Enriched Whole- grain breads and cereals are fortified with Folic acid to protect against birth defects in the bay as well as more Iron to help red blood cells carry oxygen to the baby.Oatmeal for breakfast . A sandwich on whole grain at lunch and whole wheat pasta or brown rice for dinner are ideal food for a pregnant women.

According to latest news police opened a case of culpable homicide against the company,IVRCL that had been building flyover. CM, Mamata Banerjee, whose Centre- left party is seeking re -election soon said, those responsible would not be spared and blamed the previous government that awarded the flyover contract in 2007.
Police detained seven employees of the company, interviewed Bosses at its Headquarters in Hyderabad and sealed its offices.

It is difficult to predict the future of communism in the global context but the relevance of its core beliefs which form the bedrock of this ideology continues to remain valid today.I would say its practioners in India have failed more than this ideology itself. Going by my West Bengal-centric experience this ideology especially the way it was practised over more than 34 years at a stretch in power one call it a surest path to perdition.Lumpenization of a state was complete and disconcertingly the process has become more systematic and vigorous under Mamata. Kerala and Rajasthan are two states whose electorate interestingly throw out the incumbent governments to bring in the ones they threw out the last time!!

Most of the Communist Countries pour Billions in to the Arms race. Poor living conditions and lack of innovation contributed to the failure of Communism in Russia. It's evident Communism in Soviet Union primarily due to economic reasons. One of the main reasons for the economic stagnation was the failure to manufacture innovative products that compete on the Market. In other words Soviet union has failed to adapt to the changing times.

Now the scenario has changed. Most of the Airports are being undertaken by Civil Aviation Ministry. In my place Airport has been upgraded to an International Airport after it's selected for Smart city. From here there are many direct flights to several National and International Airports. And, there is a likelihood of reduction in fares to lure the passengers.

New Year is observed on different days in different days in India. Ugadi and Gudi padwa is celebrated as New Year's day in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra and Konkan. This year we celebrate Ugadi on April 8.

Mamta is very shrewd. She has now come out with a bizarre statement that anybody who has lived in India for 5 years should be allowed to vote. She was targeting the 27% vote bank of Muslims in Bengal and the illegal migrants from Bangladesh who are her also her vote bank.

They are worse as they never adapted to Indian conditions. Mao Tse Tung adapted Marxism to Chinese conditions and Maoism emerged. Credit to him. Indian communists continued hero worshiping Mao and Lenin. Frankly I wonder how they are voted into power in Bengal and Kerala.

Happy New Year Anil...But when is it ? Here we celebrate it on two different days depending on the sun and the moon , and it is called Ugadi. This year it falls on the 8th of this month and 14th, which is always fixed .
