Lot of what is being said today is from hindsight with advantage of real time data. While granting loans risk analysis is carried out and applications cleared. Adverse Market conditions can compound the risk manifold and turn it into an NPA for the banks. Indian banks today are carrying a burden of Rs 2 lakh crores NPA's. How many bankers will you arrest. In risky ventures all are at risk, employees, banks, suppliers, customers, etc. The need is to redefine granting of loans . if it is made too tight new entrepreneurs cannot be encouraged, if too lax bad debts will sore. In an emerging country with low purchasing power and lower personal assets such defaults are to be expected. Where Mallaya is being targeted is because of his continued high brow life style even after kingfisher failed. He takes it in his stride asan business venture which failed. We shout because public sector banks lent money which we say is our money. He should be brought back to clear all issues that are now being raised.

Maybe you are against khadi as dress code because the PM loves to wear it.
The fun in the pun is lost because of lack of understanding and wrong conclusions are drawn. That what is not meant is made a subject of discussion. Enough.
Usually, too much of fun in the pun makes the situation or the statement controversial. So. it's certainly enough.

Yeah, People will be very keen to know what Mallya celebrity friends reaction about his escaping from India
Not a single celebrity will speak up now because we know among them one celebrity's husband got banned in IPL betting case. So, there are many who just wanted to have fun irrespective of anything and some are in the same boat as Mallya.

Is there any custom that says Window shopping is essentially a custom for women ?
Window shopping is a custom! Oh! Come on, it can be just a time spending tactics to relax and have a little fun and nothing else.

nothing will happen. Case is not so simple. Banks are supposed to carry out diligence test before loan is given. They never did , because they ( managers) recieved fat checcks. First arrest the bankers immediately before talking of mallya.
Nothing is simple especially when a big shot like Mallya is involved. But all efforts to catch the fish are directed to bring back Mallya to India, who is at present in the UK. Of course the UK government also should cooperate.
the bigger fish are the bank heads who made these loans possible and they neeed to be arrested first. Mallya didnt go on his own and encashed checks. The bankers gave themto him. They are also culpable of criminal consipricy.Anyway UK law is more EXACT and what I have stated is how the legal case will open. British courts will throw all charges out untill the Bankers are arrested and proceeded against.
13 Banks led by SBI approached the Supreme Court to prevent Mallya from leaving the country. If the Bankers gave the money to Mallya, why they approached Supreme court ? Anyhow, things are not as clear as you thought. Nothing can be said emphatically at this juncture who is the real culprit.

Indulging group sex orgies is not a part of Hindu scriptures. I don't think one has to be a part Koregaon park to understand the misdeeds of Osho. Then tell me why he was arrested. He was charged with several offenses like murder, wiretapping, Voter fraud and arson. It is your belief that Rajneesh is a sacred Baba. I can understand.
Are you aware of tantra sex and that group sex is part of it? I will not discuss this topic here now, but there are many posts on this subject by me all over net. So I rest my opinion.
Then why he fled away to the United States along with 2000 of his disciples ? What about the charges leveled on him ? Rajneessh and the Sanyasins started building their own city called Rajneeshpuram. Disapproving neighbors in an attempt to close down Rajneeshpuram asserting that it violated Oregaon's Land use laws.

Osho is unique in many respects. All may not be well with life in his ashram. But it goes to his credit that he did not fool the ordinary public or cheat them. His ashram inmates were largely very rich and affluent people. Osho also contributed a lot to spiritual thoughts. after Budddha, he is the only spiritualk thinker who went beyond the traditional thinking. Osho was no blind follower and it is his teaching not to blindly follow any one including Osho himself. As Budddha said- Apo deepo bhav- (Be your own guide), Osho also wished every one be an independent thinker. I have naturally great regard for Osho even though I don't entirely agree with his thoughts.

I understand that some of our friends are more interested in Congress and BJP politics rather than on the issue involved. If you oppose the saffron fascism, you are considered congress supporter. Otherwise you are BJP supporter. I fail to understand why we can't think independently without supporting or opposing these parties. When I say that the saffron brigade is communal and fascist, diving the country and hence anti national, this does not imply support to Congress. In fact, while RSS and its branches like Bajarang Dal,BJP are hard core communal and fascist, Congress is also guilty of soft Hindutva and is not truly secular. For example, Congress is responsible for opening Ram janma Bhoomi for worship which eventually led to demolition of the Babri mosque.
