usha manohar replied to the topic Why do people save all their lives?.
I too am not for saving by penny inching to the extent where daily life is lead in the most frugal manner inspite of earning well. There was an old film called Grihpravesh starring Sharmila Tagore and Sanjeev Kumar , made by Basu Bhattacharya , with the same subject where the wife is constantly cribbing about expenditure since she wants to make a house and too late she realises that her home is being invaded by another woman because her husband wants to have a carefree life ..

Law is blind and at times its rules can be the greatest hindrance to justice, like in the case of Salman Khan where the loop holes helped him escape until now although there is proof and eye witness account etc etc . So, Justice system is not fool proof which emboldens criminally minded people to work on these loose ends when they plot something !

On the other hand, Dr. Ambedkar favored full equality and not simply removing untouchability. He understood that caste system is essential part of Hindu religion and so he advise the so called 'shudra' or 'harijan' of to come out of Hindu fold and accept Buddhism.
Mahatma Gandhi and Dr Ambedkar were genuinely concerned about the Dalits and wanted to make things better for them. However, the caste system is so deep rooted among the people that even after changing their religion they continue to practice caste differences. In Mangalore Catholics marry only within their own castes ( the caste their forefathers belonged to before conversion) it is the same case with Jains and Buddhists ...

Absolutely, the beauty of the bottle enhances the beauty of the garden. Various shapes and sizes of the bottle adds variety to the garden and if such different bottles arranged in a decorative way then the look of the bottle garden gets uplifted.

Shampa Sadhya replied to the topic Do you follow your elders and seniors?.
I have something else to say. I have no problem in giving respect to my elders and follow their words and sometimes when I differ then I try to put across my own opinion and have a healthy discussion before taking up a final decision. Sometimes elders may not accept my decision but I cannot follow theirs just blindly and so I convey my decision in a clear cut way but definitely not in a harsh way. Now, I have another point to make and that is, it does not always happen that each and every elder is sensible and understanding rather many are quite dominating then I am really sorry to follow their decision just because they are elders. I know, I am making a harsh statement but frankly speaking I am a strong believer of paying respect to a good elderly people and not just for age sake. I won't abuse them but within my heart I will loose all the respect for such an elderly person.

Shampa Sadhya replied to the topic Best dishes from every Indian state.
Bengal does not have only fish dishes but there are many delicious veg dishes too. So, just naming one is basically putting a limit to our variety of dishes available in the whole country. What I felt good about this write-up is that I came to know about dishes of other states.

Jincy Aby replied to the topic What talk to avoid in office .
It is not good to talk about our family matters with office staffs. Office is the place to work. Do your work sincerely without wasting time. Avoid argument with other employees. Normally, nobody like those kind of people who always criticize others without any major reasons. If you have any personal complaint, tell directly to the boss. It is not good to discuss your complaints with other staffs. Always remember that there are spies around you who give false information about you to the boss. It may be reason for losing job. Be careful before you talk.

Jincy Aby answered the question Why women/Girls lie ?.
Telling lie is a habit of some people. They always tell lie without any reason even if the matter is very simple. Some people tell lies in certain circumstances to maintain their status in the society. Children often lie to avoid scolding from elders whenever they do any mistakes. Telling lie is a natural process. This is not only the habit of female but also the habit of male.

Jincy Aby answered the question Is joining politics a good career option.
Some people are very interested in politics. They are ready to sacrifice their life for others. The number of well educated politicians are very less in today's politics. We all want sincere and honest people to serve the country. They can act very well for the society and people. There are number of honest politicians around us who utilize their private wealth also for their political parties. At the same-time, some people become active in politics to increase their private property. Do not encourage such people because they exploit the entire society by doing corruption.

If our government remove words like dalit, harijan, caste, sub-caste, surname, etc etc from their documents including the forms at every stage that will help solve the issue. The governments have always encouraged caste system as they wanted them to be their slave and live on their mercy.
The results are for everyone to see. Some of our leaders are taking full advantage of the unwanted situation. People are ready to be included in so called lower caste for their own benefit? What is lower caste and why is any caste a lower caste or why is there a sub caste in the first place?
Why does the sub caste system exists in India may have reasons of their own or you may blame anyone for that but what is stopping us from removing them by taking some basic steps!

If a person kills another by his car intentionally, it means he has some serious revenge with that person; or else he is a hitman paid by some one to kill that person. But if the lawyer is proficient to convince the judiciary with solid proof that it is an unintentional accident, the person shall be escaped from the charge of murder. Law demands solid proof.

This thread is about killing somebody in a make believe accident. This is indeed heinous. The thread can also be relevant in other crimes involving somebody committing crime cleverly. There is another aspect worth noticing. Even if murder is proved, there is no death sentence in most cases. In case of car accident also, there is not total immunity from jail. Only jail sentence may be for lesser period. For me, going to jail even for one day would be stigma.

Conscience IS important, provided you have kept it alive inside you! Coming to your post, if a person has deliberately killed someone and made it look like an accident, it is clear that his conscience is dead and he has done so with coldblooded planning. There is no conscience in such a person. I take it, you are trying to bring someone to justice?
