey are no more working for him. Now that Chota Rajan is physically unfit and trying to save his life from the Dawood gang has no choice but to help Indian police and stay safe in police custody. He has no future in criminal activities as he is already registered for number of murders, extortion cases, money laundering and smuggling of gold and arms.

suni51 created new article Beware- Your manager is watching your acts.
You’re a good worker
So, you consider yourself a good worker and you discharge your duties with your best abilities but it has been noticed that most of the workers are not fully aware how they behave in their workplaces. Ask an otherwise good worker a simple question- do you understand how you behave in your workplace? The chances are you would get a confused look. Most of us do not know the difference in between a good worker and a good worker with decent habits.
The fact, that some of your bad habits can turn you into an undesired one despite your very good track record as a worker. If you stay on top of the favorite of the management, it’s time you look at your behavior within the office premises. And you are not the only one who will find there is so much to improve as far behavior part is concerned but there are at least 40-50% people in every establishment which need to improve their behavior.
The habits which make a difference
There is no doubt whatsoever that bosses and human resources managers prefer to work with people with good capabilities of handling their responsibilities but despite all their abilities a small thing like untidy desk can put him in the category of ‘undesirables’. Such workers are considered as people who prefer to go according to their convenience and not going according to set rules of the company or not working ethically.
Have you ever looked at your desk with the eye of a manager and if you find your papers are kept properly, your intercom is having stains, and your computer’s keyboard is filled with dust maybe you have clarification for all these or held the office boys responsible for these but this is you who suffer for all such mismanaged things, your career as well as health is stake for all these carelessness behavior. A pack of anti bacterial wipes at your desk can keep half your problems away. I don’t think we need an office boy to do such small things for us even if our company employs such helpers.
Most offices and workplaces provide a dining space for their employees but some of the workers prefer to eat at their desk itself. That is one habit that disturbs the entire work environment as the smell coming out of that lunchbox not liked by all or the work atmosphere might take a back seat during the entire duration of the lunch program within the working area. The worst that can happen to people who do not mind eating at their desk, they might even go the list of ‘undesired’ and lose the chance of a promotion.
People who eat at their desk show off that they do it for the love of their work as they did not have time to go to lunchroom but they did no justice with either their lunch or the official work but only made the place untidy. One could have finished his lunch in the dining area peacefully and came back to his desk more concentrated and ready to finish his task. Whatever the reason at work table lunch idea but that is neither healthy nor decent and should be avoided at any cost.
One of the worst habits found in some workers is gossiping about anything or everything which has no concern with most of the workers of a particular workplace but that is one of the favorite pastime of such people. However, most private sector people stay away such habits barring of course one or two but it’s better to stay away from such groups as it solves no purpose whatsoever but brings you in bad books of the bosses. It would be appropriate to mention here that habit of gossiping not only affects your productivity but becomes the cause of mental problems including loss of sleep and forgetfulness. There is no harm in sharing some personal topics but it’s better to keep them to yourself in place of spreading them to others whoever you meet. The best way to maintain the decorum is that one should keep his office related talks within his office and out of the office discussions out of the office. Discussing about what you did with your coworkers on the beach last weekend has no business in your office time.
Are you fit and healthy?
This might sound strange and out of the context but you cannot remove it from the topic without giving it a serious thought. It is a practice in many companies that people not fully fit especially suffering from obesity are considered unfit for the job or put in the category of ‘disabled’ although the rule is not applicable in Indian companies as yet but who knows! The way the foreign companies are spreading in India the health will be as important as ones skills since a person with certain limitations with his health issues is considered lesser productive.
This would be interesting to note at this point that most Indian corporate are providing space, membership for exercise, gyms, yoga etc and spreading health awareness programs regularly. I personally feel spending few minutes for burning extra calories are as good as a healthy lunch. I love to see people going to washroom and using their toothbrush and then going to walking areas alone or in a group and having a brisk walk even for few minutes. Don’t you think this habit can help you keep fit rather than staying put on your dining table and drinking cold drinks in the few minutes before leaving back for your work desk? I would prefer a brisk walk, a couple of sips of fresh water and then back to my work with fresh mind and mouth.
Are you sick or pretending to be sick?
