You are right but in eyes of India's constitution it is not crime. Constitution give the right to speak but they are misusing this right. Now time is came when our constitution impose some limitation on this right.
It is true that we a right to freedom of speech but it comes with a responsibility, and that responsibility increases when a person holds an important position in the public. Manishankar Aiyar and Salman Khurshid, both hold key and pivotal position, especially Khurshid who has worked as the Minister of External Affairs. Both of these men have severely misused their position and behaved in a treacherous manner because they were speaking about the man who holds the future of their country in his hands, speaking in such a manner in a country that has only stuck dagger in our backs time and again should be treated as treachery and the traitors must be punished accordingly.

Kalyani Nandurkar replied to the topic Parents irresponsibility towards their children behavour.
The child clearly has a lot of discipline issues. Although she is 5, I am sure a kid of 5 years understands that spitting on others is rude and considered bad behavior. She must be told sternly on how to behave and how not to behave. ut since she is 5 years, you too must understand and not keep a grudge about it, you too can tell her gently about it and maintain friendly relations with her. A child's anger is short lived and once she understands that you mean to be friendly with her, she too wil change her behavior with you. But her mother should not remain silent at such behavior and she must tell her child it is wrong to do so.

Africa is already suffering from the wrath of their own brand of ISIS, which is the Boko Haram. Till date, the Boko Haram and tortured and killed thousands and have taken thousands of young girls and woman in captivity to serve as their sex slaves. But since the Boko Haram is limited only to Africa and has not affected West yet, its rampage is undeterred. But you have rightly pointed out that majority of African nations are Islamic states and that day won't be far when Boko Haram joins ranks with ISIS. That would be the day of doom for all. I shudder to think what would happen if it were to turn into reality.
