In family life, wife do not have the right to reject sex if her husband wants it. But if she is physically tired, do not compel her for this. Husband should behave according to the circumstances. Do not force her for sex if she is physically weak. Otherwise, it will become rape.
Women are not property that after marriage men get the right on their wives' life and body. A successful married family is that where man and woman both respect each other's wish. There are unnumbered families in India who follow this rule and in exchange enjoy the bliss of a happy married life.
Good points raised, but who will recognise marital rape in India as the government does not subscribe to this? in other words a wife can be forced to sex, without any recourse to any remedial action.

Yogi Adityanath is habitual of such type of statements. Both are using their right of speaking. I think Yogi don't know that wife of Anupam is BJP MP.

Honestly I feel that a member should have the freedom to express his or her view points, strongly or otherwise to prove a point ! After all we are mature adults here capable of taking care of ourselves. Even if the discussion gets out of hand once the steam is let off one should forget and move on..I have had an entire lot of members attacking me including some of the moderators..But I had strong support too which I never forget ! But it made me stronger and more determined to put forth my views as I saw right and face criticisms if any later !
I feel this happens in most discussion sites, at least the ones I have worked in, some have had proper battles where the admin had to intervene to disperse the crowd and call truce !

Lalu had brought in this venture when he was a Railway minister, tea to be served in earthenware cups on Railway platforms and on trains. It was found to be a nuisance because disposal of the used cups became a problem , so I guess it was discontinued

Actually every developing nation goes through this phase where power is worshiped by the citizens who are still in the process of becoming politically and socially aware of their own rights and responsibilities ...India has always seen a lop sided growth and socially we have a lot to cover until we begin to question these elected leaders and bureaucrats who overstep their limits !

What a strange comparison! By the way if earthen cups are made compulsory in place of plastic cups then I think it will be a good idea. It will help our environment and that should not be questioned, I assume.

By this logic every new government will find previous governments a failure. let the new government make its policies and not search for alibis to cover anticipated failures. If the misadventures of previous governments were so monumental the new government overcame then in such short time. Even bias should have reasonability. Let fresh air blow.
The instances of examples of intolerance are in fact failures of governance for sake of power
So, failure of which governance for sake of power were you referring to ?
The failures in Kashmir to prevent anti national activities for sake of power which a member said is a case of tolerance.
You mean things were better before in Kashmir ? Someone has to rule the state after elections, so two parties have got together to do so...Would it have made any difference if Congress was one of the parties ? Probably worse since they created the mess in the first place and let it deteriorate ..
Why do you always bring focus on Congress rule which is history and has no bearing on the present situation. Good or bad they have been rejected by the people. Now the new dispensation has to deliver the goods. The fact that they are still not coming together to form a government in itself tells a lot. ISIS and Pakistani flags are being openly shown every Friday and no one has been arrested. Should we hold BJP responsible for it irresepective of what happened before. The State is tough to rule and every party is going to find it difficult to rule. I repeat again my observations where in the context that such happenings are being touted as our tolerance which I feel is lack of governance.

Less water intake is really a matter of concern because it makes a person feel tired, it causes cramps in cuff muscles and nagging headache too.
