I agree that no one's faith should be ridiculed. But rationalists should not be killed for speaking what they feel is right. Munshi Premchand has written a beautiful story of a poor man whose cat dies being asked by the Brahmin to donate a cat cast in gold to avoid the horrible fate that awaits him otherwise. In today's atmosphere I shudder to think what would have happened to Premchand.

But , is there any political party which honors the Healthy traditions of Democracy ? Majority of the political parties look towards that chair that empowers them and allows them to loot as much public money as possible in the tenure of five years.
No, no one party at present and even for last some decades. We most of all favouring BJP but every one in BJP is not Modi.

People have right to their beliefs and a rationalist should not infringe on the beliefs and views of who he perceives as an irrationalist, however right or wrong he or she may be ...Let people have the freedom to decide for themselves instead of being constantly ridiculed about their faith and belief.

Citizenship is given on a foreigner marrying a citizen by both US and UK. This is one route followed by NRI's especially for getting brides for their sons. This is legal. Same is followed by India also. Obsession with one family should not be an excuse to misrepresent facts.

Any citizen of a country should follow the rules of the country and be loyal to the country not have one foot in one place and the other in another place and not take advantage of the generosity of the host country . The citizenship too should be legal and not questionable . As far as citizenship given by the UK government is concerned, they would give it only after you fulfill the conditions laid down by the government unlike us where some simply are given such status because they either marry into certain families , and in some cases they even retain their previous citizenship although it is illegal to do so .When an individual is contributing in a positive manner to the all round growth and welfare of the country rather than become a selfish gauntlet , people are bound to raise doubts and questions, here or there !