Beware, you are at the risk of losing your job since falling sick occasionally or taking leave in the name of being sick is one of the worst habits for a good worker that can spoil his career. We Indians have enough number of holidays but as the facts show we love holidays which is one of the reasons of our backwardness. We do not mind taking a leave at the drop of a hat whatever the reason. You will be surprised to note that more than 30% people in our country apply for leaves without any reasonable cause and almost 5% people fall sick at any given point of time the entire year round. This is such a vast number of absent people which puts extra burden on coworkers and the entire working environment suffers.
Most senior managers know the reality of such people and they keep a close watch on such people. Managers always know how to tackle such people and it really makes a big difference at the promotion time. The persons who work with cheerful attitude and give their best are the ultimate choice of management for promotions even if they are not as good or perfect as some of the ‘sick’ people are. Therefore it’s advisable to avoid falls sick leaves if you have to reach to next higher grade.
Are you one of them?
Some people have a strange habit of talking too loudly that I understand most bosses or human resource managers like the least. Office is not your personal area (even not everyone like you talk loudly in your home though) where others too try to concentrate on their work. One must understand your loud mouthing can disturb others and they immediately put you in their black book. Mind you, your colleagues only keep you in their black book but if your boss is around he keeps you in a different black book, the list of ‘undesirable’ people which ultimate may cost you your job or at least the next promotion, so don’t make speaking at top of your voice your habit.
The worst a worker can do is teasing his women coworkers or spreading rumors about them. I would suggest even if you are sure about your opinion regarding your coworkers never share them but keep them to yourself as that will give you nothing but take everything which you have achieved so far. Such people even talk senselessly even during important meetings. While some people talk too much some others do not take any interests in what is going on but as the saying goes “Uper wala sab dekh raha hai”, (the persons responsible for supervision are watching everything).
Conclusion
Most of us will agree that laughing or talking loudly, making bad comments on coworkers, eating at undesirable places, taking leaves for no reasons, not giving you 100% and not upgrading your skills will not help your cause so it’s better to behave properly to achieve your targets ahead of others who do not know the tricks of the trade. Your entire working life is a period of experiments, try as many experiments as you can but keep in mind that you have a list of experiments which have proved successful in the past and you also have a list which has proved futile. The choice is yours what you chose to experiment with!

MG Singh created new article Narendra Modi: More Hype than Performance.
In 2014, the nation was in a state of despair. The Congress party which had ruled for 10 years was guilty of many acts of misdemeanor and corruption had taken the drivers seat, with an ineffectual prime minister in ManMohan Singh who turned out to be a yes man of the Gandhi-Nehru family. Worse Indian prestige was rock bottom in the world as India followed a policy of just reaction and proactive initiative was not visible.
In such a situation many like me voted for change and a promise of a better life with the catchy phrase launched by Narendra Modi " Ache din". Unfortunately 18 months down the line the nation is bewildered at the approach of the government that had promised " Ache din". No " Ache din" ( good days) have appeared and the country has sunk into an morass and one wonders what will happen next. It shows that greatness that one associates with a leader is not for Narendra Modi.
The one visible aspect of the Indian Prime Minister is his frequent foreign jaunts and misplaced priorities. This has not borne fruit and some of his policies are definitely questionable, like giving one billion dollars to Mongolia, when there is rampant poverty in India and over 4000 farmers have committed suicide. What was the justification for it ? His initiative in Nepal has come a cropper and Nepal is more hostile now and turning more and more to China. Lanka cocks a snook at India and routinely arrests Indian fishermen. Can any one arrest even one American ? This is because Modi has negelcted the one reason that the world listens to a nation and that is military power.
Modi like Nehru has failed to realise the importance of the military. He is also not aware of the bond between serving and retired soldiers. He has opened a hornets nest by his backtracking on his promise of OROP; the announcement for which he had made from rooftops. Yet 18 months down the line the demand is not addressed and new factors have been brought in that negate the approval of parliament and the Koshyari commission which had clearly spelt out what OROP is. With his infantile approach he has at one stroke demoralised the armed forces and the only persons who will be happy are China and Pakistan. One hopes India does not have to fight a war now as that may bring a very different result. Another thing that has intrigued me is that when President Obama and Prime Minister David Cameroon can ceremonially recieve coffins of soldiers killed in action, why could not Modi recieve at least one coffin of an Indian soldier killed by Muslim insurgents? His taking a guard of nonor in chappals is also an insult to a soldier.
