Of course every little action counts, since we burn some calories to carry out any action. Thats why in the olden days people were much healthier and fitter, no need for dieting and any extra exercise because they were active all the time and burning calories.. Golden rule for good health is do your person work yourself. Don't asked others for single glass of water.   I guess most of us women do this automatically without being told, and nowadays men too have to do so. One cannot expect others to do your job for you, that is feudal attitude fast vanishing even from villages now. women not only do their own job also do for other members of family. In India still men feel inferior in doing their personal work. It is thinking of men that their only work is earning.

@_Shampa, CO Ed education is even more essential when parents have single child...or else they get pampered and dont realize the importance of respecting the members of the opposite sex.

@ Kalyani, what is clear is the hatred they have nurtured towards Modi for decades, so one can imagine the state of mind of the Congress party and it's supporters when BJP got elected and Modi became the PM. Since day one they have done Everything possible to embarrass him and his party and its die hsrd supporters calling them fascists, saffron brigade and what not.Shame on the entire corrupt lot!

On the first day of my new Job, the owner of the Agency arranged table and a comfortable chair. On the table a Calling bell and an empty glass was kept. The owner said, If the Calling bell is pressed, an attendant would come to do the jobs like, bringing water or fetching a file from the nearby Filing Cabinet.. Then I requested him to remove the calling bell. And said, if i want water for drinking i myself will fetch from the water filter which is not far away. Similarly I can fetch my file from the filing cabinet. It doesn't need much of an explanation why i had done like this. My intention was very clear. I wanted to all the jobs myself. By doing these small acts i could burn calories.

If segregation is followed then curiosity regarding the opposite sex will never come to an end and the prevailing menace of the society will constantly make its presence felt. Co-Ed is a healthy option which should be opted from the Montessori level and that's how children will learn to love, care and respect people of the opposite sex.   Definitely the mindset of the people should be changed. And this Change should start from the Home itself. Additionally, the milieu in the home should be congenial that  leads to positive attitude of the Child. The parents should not inject negative thoughts in the child. For example some parents do not allow their children to mix with Boys. This attitude in the parents is wrong and should not be encouraged. Over the years as the child grows up. these thoughts too grow in the children. This makes them look towards Co-Ed with suspicion and hatred.

The Congress party is not satisfied with the damage it caused that had driven the country to the brink of disaster .Now, all its desperation is an exercise in futility. People realized that its not the Congress party, but BJP alone can take the country to the pinnacles of glory.

Judicial  System in India has not been able to meet even the modest expectations of the Society. If one sees inordinate delays and the costs, they are bound to lead to frustration. All these factors made the people lose faith on the Judicial system. I believe, the courts are existing for Judges and Lawyers, not for the people. Judiciary system needs urgently a thorough overhauling.

The entire country knows the aim of the Congress. It's sole motive is to implicate Modi some how or other. Unfortunately for the Congress, each time it comes up with a bizarre reason, Congress is becoming a butt of laughter. The entire party is a bundle of lies. I feel, Congress owes nothing short of an apology to the Nation, for the damage caused continuously for two decades.

Judicial system all over is so slow and painful that after a point, people ultimately lose all faith in justice. Another point I do not understand is that if they are so tied up with cases and so on, why do courts close in the summer for a long duration like a school vacation.? If justice system is meant to serve people and mete out justice, why it is made inaccessible for major part of the year? On a number of my visits to USA, I have seen the courts NEVER close there. Special courts even sit on Sundays We are still following the policies and ways as laid down by the British and more than 65 years of independence, we still have not recognised that those methods are irrelevant and not  suited for our needs, even if the concerned may have understood that, they are unwilling to change, as it will mean hard work for them all. Who cares about the needs of the common man, justice is for the privileged!
