Massaging helps. Simply rub some warm coconut oil or mustard oil on the affected area. Another effective way is to mix some Turmeric powder with warm sesame oil to make a paste. Now rub this paste over the affected area. Try this for some time.

Lower leg pain also known as Restless Legs Syndrome is related to mineral imbalances. The mineral imbalances can be cured by drinking mineral water high in Magnesium. Eat Iron rich foods such as dark green vegetables, Kidney beans. But remember, just consuming Iron rich vegetables, will not cure your lower leg pain. You should have a regular and healthy life style like going for a slow walk either in the mornings or in the evenings.
I also read one article about restless legs. But I can't walk because I have problem of paraplegia. Thanks
Oh.. now I could understand your problem fully. Paraplegia is paralysis of the legs and lower body typically caused by Spinal injury.. So, only way left for you is massaging of your legs..
yes paraplegia is paralysis of lower limb. With massaging heating is also effective pain problems. I am doing massaging but I am not regular.
Anil, Irregular massaging will not give you satisfactory results. Please try to do massaging either in the morning or at a convenient time do it regularly.

Calcutta is still a very regal city with a glorious past ,,,it also speaks for poor leadership, as to how a great state can be reduced to what it is because of indifferent leaders.
As of now new theories are being floated by IVCRL , the construction company . Their lawyer in a news conference held in their head quarters i Hyderabad now claims that it could have been a bomb that was responsible , since glass pieces were found around the area ! I guess the truth will come out after the investigation but the IVCRL team is not sitting idle, doing their best to cover their tracks and record.

So in effect Communism has not worked in India because it was relegated to certain states only and with the interference of Center it may not have worked like in other countries where the leaders had a free hand..However, in India the communist leaders and followers seem a confused lot not able to know how far they can go given the kind of traditional and complex society we have.

@Gulshan Ji, is that a direct demand for reservation for non believers or atheists?
Is there a need for amendment in government forms for opening a new sub heading for atheist or they belong to another category other than Hindus? It certainly has nothing to do with so called Hindu groups neither it was an issue until the vote bank politics started. When the division of India happened and people fled Pakistan they did not tell Pakistani that they were atheist so they should be spared. I am not supporting anyone but communism is the root of all evil anywhere in this country which is being backed by foreign forces. Some of our so-called intelligentsia is playing in their hands for money or based on their personal interests.
Why are they demanding for their rights that they can win in a direct competition which is open to all. Or is that a new tool which is being handed to them in order to further divide people of this country?

We should not forget that initial progress of Russia, China and Cuba was because of Marxism. Nobody can deny that Russia was transformed from a backward country to a superpower. So the same with China. Where Marxism failed was that it negated human values and that led to a wrong application. Dictatorship of the proletariat was substituted by the dictatorship of the party and one man rule. But Communisms may still make a comeback.