It is not only on the question of OROP, but despite his frequent foreign jaunts the situation is a live wire in India's proximity. China has amassed 30 divisions in Tibet and Pakistan remains an intractable foe. What does Modi plan to do here. Even Nepal is gravitating closer to China and Sri Lanka feels its a David vs Goliath. Kashmir remains a bone of contention and the valley is simmering with pro Pakistan sentiments. Something is definitely wrong some where. How can Pakistan which i/5th the size of India claim military and political parity with India. Who is responsible? One expected Modi to turn the tide but it has not happened.
There is lot of talk of FDI flowing in. One must remember that FDI does come only with strings and in any case FDi alone will not solve the economic ills. Prices of food stuffs have shot through the sky and dal the staple diet of Indians for protein( as Indian can't afford meat which is exorbitant in cost) is selling at astronomical prices. One wonders whether the BJP and Modi realise that the common man is more interested in the price of dal and other foodstuffs than in rhetoric on cow protection and cow slaughter. Modi has thus let the nation down. The honeymoon is over and now we have come face to face with the real Modi. He certainly is not the great man India expected to lead, but a small time man who in some ways does behave as a RSS pacharak.
One could see his discomfiture at the press conference in London , when he was asked questions on intolerence. He fumbled and side stepped some answers, before saying that India was the land of Gandhi and Buddha and thus there would be equality for all. Why couldn't this man make the same statement in India ? Why he had to make a statement only in London after months of the pot simmering at home.?
Modi is a perhaps not a great man. His actions look like he is a narcissist, intent only on his own image, other things be dammed. This is dangerous for India and with Pakistn and China challenging India and food stuff prices rising and poor not having enough to eat and farmers committing suicide, Modi better do something before he goes into the dustbin of history

suni51 created new article How to avoid Brain and Heart related problems.
The importance of mental health
The cases of Dementia and Alzheimer, migraine and brain storks are increasing at rapid rate throughout the world which is a clear indication that we are not caring much about mental health that otherwise is as much necessary as physical fitness. Dementia is a chronic disease or you can call it a persistent disorder of the mental processes which is generally caused by brain disease or in some cases injuries and marked by memory disorders, personality changes and also causes impaired reasoning. We must understand that the best way to keep ourselves mentally fit we need to follow the old trusted suggestion- prevention is better than cure.
I love non-sense
I am not sure how many of you have heard about Theodor Seuss Geisel who was an American writer and illustrator best known for his books for children. He used to write his books under the pen name of Dr. Seuss and he once made a very interesting comment on his amazing writing style for children books that he likes to write non-sense because it activates his brains cells. I would like to present one of his famous quotes at this point which will give you an idea how one can keep his mind in best of its health- “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You're on your own. And you know what you know. And you are the one who'll decide where to go”. We should not forget the ability of our brain that can reorganize throughout our life provided we keep it active.
The best way of increasing your mental capacity is by keeping your mind busy and increasing its capacity constantly that is perhaps the best way you can remain healthy and happy at mental level. The medical science has proved what was said a long back that the root of health is situated in our brains, the emotions are trunk and rest of our body is leaves and flowers of that tree. To remain healthy and fit all these parts should work together in perfect combination. However, the reality of the day is that despite the human is becoming more cautious towards physical health the attention on mental health is taking a back seat. The man is afraid of Dementia, migraine and Alzheimer but not doing enough to keep them in control.
The changing views
The modern medical theories have proved that the brain keeps and developing itself constantly and with every new entry in the brain changes brain’s construction to some extent and this keeps happening even in elderly age which was until recently considered limited to a certain age only. The brain of every human is considered to be adjusting which can be developed at any stage of age known as plasticity or nuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity, if explained in medical terms that encompasses both synaptic plasticity and non-synaptic plasticity. Such changes are referred as changes in neural pathways and synapses which cause changes in behavior, environment, neural processes, thinking, and emotions. These changes may cause bodily as well mentally both. (Some of the references are medical terms from nuroplasticity).
