Bharatiya Janatha Party is actually a religious party. All the members in this party are Hindus. But people who believe in other religions never can give support to Modi and his government. It is a fact that Modi is a good leader and he knows the way to rule the country. All Indians know that Nehru, Rajiv Gandhi and Indira Gandhi were very capable Prime Ministers of our country. But we cannot compare Rahul Gandhi with them even if he is also from the same family. In my opinion, he is not capable to rule India.
Though BJP members are mainly Hindu, there are very few Muslims too. Supporting a political party should not be based upon religious ground rather a party must be adjudged on the basis of their performance. Thus, if this government works for the country and the countrymen irrespective of any bias, if there is progress in every field, corruption decreases and the overall status seems hopeful then there is no reason to vote against it. The party is not against including people from the minority groups as members. The people from the minority groups need to think above religion and must trust a national party and join them to broaden its sphere and should not reject BJP only on the grounds of religion.
Very interesting reply. It makes me surprise when you stated that Muslim members are also in BJP. I cannot believe it! Even if BJP is ready to accept the people of other religions, 98% are not ready to join in this party because people give higher priority to religion.
If you don't believe it then I cannot help but fact will remain fact. You can check on Google and you will get to know. There are hardly six or seven Muslim members in BJP but the point is that they are there. M.J. Akbar is one of them.
In fact there is a BJP minority committee which has quite a few prominent members that many are not aware of ..

Inner strength is a must for each and every female. One can gain inner strength through proper education, moral support of the family and friends and compassionate attitude of the government organisations and the society. The insensitive approach actually ruins life because women are physically weak but if the ladies possess education then they have the guts to stand against every wrong.
One cannot overcome the biological differences although you can somehow try and balance it out by remaining fit and healthy rather than let yourself go after marriage and kids. If a lady is educated, capable of taking care of herself there is better understanding between the couple and this itself diminishes the chance of rape or forceful intimacy within the marriage . So communication in my opinion really helps !

Shampa Sadhya replied to the topic Should Khadi be the Friday Dress Code in Government Offices?.
He should be proud of his humble background because that gave him the strength to forge ahead and stand tall from no where at all. The PM is my countryman and not the king so it's not a matter of loyalty but I admire his ability and hard work. Hope you don't have any objection! Maybe you are against khadi as dress code because the PM loves to wear it.

What all has not been said about Sonia in the forum. Who has objected...? Reference to chai friendly was in the context that he as the PM can get introduction of earthen cups effectively done. He himself refers to his chai background very proudly. I also highly appreciate his rise to PM from a very humble bacground. Are you both not being more loyal than the king.

If leaders put nation before all else, everything falls in line ! Here in India, we dont even have a uniform civil code , add to that the caste factor and of course the minority community, I doubt if other minorities are really considered given their small number. The country can go to dogs as long as Netas get elected by hook or crook ,,

Probably they say it in reference to the government but the level of tolerance should not go down :)
It is not a question of taking. One is mature enough to do so. It is when crude attempts are made in form of personal attacks especially attacking ones religion, patriotism and self glorification instead of meeting arguments with knowledge. Let us close now.

True...there is a reason why she and others of her kind have been dubbed as presstitutes! It has also recently come to light how the way she behaved in Kargil brought about damage and loss to our troops, she did everything possible in order to gain TRPs for herself and her channel without thinking of what it would do to the country. Whatever she says, even if its true or sensible, no one will ever take her seriously now, except for the pseudo-intellectuals who are closely related to the likes of her!
Arnab Goswamy with all his screaming is far better than her because he is fair and all politicians get the same treatment from him..But this lady is the limit, each time I try to see something positive in her but she always rubs you wrong with her high handed , know all attitude !
