Bajirao replied to the topic Health benefits of Jamun also known as Black Plum.
Yes jamun has lot of health benefits, mainly its useful in diabetes. The blood sugar lower significantly if you eat or drink jamun juice regularly.
At least half to 1cup of jamun juice or 7-9jamuns every day helps to lower the blood sugar levels..

The Congress party is the most communal and decisive party in the country and its allies too are the same snd from the above comments we can see how people take out shots with little thought calling everyone fascist blah blah..
Arun Jaitley has given a fitting reply to these so called secular elemrnts who have already fragmented the nation with caste and minority issues, and now having lost power, will go to any extent to damage the rrpuatation of the ruling party
Keep aside the Congress party because at present they are of no use. What bothers me is that the way fringe elements are acting. The present government needs to curb these fringe elements very strongly or else their good work will be ruined by these disturbing elements.

As long as there are communal people around and are polluting the atmosphere with their glib and abusive talk, no one can save Bharat Mata , although BJP is doing its level best to infuse patriotism

Shampa Sadhya answered the question Why are we so indifferent about corruption in India?.
We are indifferent because in some or the other way however small or big we are all involved in corruption. Simply in doctor's chamber I have noticed that patients usually do not want to wait for their turn and try to convince the compounder or nurse to see the doctor out of turn. This is a ridiculous practice.

Shampa Sadhya answered the question Has Gandhijis non violent approach become outdated now?.
With due respect to Gandhiji I would say it is very difficult to remain non-violent when violence is all around. To practice non-violence one has to be strong from within and most of us are not that capable. We indulge into arguments and are volatile beings so adopting Ahimsa becomes difficult. We need to be very calm and poised to work non-violently but we lack that control. In such kind of atmosphere non-violence is truly outdated.

In fact, endless argument pollutes the environment of the forum so it is better to avoid it. I have also got engaged in such arguments time and again but I have realised one thing that by doing so we carry on verbal spat and never come to a logical conclusion which ultimately makes no sense at all.

You are right by saying that we have a duty too in bringing a change in social evils. One example is when people buy gas cylinders in black. Actually, we all are responsible for corruption either in a small or a big way.

Shampa Sadhya replied to the topic Parents role in shaping a Child's behaviour.
True, parents are the biggest influence upon children which shapes them but I think it's not all. Shaping of a child is also based upon school, friends, surroundings and environment within the family among all the family members.

Nationalism is not that RSS preaches. Indian nationalism cannot be 'Hindu Rashtra'. Let Jaitley disown the concept of Hindu Rashtra to make any further claim. Indian nation is composite. Indian nationalism means unity in diversity, which is in danger from the fascist forces that Jaitley represents.