However, this fact has brought the hope of keeping the people fit and healthy in older age and saves them from dreaded diseases like Dementia, Alzheimer, migraine and brain storks. Human brain is also made of cells and tissues like rest of the body with a difference that the reaction and construction of brain is far more complicated than rest of the body parts. Brain is much more sensitive and can suffer damage on slightest of changes in routine of sleeplessness, malnutrition and tension. The maintenance of human brain depends on how well you maintain it to keep fresh and working with the increasing age and if you find/feel no visible changes or defects with passing time goes to show that you have done justice to your most important organ having more than 100 billion cells. You will be surprised to note that all these 100 billion cells communicate with each other whenever our brain gets busy or work and if the communication has no disturbance goes to show your brain is in perfect condition.
We should keep in our mind that a healthy brain has lesser possibilities of suffering from dementia, Alzheimer, migraine or brain stork. We should keep a watch that if our way of speaking, especially pronunciation differs than in normal course, forgetfulness occurs occasionally or you feel sudden headaches and you feel numbness in your organs are sure signs of damage to brain cells and time to wake up for being extra cautious.
The changing lifestyle
There could be one hundred and one reasons for faster damage to brain cells but the modern lifestyle has its clear impact on it and the fact cannot be denied. We have always been hearing, ‘Early to bad and early to rise’ but that is no more practiced by most of us. We have heard that it’s good to have two healthy meals a day, exercise, walk and keep good healthy lifestyle which helps our body and mind fit and which was practically part and parcel of human culture in our country is matter of past now. Now people are eating any number of times, junk and oily food is not a problem which causes high cholesterol and as a result a person suffers from diabetes, heart attack and brain stroke easily.
I am sure you will not be surprised to note that walking is perhaps one of the best physical activities for mental fitness. The neurological studies say that three walks a week even for a limited distance and duration keeps Hippocampus (a part of your brain), considered to be the centre of emotion, memory, and the autonomic nervous system fit and healthy and normal in size. Incidentally, Hippocampus the center of memory in our brain if damaged causes Alzheimer disease.
Another way of keeping mental fitness is to regularly learn something new which helps activate brain cells. For instance people who solve puzzles, try new languages, read regularly etc feel rejuvenated that even helps make someone or something feel better, younger, or even more vital. In fact all these activities create new memory fields inside the brain depending upon the capacity of a particular person which may vary from person to person. Solving puzzles could be a common mental exercise for an educated person but learning to count up to 10 may prove a difficult mental exercise for an uneducated person.
Avoid certain common mistakes
1-There is not a single person who does not have something to worry in his daily routine and that’s not limited to educated and job holders but everyone has something to worry about and if we trust the modern day routine the problems are increasing by the day. Most of us do not care to bring ourselves out of these problems and that starts the process of damaging brain cells at a faster rate. According to experts a physical exercise of 30 minutes duration is must depending upon age and physical condition. These physical activities not only help physical fitness but your mental fitness as well.
2- Most of us feel hesitation going to doctor regarding the changes in our speech, dizziness, headache, blurred vision etc as we consider all these symptoms related to age and try domestic treatments which in turn could prove fatal. Most of us feel that sleeping time reduces as the age increases, true to some extent but a healthy sleep of 6-8 hours is necessary in any age, same is true for eating habits. A balance diet is must to keep your mental and physical health even in an elderly age.
3- While on the subject all these problems are not limited to only elderly people but younger persons may also suffer from all such symptoms if their lifestyle is not balanced. Some of the routines they follow are their professional but most of the activities can be controlled with little bit of self-control. We can understand people who work in shifts may face sleeplessness and headaches due to occasional change of shifts but what they eat or how they counter them with enough exercises etc is entirely in their own hands. In addition to lack of exercises people with smoking or/and drinking habits add problems to their mental as well physical health.
4- Modernization has brought many problems and one of these problems is the people have cut-off from the social life or their social life has been limited to online activities. People see their relatives and friends only on limited occasions which deprive them of many common suggestions that could solve most of the problems they face or bring closer to solutions that ease the tensions and help living a normal life.
5- As mentioned earlier what you eat is very important in maintaining a good physical and mental health. People do not understand but what you eat makes a big difference on your mental well being. Even the dieting which most of us consider good for our health may harm your brain if not done properly. It could harm your brain so one must be very careful about his dietary habits. It’s advisable to eat raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains in enough quantity. Omega-3 which is considered to be building block of the brain and vitamin E is essential along with a limited quantity of dry fruits including nuts, almonds, eggs, fish and green vegetables. Add anti-Occident in diet which is one essential ingredient of your diet.
