Of course, it is a question of time in hand, especially for those who are working for many other websites besides Boddunan. For such people, dividing their existing time equally and without any hurry is very important.

Om Puri a Padma awardee was a wife beater. No one has seen his past while conferring Padma Shri. He was given the award for his acting and contribution to the Movie industry. Then why should Dilip Kumar be isolated for not being a Paragon of virtues ?

I'm not that Lucky. I had to be content with his TV shows only. I well never miss a programme on TV by anybody besides BKS Iyengar.

He was of course a legend in his life time ! Born in Kolar in Karnataka to a very traditional family he was apparently a sickly child and later at the advise of his brother in law began to practice yoga ...went to on to love a healthy and long life until he breathed his last at 95 years of age last year ! I have attended a couple of his Yoga classes where he stresses that Yoga has to be combined with other lifestyle practices and exercise routines to develop the required immunity and levels of energy ..He has been awarded many of the Padma awards in his life time !

Going by that arguments just because someone is talented, popular and famous one can forgive them for any misdeeds they do - I am sure Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt would be very happy to have fans like that , they of course do have fans who argue in a similar fashion , so why should we complain when their fans are ready to overlook everything they do, isn't law the same for all? Or is it that some are more equal?

I beg to differ with you. If as you said actors are humans first, you must know humans are liable to commit mistakes. Can there be any human sans mistakes or undoings ?

The gist of your view speaks clearly that Parents help and cooperation is necessary. In your case, what your father has done is right. Because, he persuaded to learn Bengali. You have done what your father said. It's alright, if you cannot write Bengali correctly, it doesn't matter. Seeing this experience, you too applied the persuasion method. and the good thing is you are seeing the results in your son. Give your son his own time to learn Bengali. Remember what all your son needs is just working knowledge. That's all.

Actors are not merely actors but they are human beings first and then a citizens of a country too. So, ignoring wrong deeds of anyone is not acceptable but yes, no one can deny that Dilip Kumar is a fantastic actor.

We all have a variety of hobbies right? But do you know the technical name given to your hobbies? Here I am going to do a quiz about a few different types of hobbies and their names. The quiz is going to be on the tougher side since we don;t usually hear such words. But oh well who said hobbies are simple?:P Anyways all the very best for the test. Do well! INJOI!!

Here, I can state my own example that I am a Bengali but born and brought up in Bihar where I studied in Carmel. In my school I studied three languages: English, Hindi and Sanskrit. What happens is, the child never likes to take interest in learning another subject at home. Speaking Bengali was not a problem because at home our mother tongue is the medium of communication but I was unable to read and write. Every year during summer vacation my father persuaded me to learn to read and write Bengali and by the time I reached 10th I learnt it. Thanks to my father. My writing is not good and may be I am not perfect in spelling too but I am able to manage it quite well. I have no problem at all in speaking and reading Bengali. Today while staying in Delhi, my son is at the same situation. He is fluent in speaking Bengali because at home that's our language to communicate with each other. The problem is with reading and writing so I have opted my father's method. He is gradually progressing which gives me immense pleasure.

The very fact that the Home minister Rajnath Singh personally handed over the title to the thespian Dilip kumar, a movie actor from India says that he has not taken in to consideration about his acceptance of Nishan-e- Pakistan and other aspects.
I'm of the firm opinion, that Dilip Kumar's contribution to the Indian cinema is the only factor one should see. Other factors should be set aside.

Being good at some language and unable to communicate in one's Mother tongue is the parental mistake. For example, I'm good at four languages. But I did not forget my Mother tongue. Which is why, I always ensure to communicate with my children in Telugu, wherever I'm located. For the same reason, when I shifted to my own state AP, my children did not face any problem to learn Telugu
