Yes its true.. Less water intake leads to dehydration and hence we get muscle cramps and headache.

Good article. One should implement these points into their daily life if they feel tired all the time. I get tired after long hours of work, but then I make sure I eat lot of healthy food, and take rest for at least 10 -15 minutes so that I don't exert myself a lot.
The most important point I like in this article is about work out and exercise. I would recommend too to workout daily as exercise will not only keep you healthy but you will surely feel energetic after that..

The main idea of budgeting is to save money for extra expenses, which is a really good habit. Everyone should be able to keep aside some amount not only for travel but for other emergencies as well..
I remember during childhood, I use to keep money aside from my pocket money in a piggy bank. Later I use to use that money for buying something important..
Every parents shoukd inculcate this habit in their children since their childhood so they learn to save money for future.

Either way it is a marital rape when force, brutality or mental torture is used. It should be penalised and government must look into this matter very seriously. Yes, there is a problem in deciding who is right because it's a very personal issue but that does not mean it should remain unaddressed.

The same point I mentioned in my previous comment about the earthen cups. Well, every person has a background and that can be a golden one or a very humble one but we must respect the effort one puts in to reach a prestigious position. Personal attack on PM is not praiseworthy rather we must appreciate his tremendous hard working ability. There can be an agreement or disagreement with his opinion and policies but sarcastically pointing out his humble background is an act of demeaning the PM of our own country.

I would take anything Madame Barkha Dutt says with a fistful of salt since she is totally unreliable and biased , and has a way of forcing her views on others , going o the extent of mocking and passing ungracious comments while interviewing people ..

Thanks for sharing this article. I was really not aware about the invention of stethoscope. Stethoscope is the most basic and most useful instrument for very doctor. I would not be able to imagine a doctor without a stethoscope.

You are right, NDTV's promoters are Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy. Radhika's sister Brinda Karat is a famous CPM leader (well known for anti-Baba Ramdev views) and Brinda's husband Prakash Karat the CPM Politburo General Secretary (well known for preferring Congress over BJP).
So everything goes in the name of news on NDTV, but my favorite show was the Khau Piu bhai who used to go to taste food in Muslim Hotels only. I wish that program continued.

I never enjoyed or indulged into window shopping although I love to shop whenever required. Now it's a Mall culture and love birds are always found there even on weekends young married couples can be seen hoping around. So, it's not only women but men too go for window shopping.

It is a well known fact that Barkha Dutt and the channel she represents is a strong supporter of congress party ! She has been openly critical of Modi and BJP recently and going to any extent to get close to those who oppose them , which of course pleases all Congress supporters. I remember a time when she had a lot of good hings to say about Modi after her marriage to a Kashmiri politician ( PDP) Now after her separation, her own political views too have changed drastically ! All in the name of game..