6- The most important part of your dietary habits is to avoid oil and fat especially when you cannot digest them with enough physical activities. Oil and fat are the main reasons of strokes and Alzheimer so the worst you can do with your health is intake of junk, hard to digest and untimely food.
Conclusion
The regular exercise and good food habits which include carbohydrates, proteins, grains, not only reduce brain related problems but help keep heart also healthy. Both heart and brain suffer adversely if we eat oily and fatty foods which cause deposit clots in brain which causes a blood clot and disturbance in blood flow to the brain as well. Blood clots are the biggest risks for brains strokes leading to permanent brain damage in some cases. People who have already suffered from strokes must take special care and should walk, jog, run (if doctor prescribes) swim, practice water aerobics. All these activities help increase oxygen intake in the body which is good for the health of heart and brain both. People suffering from heart or brain related problems should consult physiotherapists with the consent of their physicians as physiotherapy can help heart and brain related problems with three staged stroke rehab program. However the prevention and regular exercise is the best method of keeping brain and heart related problems away.

Babu saroj created new article impact of modern entertainment on society .
Introduction
Life does not mean to idle away time. Again it does not mean to continue work only. Life is superb blending of works and entertainment.
Entertainment means
A man/woman who is busy in his work all the time he/she should have sometime for relax and regeneration. Modern life forces us to be burdened with heavy tensions. Besides we have to work for hours together to achieve something. As a result we become fatigue and bored of something. If we spend some time in entertainment it frees our mind from burdens and supplies us comforts with the help of which we can re-energize ourselves.
Importance of entertainment
There are several common modes of modern entertainment such as television, theatres, music, etc. but how far have they been successful in providing wholesome relaxation? Television has a number of channels and is no doubt providing a great source of enjoyment for the children. The children become matured and modernized. The elders are also getting various tastes from it. When the people have leisure time they often visit theatres to get refreshment. Music is another way of entertainment. There are even a lot of well established fellows who listen to the music of their best singers when they can save their time. Thus there are many sources of entertainment in our society. These are necessary to provide relaxation to the mind. There is no denying the fact that man would be restless if they do not spend time for entertainment.
Impact of entertainment on society
So people should set apart one day in a week for leisure. In this way they can make their mind strong and active. Besides, entertainment also increases our depth of knowledge. There are some educational channels of television. A man can learn balanced and up-to-date knowledge on various topics. Yet it should be limited. Otherwise it would haunt our mind always and would weaken our intellect.
Conclusion
Therefore, entertainment helps us in various ways. In a word it develops co-ordination between one’s mind and his body.

suni51 created new article Try these to Keep Monday Blues Away.
Plan your work in advance
Do you think in terms of “What I need is someone who will make me do what I can”? Maybe you did not plan you work properly in advance and that’s why you’re finding it tough going to your office on Monday. The fact is that’s how some of the top professionals feel at the beginning of week ‘On Mondays’. And, this is contrary to the common belief that professionals go to their workplaces fully recharged on Mondays. Some of the professionals find Mondays the most boring or least attractive days of their careers.
If you feel low on start of your week or face anxiety, strange feelings of facing the same run of the mill or even nervous, lack passion or fired up which is a clear sign of not interested in your work, the chances are you are not satisfied with your work. If you're tensed on the start of the week maybe it's not the case of Monday Blues in your case but the chances are you are in a job not suitable for you. If you are one of them then have you ever tried to analyze the reason for your lack of interest for going to your work? If your answer is ‘no’, it’s right time you give it a try before it’s too late!
Monday is fearsome
What I feel the fear of Monday has increased ever since the trend of ‘five days’’ week has replaced the good old six days’ week in our country. The system of five days’ week is fine in countries where people are ready to work for 45 hours and then enjoy their 2 days’ weekends and then come back to work fully recharged and full of zeal but as far the trend in our country goes the rule says the work should begin at 9 in the morning and must go on up to 6 in the evening but in practical people do not follow the system but still going by the old system of coming to office at 10 or even later and pack up by 5 or before. This system is very much in practice at least in government sector. People try to avail as many holidays as they possibly can.
