The instances of examples of intolerance are in fact failures of governance for sake of power.

Locating INS Viraat in Vizag is a good decision. But will it induce commercial and tourist activity is not clear.

I am self respecting but not selfish. I do not want you to leave the forum of which you have been a member since long. Only if you withdraw your offer, I will share with you the few lines of yours which made me extend support to Gulshanji.

I agree with Sarala's comments. Forum has become captive to a particular school of thought and limited members participate in it. The views remain same and usually are old wine in new bottle. Administration should revive earlier forums and introduce new ones to attract wider participation. Reward money should be increased and quality defined. The site is old and known and can be branded or it will soon nature and decline.

The Congress has always maligned and abused others right from its leader Sonia Gandhi who uses choice abusive language and cries foul when she is at the receiving end. Modi should ignore the whole useless lot ! I agree. Modi must follow the adage ' let snarling dogs bark, but caravan must go on'   I can add some more Leadership qualities in Modi. Long term planning and focus. He will not entrust the jobs to others. Rather he himself will supervise the progress of the jobs. Other traits in Modi like risk taking made him Charismatic.  He is a thinker and analyzer. He is an innovator. " Make in India " is an example. In one word I would say that Modi is the best thing that happened to India after independence.

I am most surprised to read Boddunan is boring. I find it an interesting site, more than Hubpages, where I also write. In fact article writing on boddunan is both a challenge and a pleasure. I should know because I wrote off and on on some 40 sites including academiaresearch.com

All the active members are enjoying every bit of Forums. For me, retaining Forums is more than enough.Other things whether they are there or not doesn't make any difference

He would have been in jail in any other country including USA under patriot act . He would have been beheaded in any moslen nation. Ignore this maverick And yet, the so-called intellectuals claim that there is a large scale intolerance in India. Let these 'heroes' call out any number of anti national slogans, spread false information about Kashmir, Ignore the brazen pakistanization that is happening in Kashmir and still talk about how intolerance in rising.   Kanhaiya is now showing his true colors too..from a humble I am just a student to a revolutinory and anti national hero in the making , with of course the blessings of the oldest communal party ..

Kalyani Nandurkar wrote: usha manohar wrote: All rights come with responsibilities nothing is freehold, so women should use them only when they are cornered or deprived of their rights, not to harass others ! True..with rights and freedom, responsibilities too come and when educating the women about their basic rights, it is also necessary to educate them regarding their responsibilities. Most people, even men do that, why only blame women, when they look out for their rights tend to take only what is in their interests and ignore the rest sometimes even causing harm in the process. So it is a very basic and essential thing, both for men as well women/ Absolutely ! That reminds me of an incident one of my neighbors told me. She is a lawyer and one of her clients was a separated woman with 2 small children, claiming maintenance from the husband ,while he was openly living with another woman. In between the arguments, it seems the judge began lecturing the lawyers gathered in the court hall about how women in India are asking for more rights , which needs to be curbed. My neighbor knew that her client would never get any justice, so she asked the case to be heard by a different judge quoting the reasons.Thankfully the judge was transferred since there were many complaints about him and the lady got maintenance !  So, even with laws and rights in place , one has to really fight for it, our men see to it that women are denied what is due to them at every step possible !
