Thanks, I am waiting. Massaging helps. Simply rub some warm  coconut oil or mustard oil on the affected area. Another effective way is to mix some Turmeric powder with warm sesame oil to make a paste. Now rub this paste over the affected area. Try this for some time.

WI no doubt is a formidable side. But, in the Super Ten league matches, it tasted a defeat in the hands of midget Afghanistan. But it is a thing that happens in cricket, known for its Uncertainties. Anyhow, today is the first semifinal . encounter between England and New Zealand. Let's wait and see. I'm sure there will be a plenty of upsets and surprises.

I always observe keenly children playing in the streets during my morning walks. It makes me elated and lifts my mood. A simple smile from a stranger, a small change in my routine, an opportunity to create a thing in my Painting session too are capable of making a big difference.

Gulshan Kumar Ajmani wrote: Some have questioned why Hindutva is related to RSS and BJP. What is wrong with Hindutva. Of course nothing wrong if you simply observe the rituals and lead life according to your religion. The issue arises when you attempt to dominate others nourishing false sense of superiority. You target not only religious minorities but also those who don't agree with your brand of aggressive Hindutva. You target also those who don't support your ideology. This is what Nazi and fascists stood for.  For Hitler, German race was pure Aryan and a master race who was fully justified to dominate and rule other races- subject races. To draw parallel, R.S.S. also believes in Hindu nation and considers non Hindus as well as dissenters as unworthy of citizenship. Recently, top BJP leader Subramaniam Swamy proposed that Muslims and other religious minorities be deprived of right to vote unless they accept that the mythological figures Rama and Krishna are their ancestors. The RSS ideology is well expressed in the books 'Bunch of thoughts'  and 'we- our nationhood defined."  The R.S.S. and BJP have not so far disassociated themselves from these books written by M.S. Golwalkar. The occasional talk of harmony by some BJP leaders is clearly deceptive. The occasional liberal face of BJP or some times R.S.S. is deceptive. However the minorities and the downtrodden will certainly not accept the hegemony of the communal fascist forces, who will prove just paper tigers. The support base of these fascist and communal forces is big business, Hindu clergy and professionals who are naturally timid by nature as well as exigencies of their business and profession.     It will be interesting to read the following link: http://ebharat.asia/article.php?id=8537 There were no attack on Hindus during so called Muslim period. Hindus and Muslims lived together peacefully. It is only the British who attempted to create division.  Please read this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persecution_of_Hindus Also Historians have pointed oout that Hindu population declined by 80 million during Mughal rule. I wonder how anybody can say that Hindus and Muslims lived peacefully.

It is a useful and eye opening article to inspire new points to be exercised, I want to be a passionate writer and I have found some very good tips over here which are rather simple yet very effective, there are times in life where you know it well before but at some situation because of any circumstance or urgency that point becomes more relevant and important which is my case, I am finding each point more effective and pivotal in deciding the course of my hobby and how to pursue it more entertainingly, though I did not go through the complete article.

It was a very useful and thought provoking article where I have understood to use those small moments of happiness as steps of motivation, seriously these minute happiness moments of enjoying the nature, getting food at restaurant, a good bed, genuine praise, chats with closed ones are awesome moments which have to be cherished to stay stable, grow and learn along the way. Thank you for the Article, made my day.

I somehow feel that the openers are the ones who need to step up so that the middle order will perform more efficiently and powerfully, if openers atleast one of them play a sensible knock as is required, the middle order of Yuvraj, Suresh Raina and others will have some time to adjust and good vibes when they come to the crease to play a good knock. West Indies are having good allrounders and even Fletcher has played well, so it must be ideal to have check on the flow of runs and periodically taking wickets which will help to win.

After reading most of the thread and the topics and things happening in the site, I feel that new measures will come up to make this site more concrete, reliable and informative one. The time has possible come to revamp some of the rules, so that real hard work only will be rewarded and not some tricks to pocked some money or points. These amendments in rules will facilitate more quality circles and professional experience.   Thank you senior members and Moderators for all the active participation and continuous involvement and direction which is provided.

@Kalyani What I understand  about this raging controversy is that any discussion on any  topic should be open to all shades of opinions even if quioztic or eccentric at times. Otherwise how do you get to know them and rebut? I note a funny tendency in the conduct of a few who victimise and play victims both! Please don't  bar contrarian ideas or noises!!