Let’s come back to Monday Blues, there is a big number of professionals who are kind of afraid of going to their workplaces on Mondays since they are not yet out of their ‘rest mode’. Most of such people feel nervous or sad merely at the thought of returning to office on Mondays. They come to office but the fact that they remain in office physically but not involved in their work whole heartedly. And the worst part of the story is your behavior in office on Mondays set the trend for rest of the week. Let me repeat at this point that if these systems are temporary then there is nothing much to worry but if you feel the same every Monday then you must think it over seriously.
Are you satisfied with your job?
How a professional feels about his workplace on Mondays could be the result of many different reasons but most analytics have a common conclusion that people finding Mondays tough to work perhaps are not comfortable with their management or even not cut out for the job they are in or they are not on good terms with their coworkers. If a person finds these problems once in a while then perhaps the matter is not that serious but if it is matter of every Monday, you’re in for a serious trouble. I suggest you must update your bio-data and send it to job agencies. You are in need of a new job with immediate effect.
What you need to do is…
If you find it tough to come back to grove on Monday the reasons could be you left too many loopholes in the last week or you did not plan your week properly. One of the main reasons is the left out works keep bothering you where to start your work and that becomes the reason of stresses in your mind which stops you from anything new. You’re never sure whether to plan afresh or finish the jobs you have yet to complete. The best way to keep yourselves at ease is to finish your work before you leave your office on Friday evenings. At least make sure that nothing important is left out to be finished which will create problems for you while you come back on next Monday. That will solve some of your Monday Blues for sure.
As far I am concerned I will look at my priorities within the first two days or at the most y Wednesday. Thursdays and Fridays I will keep for planning for next week’s programs and hopefully could very well spare a few moments for my personal programs for the weekend too. But, one thing is for sure if you see yourself in middle of the messed up situation on Monday itself you shall never be able to come out for rest of the week. In fact, Monday is the important most day of the week and if you look forward on this day with a positive mindset you will find everything moving smoothly. Just plan out properly and see the difference.
Let’s think this way
Suppose you are not sick and have decided on Sunday itself to not to go to office on Monday, then what is your plan, I mean what you will do on Monday! I know you have so many things in your mind like you will continue where you left on Sunday night like keep watching movies, reading the unfinished novel or going a step further having plans of sleeping for the entire Monday morning. I mean if you’re thinking in these terms even if you are neither sick nor having something important to work at home, you’re probably destroying your future chances for no reasons. It’s better to go to office and try to concentrate and do something worthwhile.
I would suggest you sit with your co-workers and plan for the week which will ease out all your tension and you’ll feel extremely satisfied and full of energy ready to take the bull by the horns. Let’s admit that your coworkers make a big difference in planning out the strategies even while you’re not at the work table or in a conference room but at lunch time or tea break. And your good coworkers need not be from the same department where you work but from any department for that matter. For instance, I had a very good friend in software department a couple of blocks away who used to provide some very good suggestions during my visit to his office.
I never found him cracking jokes or talking unnecessarily but whatever he said had lots of sense. I never saw him sitting idle but I had started to believe that he never stopped working and still never felt overworked or bored. Visiting him was a unique experience in itself even though he spoke very little but whatever he said had a message and something worth listening. I thought spending 15 minutes with people like him was far better than spending hours with people who had no ideas about work ethics. He was like a chess player who made a move in 30-40 minutes but each of his moves was worth noting down for future reference. Let’s accept the fact that good coworkers make a workplace good or bad. The good workers look at their job as a complete package and act accordingly.
Let’s face the reality
There should be a time when we should come back in working mode and the best time according to my view is Sunday night itself. We should prepare for the next morning by going to bad at right time so that we get up fresh for the work next morning. Should I remind you that pilots have to stop taking liquor etc at least 12 hours before their scheduled flight timing? Likewise we should keep ourselves mentally fit for the work so that a proper discipline is maintained and you are ready for the work in right frame of mind.
Let me put it this way, we love the monitory gains out of our jobs but we must always keep in our mind that our employer also expect to give our 100% for the money they pay us in lieu of our work. In fact there is a direct relation in between money we earn and the efforts we put. We should also know the fact that some of the efforts we put to finish a job maybe we do not like doing but we have to do them as they are part of the job. There is no alternative of proper synchronization, the coordination of events to operate a system in unison without which the whole system will collapse.
