The allegation is of driving vehicle in drunken state, which caused death. This is really bad but he is not a criminal as such. This is just a violation of traffic rules. He has suffered long litigation and perhaps he sill still suffer if government pursues the matter further in supreme court or files review petition. Whatever be the logal position, this has nothing to do with quality of his skill and popularity as an artist. When you go to buy mangoes, you don't bother about conduct of the fruit seller. We don't see a movie on basis of criminal record of film producer, director and the cine cast.
He did not have a driving license at the time of accident, do you still think he did not commit a crime. If proved guilty he will have to face serious consequences.

Who is terrorist? Organizations like al Kaida, ISIS are related to Islamic movement. There have been terrorists in Christian tradition as well. Some times, extreme Hindu organizations like Sanatan are also called terrorist. But now Saudi Arabia law lists atheism as terrorism. This is obviously to victimize all dissenters. Anyone who does not follow Islamic tradition or thought according to the whims and fancy of Saudi Arab rulers can be dubbed as atheist and victimized.

So nothing surprising. Money has flown like water in this judgement. Even if there is an appeal you can expect the SC to acquit him. He will also be let off in the Back Buck killing case, for which he is sentenced to 5 years RI. This is India and yet the pseudo secularists and rationalists will hail this judgement as a " great " verdict.
But I am clear on one thing, when this man looks at himself in the mirror he will realise he is a liar and a killer. The cosmic law will punish him in its own way Amen !
Amen! BUt it is so disgusting to see so many people drooling at the sight of him and thronging the cinema halls to watch his third class movies and making him richer and richer by the day, in spite of common knowledge that he is a horrible person! On top of that, I just bear to see his audacity of selling those Being Human clothes!

Very true, a true rationalist is one who is broadminded enough to listen to all points of view and not being judgmental and rigid about anything ...I have a neighbor who in my opinion is a true liberated rationalist. He has a beard and a pigtail like most south Indian temple priests have and one can easily mistake him for a radical Hindu. It is only when you speak and have interactions with him that you realise how sane and up to date his views are on any issue ! So, we cannot go by the appearance nor by the background of the person..

The British Indian government functioned under guidance and control of Great Britain. The Governor General was appointed by British Government in London. India was never home to British people unlike Muslims who adopted and treated India as their own. Most Muslim rulers were born in India and were Indian in true sense. To dub them as foreigner is just a trick to attack secular ideals and promote so called Hindutva and Hindu Rashtra.
While it makes sense that muslim rulers though they were invaders, did adapt to India , many of them were never tolerant with Hindu religion and this is a fact that is learnt in History lessons. They converted forcibly .A few like Akbar were more tolerant realising that force did not work. To bring out this truth is not wrong since Bharat has always been a Hindu Rashtra since the times of Mahabharat , so no point in denying it and also whitewashing the mughal rule which was anything but secular ..
sir you said that most of us are foreigners. Please tell me from where we came in this country. Which is our native place?
Such distorted facts that we are all foreigners is unacceptable. Our Country is Bharat and we are all the inhabitants of this sacred country.
Of course, we are all Indians and India is our country. As I wrote in an earlier post, India is a melting pot of different ethnic races that came from outside. All mingled and lost their separate identity. Only British remained outsiders and went back to their native place after our independence. The comment that only Dravidian and tribal are original inhabitants of this country is just a retort to those who talk of thousand years of slavery and consider only Hindus as Indians and wish to send all non Hindus to Pakistan or elsewhere.

We talk about population control. But i think Government's role is also important. They need to bring out schemes which are favouring labors of our people. They need to first make the lower segment of people strong and make them believe that if they work hard, they could live a well settle live. They can also be rich. I am happy that government has to come out with plans like " Make in India" where more work is given to locals. Skill talent enhancement is all we need in this country. Living of people will keep on increasing.