There are other ways which keep you happy
If there are orthodox ways of keeping yourself happy and engaged at workplace there are some innovative ways too which might do the trick for you, like-
1- If you show your willingness to help your coworkers you will certainly become the favorites of many within no time and that will help keep you engaged
2- Keep smiling because smile wins one and all without doing much
3- I never felt inferior saying hello even to my juniors when they did not notice me before I did
4- Never ever engage yourself with gossipers because that is one of the easiest ways to become unpopular and make you feel uninterested in your workplace
5- One of the common mistakes we make is we become over aggressive in some cases, which is one sure way of making one unpopular
6- I am not sure about your workplace environment but I would prefer to call as many people with their first name, that brings closeness
7- The worst you can do is to copy someone, be yourself and act normally
8- There is nothing better than mingling up the ideas with coworkers and sort out the best ideas
9- There is no result of unnecessary talks especially with the one with whom you cannot win
10- While talking normally with coworkers is good but getting serious or dating at workplace will certainly put you in a jam
11- I know social gatherings are part of the modern day activities but I would suggest getting too close or taking too many drinks will bring something undesirable out, so avoid that.
12- Are you in habit of cracking jokes about yourself? Do that but make a limit, unless you do not want to become a laughing stock.
Conclusion
I am very much sure if you keep the above in your mind there is no reason you'll ever face any Monday Blues or think in terms of skipping your office in future.

MG Singh created new article The Ist Duke of Wellesley defeated Tippu also Later Defeated Napoleon.
Tippu was the Muslim ruler of the state of Mysore. He is referred to as the tiger of Mysore, but this is mainly because he kept 6 tigers in his palace as pets. In terms of military acumen, he was a poor general and perhaps had never heard of the principles of war.
Tippu spent almost 20 years of his life fighting without much to show for all that strife. In fact in the 3rd Anglo-Mysore war he was decisively defeated and the British took two of his sons as hostage. The boys were only released after Tippu surrenderd half his kingdom and paid a massive sum of money as ransom to the British.
A clash with the English was always on the cards as Tippu hobnobbed with the French to act as a counterpoise to the English. To the bad luck of Tippu, the First Lord of Welesely later known as the Duke of Wellington, arrived in Madras in 1796. He remained in India till 1803, before he left back for England. Lord Welesley was an astute commander and later became a Field Marshal when he led the allied army against Napoleon at Waterloo and defeated him decisively.
The British were approached by the Hindus and the Christians from Malabar to overthow Tippu as he had committed untold atrocities against them. They gave clear passage to the East India company troops through their regions. Tippu should have been on alert, but he showed poor strategic sense as he allowed the English to build up their force.
The East India company assembled 3 armies, one from Bombay and two from Madras in a pincer movement against Tippu who was holed up in Seringapatnam( Mysore). One of the army from Madras was commanded by Lord Welesely. The British had in all about 26000 troops, with about 4000 pure English soldiers. The Nizam of Hyderabad sided with the English and gave 16000 soldiers.Tippu Sultan had about 30000 soldiers.
The English army commmenced the march from Madras. It was a slow moving affair as the army was also carrying camp followers, cooks and other personnel. As per records the army covered about 10 miles in a day. The English army was a like a lumbering elephant and was spread over 18 sq miles as it was also carrying goats, sheeps and hens for meat In addition there were barbers, women call girls, and small shop keepers to sell items to the soldiers as they advanced. Just for the record Lord Welesley had over 30 attendents along with him as well as 30 pieces of silver table ware with him. Tippu heard of the advancing British force, but as he had very little strategic sense , he did nothing. This was the time to move out of his fort and attack the unwieldy English army, but he did nothing and just waited for the English in his fort- cum palace. Perhaps he was not aware of the principles of war that attack is the best form of defence. By just waiting for the English force he signed his death warrant.
The English army which was unopposed reached Seringapatnam in April 1799. The orders had been given in December 1798. The English army surrounded the fort and Tippu had boxed himself into a corner. The English generals took a decision to storm the fort and on 4 May they attacked the fortress.
The British carried the day and English soldiers entered the fort. Tippu was adviced by his French advisor to escape through the many secret tunnels, but it appears he refused. As the English advanced Tippu was shot dead by an English soldier and the entire Fort was captured. That was the end of Tippu Sultan. The English not only set the fort on fire but looted the treasures of the Sultan. The 6 tigers were shot dead.
It was a massive defeat and brings to the fore the poor generalship of Tippu. He had in fact little idea of the concept of mobility in war and paid a heavy price. The British put an end to Muslim rule and Hindus and Christians heaved a sigh of relief.
One of the intriguing facts of history is that Lord Welesley made a name for himself and rose up in the army to become a Field Marshal. He was the commander of the allied troops in the fampus battle at Waterloo(1815), in which he decimated the French force under Napoleon. What a man!
The battle with Tippu like other battles by the English in India was a one sided affair. The only real challange the English faced was by the Sikhs in the Anglo-Sikh wars ( 1846-49). It is worth recalling the spirit of the Duke of Wellington who was almost 89 then, yet when he heard of the ferocious battles, offered to come to India and fight the " savage Sikhs". He is a man to admire

Bajirao created new article Tips to protect your credit and debit cards.
Debit or credit card fraud is so common in today's world that just thinking about it can strike a fear. Thieves or hackers can strike your credit or debit cards remotely or in person very easily. Hence consumers need to carefully protect their cards however, many of them don't realize the importance of protecting and securing their cards. Consumers must ensure that information about their credit card do not fall in to the hands of hackers.
Here are few tips and ways to ensure to protect your credit and debit cards from unauthorized activities.
Avoid providing any credit card information on non-secure websites - Although online shopping seems to be easy it comes with its own curse. Online shopping on unsecured website can increase the risk of releasing the credit card information. Use only reputable and secure websites for shopping as these websites are more secured than others.
Use cash: If you think the shopping on particular website is not secure, just go for the 'cash on delivery' option (if applicable). This way you will not share your card information with third party and unsecured websites.
Do not use your credit card information on social media: Now a days many people like to share their personal life on social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Never post or share your credit card information over social media. I have seen some people sharing their bank account information on social media chat. Even though its a personal chat, your information is likely to get disclosed to public. So please avoid committing such silly mistakes.
Do not give credit or debit card information over phone: Without knowing why and who is asking for your card information, never just give away such personal information. Always confirm if the call is from authorized person. If you have doubts about their credibility just avoid sharing the information at that time. Tell them you will call them back with the information. In the mean time you can research and confirm yourself if they genuinely need the credit card information.
Check your monthly card statement: Don't just make the monthly payment of your credit cards without checking your monthly statement. Make sure you open your monthly statement, check and verify the amount. If you notice some unknown transaction, contact your card provider immediately.
Secure your mobile devices and laptops: Make sure your laptops and desktops are free from malware. If your laptops or desktop are compromised your personal information will be easily accessible by the thieves / hackers. Stop using compromised laptops or desktop as soon as you realize that it contains malware.
Never leave your credit or debit cards unattended at work, or even in your car: High proportion of credit or debit cards are stolen from your car and number of thieves are more at workplace than any other place. Always keep your wallet with you.
Report your stolen or lost card immediately: Most of the fraudulent activity takes place within few days of their being lost or stolen. Hence report about your stolen / lost card to the card service provider.
Sign the back of your cards immediately and destroy the unused card: Make small pieces of your unused card as soon as you get the new card. Destroy the unused card immediately so that no one else can use it later. Signature on the back of card helps a lot. If your card has been used by someone else, and vendors realize it they can ask the person to verify the signature. If the signature does not match it would most likely indicate that the person is not authorized to use this card and it belongs to someone else.
Protect you PIN or Security code: Make sure that you regularly change your PIN (Personal Identification Number) and never store the PIN number in your phone or on paper. Also don't use easily guessable PIN number like your birth date, phone number, PAN card number, etc. Use some unique number that is not related to your personal life and hence not easily guessable. Also whenever you use your card in ATM be aware of people around you. Some thieves can memorize the card number and PIN from the buttons you push on ATM machine. Make sure you cover or block with your body throughout the process of using ATM.
These are few tips every one can easily implement into their personal life. These tips can help to secure your personal card information to some extent. However there are always some or the otherways hackers look for. You cannot control from getting hacked however can prevent to some extend.

suni51 created new article India needs trauma centers to avoid accidental deaths.
